Been a customer with this dealer since 2018. Never had a bad experience with them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The environment is very positive. They are clear about the service they will provide to you as well as any costs you may incur.

Travelling in 95 we felt what we thought was a flat. Coming from Brunswick we felt it would be to our advantage to find the nearest Toyota. Sadly, we use yours. Know that we had not travelled many miles and had many more to get home.(Northern VA). We did not received efficient or courteous service from Stacey. It took over 2 hours to have our tire changed. I am sure the tire was under warranty, but we had to pay over 300 dollars for one tire.After we left the service area, we called to ask what was wrong with the tire. The operator said the Stacey would call us back and give us that info. She never did.Sorry, but I appreciate being treated like customers are treated in Brunswick, GA.This is the 7th Toyota that I have purchased maybe my last.On a positive note, I did witness a dealer showing and sharing information regarding your service area to a new customer. He was very cordial.
This is now my preferred place for service. Quick, friendly, and honest.

I was there for an 1.5 hours for tire rotation & to find a leak in a front tire. The tire is unrepairable, & they searched for a tire that they could order & gave me a price.

The service was very disappointing. I will not be returning sadly. The promised quick oil change, at a scheduled appointment, lasted two hours. My service consultant was nice, but did not once apologize for the amount of time that it was taking. At the two hour mark I was informed that the filters needed to be changed. Thankfully they were able to go about that quickly, which is why I gave them three stars and not two. Sadly, upon returning home I noticed that my glove box was broken and would not close correctly. I had to go back to the dealership where I again was not apologized to upon explaining that the service was not performed and executed correctly. I expected much better service as I have always been pleased with my home Toyota dealership in KY.
Ive been taking my Tacoma here since I bought of their lot. I have a stack of receipts 18 inches high. I have received nothing but dependable and courteous service each and every time. my service advisor Stacey Lampkin always takes the time to listen to my needs and her over the top suggestions are welcomed.
Their service was professional and timely but I do not like that they add on several fees that are not disclosed when you ask the price for services. The only time you are made aware of the fees is when you are asked to quickly sign an electronic device and then are given a large bill at checkout. I consider that shady business and it should be incorporated into the price on the front end.
Communicated well and did the work in a short time. Very informative of what was being done. The only draw back was they could not get the rear window shade down. The only repair for this was to replace it at a high cost which i denied. Then there was the the damage to the bumper while it was in service which meant i have to take it back again.
Daniel M. and his team provided excellent service when I was in a tough position, on a long road trip with a serious warning light having come on with 7 hours of driving left. They gave my truck a thorough check and offered advice to ensure I’d make it home safely. They could have insisted on doing loads of work that would have financially benefitted their shop, but they were much more concerned with getting me and my truck home safely and making sure I didn’t get stranded in an unfamiliar place. Couldn’t recommend them more highly, absolutely stand up team working here.
I had a recall on my 2018 Camry. I called and made the appointment to get it fixed along with an oil change and tire rotation. They told me that they would need to keep it for 4 hours and to make sure the backseat and trunk were cleaned out and to bring it in with less than a half tank of gas. I take it and they keep it for about 5 hours. I go pick it up assuming tahe the recall, oil change and tire rotation were all done. The lady did explain nothing on the invoice. I go on vacation a few days later only to find out they did not fix the recall, they only ordered the part, which could have caused an accident.
The person helping me the past two times I have gone to Chatham Toyota is Stacy. She helped me get a $75 discount for a $3000 Bill. She found what she could to help me out. I really appreciate her looking out for my wallet! :)

This place was so crowded but moved the vehicles through quickly and efficiently. It was my 1st time servicing my recently purchased rav4. I was pleasantly surprised that it was serviced and cleaned and ready to go in 35 minutes.

I recently went there for wheel alignment. Check in was fast. Seat and steering wheel covered by plastic, so excellent COVID protection. Waiting room is clean with social distancing. Everybody is respectful. I always enjoyed my visit to this place.
Although I had a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation, my agent found me a cheaper coupon. Much appreciated.

Service was slow. Took over two hours to get my oil and filter changed. Had to track someone down to pull my ticket off an advisors desk once I realized my vehicle was sitting back in the parking lot.

I was very happy with the help I received from Pam Stell. When I told her that we were probably going to be paying for the repair out of pocket, rather than going through an insurance claim, she offered a less expensive, satisfactory, if not perfect, way to repair the damage. We went with that option . She fit us in when I called. Definitely excellent customer service.

Normally I would give them 5 stars until they did this number on me. I took my corolla 15 for the 80k mi service oil change. I told them i may have an issue with the air return flap system and that whenever they inspected the airfilter (the air return system sits right on top of the air filter and fully visible). They slapped me with $89 charge for inspecting (to tell me what i know and to look where they are already supose to be looking at the filter which is part of the starndard inspection), after telling them no body explained this charge i was only able to take out $20 out of $89. Also what makes me more suspicius of everything I told them, i did not needed a new air cabin filter, because i had replaced it 3 weeks ago. They reported air cabin filter needs replacement. So right there with those two they lost my trust and bussisnes. The only thing that was keeping me from switch to another shop was their service and they screw that one.

I bought a car from the dealership and had a great experience. However when my was recently serviced someone went into my car and stole money out of the change tray. I dont usually leave money in my car but this was my gas money and it was in a compartment that was closed. The detailers had no reason to go in my car and plunder through my things.
