Dave saved me a significant amt of money with his honesty and expertise as other shops tried to deceive re the work needed. As he said we can do it this way....easier....and much less expensive. And that integrity is very hard to find.👍

Super nice guys. Had my belt tensioner replaced for about 100 less than everywhere else in town had quoted and it was in and out within one day.Its been maybe a month or so now, and everything still sounds great. This is my new go-to shop.

I moved to Savannah a few years ago and was struggling to find someone who I could trust with my car, then I found this place and have only been going to them.Very trusting and polite people. They always do a great job!

So I live across the street and I need to fax something immediately. The gentleman at the front desk which I didnt get his name was extremely nice and personable. Ive traveled all around this country for many years in the resort industry. Ive had my share of car issues and have met some shady mechanics. When I got my fax together I noticed the mechanic came upfront and actually showed the customer the part and where it was broke. I like that. It shows me theres nothing to hide. Again the tall gentleman/beard at the front desk was fantastic.

Im an out-of-towner. I was down in Savannah for work and my Ford E-250 cargo van started running rough and had a check engine light. Went to Autozone, got the codes read, made sense that it would be spark plugs and coils. I really think Parrish treated me fairly and honestly. I really think they know what theyre doing, and they communicate well. I am so glad I followed my friends recommendation for them. I dont think I could have lucked out better.

Normally I wouldn’t even bother writing a review but this has happened twice with these people. Hi Im writing this review on behalf of my parents. They were traveling from OK to FL. via a scenic route to take my mother to the Mayo Clinic. Their vehicle broke down and Geico would provide them no assistance. They literally left them stranded on the road. But some people at a gas station gave my dad the number of this garage. This wonderful man, Tony, the owner who closes at 5:00 PM but stayed late with his crew, sent a wrecker to pick up my parents and their vehicle, and are currently working on repairing it at 6:30 pm so my parents can make it to Jax for my mothers appt in the morning. Not many people like this left in the world. In this time of unrest and COVID, I wanted to leave a review (my first ever as I normally dont take the time to publicly acknowledge the kindness of small business owners) of gratitude and praise for this wonderful business owner and his entire team. This gentleman needs to be recognized as a great samaritan and great business man. I cant thank everyone there enough for taking time from their families and staying late to help mine.

FANTASTIC. My wife and I were on vacation in Savannah for a few days. We experienced some car trouble coming down and were unsure of the issue. We took it in and Tony, the owner, spoke directly to us. He immediately tested the battery despite other things going on, which of course ended up being the issue. He could have easily done the repair and replacement himself but directed us to the local Ford dealership (so that it could be covered under warranty), pulled some strings, and pushed us past a three week delay in getting in. We were truly shown Savannah hospitality and are so grateful to be back and enjoying our vacation!Thank you!!

We were on vacation in Savannah when we noticed a small leak in a tire. Maximo quickly helped us as soon as we arrived. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. My daughters Jeep blew a brake line on the way home from Charlotte to Savannah and I needed to find a reputable auto mechanic from 824 miles away. Parrish was recommended by other SCAD parents and I can honestly say that they were spot on. Tony Parrish took great care of my daughters Jeep and his pricing was honest and fair. He took the time to call me and let me know what the issue was and it was repaired in a timely manner. Great locally-owned mechanic shop. Prices are very fair, and they won’t charge you for unnecessary parts/service.My 2011 Jetta was having clutch issues, and I thought the whole clutch would need to be replaced. Over the phone the owner said it was likely just the master cylinder, which was cheaper to replace than the whole clutch. When I brought it to the shop, turns out the clutch linkage just needed to be tightened, so my car was repaired after a couple hours of labor. No charge for parts, saving me a lot of money.Parrish Auto is the only shop I’ll use in town, and I highly recommend them.

Windshield wipers stopped working on our road trip from Florida to Virginia. The forecast called for storms. Feeling anxious, we pulled into Parrish hoping it wouldn’t take hours.... Tony came out with a wrench and worked magic on our wipers, fixing them in 10 minutes - and charged us nothing.So thankful for the honest service Tony provided us. This is the place to go!

We had Parrish Auto do routine maintenance on our Scad students car. They shuttled our kid back while the car was repaired.We were very pleased and were treated professionally. As out of town parents, its great to find reputable businesses that take good care of our kids.

As we were leaving Savannah from a girl’s trip, my friends car alternator died completely. We were lucky to be 2 blocks away from Parrish Auto Services! We were told by several locals that it was a good place to go for service. They were right! The mechanics went out of their way and beyond to get the new alternator and battery replaced within a very short time of 1 hour. We could not be more grateful for their services. One of the mechanics even came the 2 blocks to charge the battery with his battery pack which saved us from having to get it towed. These people really care about their fellow man (woman). Great people! Great work!

Parrish is THE best mechanic I’ve been to in Savannah. And I’ve been to a LOT. They’re honest and fair and stand behind their work.

I first took my car there with an ac issue after a recommendation from a friend. After two days of over night troubleshooting my intermittent air conditioning ducting issue the owner called with bad news the repair would cost over $400. They continued to diagnose and found the real problem was much cheaper. I have had cold air above my feet in my car ever since!Some might not see this the same way I do. Saying a bait and switch to a make the actual estimate more palatable. I cant disagree enough. They continued to look and fix this sporadic issue to a positive resolution without guessing at parts for me pay for! I trust them completely.I have used them for all my vehicles for power steering issues, brake line replacements. They are upfront and easy to deal with!

My biggest problem with auto shops is how most seem to take advantage of everyday people that dont know any better on the work they actually need done. This place is the complete opposite of that. Tony is a gentlemen and a genius! My girlfriend and I are on a road trip and we had been having trouble with our vehicle. We had a mechanic in South Carolina look at it and he was stumped. We nursed it along but broke down again in Savannah a couple weeks ago. Everyone we called about our truck told us it was too old for them to work on (1979 Ford). Tony was confident he could solve the problem. He is kind and knowledgable. He answered all our questions and explained everything to us. When no one else could fix our truck, Tony could!!! He took such care of us and wouldnt let us get back on the road until he was confident that we would be able to depend on our truck. Weve driven a few thousand miles and its still going strong. When he gave us the bill we were so pleased because he didnt over charge in the slightest. We highly highly recommend you take your vehicle to him. THANK YOU TONY!!!

We called to schedule an appointment for our vehicle. A very pleasant woman answered promptly and told us the mechanic would return our call to set up a time. We waited 4 hours and called back. The nice lady said hed call back shortly. It didnt happen. We waited several hours the next day and finally went elsewhere.

We travel for a living and find it difficult to find good mechanics. Tony and his crew are the greatest mechanics we have ever met. They were always able to get our vehicle in to be seen quickly and gave use nothing but honesty and integrity.

I went in thinking my car had electrical issues, turns out it was just a bad battery. Only $50 for labor, the battery was warrantied. Great service and professionalism.

Ive only lived in Savannah 3 years, and this was my first need for auto repair. Parrishs was recommended by a couple of friends, long time Savannah residents. They did about twice the work (brake job) for about half the estimate from one of the chain shops and gave me tips on how to put off some other expensive repairs on my 12-year-old truck that I drive 100-200 miles per month.Parrishs did what they promised, in the time promised, in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. I cant imagine going anywhere else next time.

They charged me 100$ to keep my car all day, overcharge my repair for me to refuse service. Must think highly of yourselves to value literally no service at 100$. Do not go here.

We have done business with parish for many years ......mom ...and myself ...use to do good work but recently the last few times I had my car serviced ...i was definitely not pleased ....work half done ...and things that should have been found ....and repaired was looked over ....seems like he just doesnt care aboit the quality of his work any more...very un professional atttide...has no respect for elderly people....i will not be taking any mine or families vehicles to him again.

We reviewed all the mechanics in Savannah and the one thing that stuck out was allot of excellent reviews by out of state customers of Parrish Auto. We had blown a hydraulic belt tensioner and were only in Savannah for a couple of days. Upon arrival at Parrish Auto, all four mechanic bays were completely filled and it was obvious that this place was busy. After some discussion with Tony (the owner), he agreed to squeeze us in first thing the next morning even though he was totally booked. You really cant beat a family owned business, that really cares about people. After an hour, with free coffee and great conversation, we were back on the road and on our way to Florida. We are very happy customers.

Iv spent money with them before, but they were to lazy to answer a simple question about a phone number over the phone.Not the southern hospitality Id expect from a downtown business. Just the type of lazy I expect from people that cannot raise their finger without a dollar wagged in front of their face.

He really made me feel as though he was doing an honest job he charged me 650$ to do my rear brakes only on a Acura TSX when talking with other mechanics they say I got robbed I’m extremely upset and won’t be visiting again.

Meineke quoted to replace my AC compressor for around $1300. Parrish did it for $850 and it works great. I trust this place - the owner answers the phone. Im into that.
