This was my second time bringing my car to Hollingsworth and once again they provided excellent service.

I recently used Hollingsworth for repair to our brand new vehicle that was rear ended on I16 / I95. I personally thought the vehicle was totaled, but thankfully to Buster and the rest of the staff here I walked away with a vehicle that I was honestly speechless that it looked brand new. I was referred here by a long time friend and after being ripped off by other shops in the past I was incredibly relieved at how professional and timely this shop was. I now know why theyve been in business for over 100 years. I personally will never use another shop, and will highly recommend them to anyone needing. Thank you guys again!

These guys did an AMAZING JOB! The rear end looks like there was never any damage. My car requires a three part paint job which perfectly matched the other paint. They are honest and give reasonable estimates.Michael worked with me and kept in touch by phone and texts. He reviewed every line of the estimate and gave me a time frame when my car should be completed, which it was. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to Hollingsworth. My car looks beautiful and I am so happy to have it back. They will always be my collison center of choice. They will be highly recommended to all my family and friends. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Takes to long to get car repaired, got into an accident messed up my front bumper and radiator after a month and a half finally got car back with a Crack in my windshield ac wouldnt work and dead battery when I called I was told they would call me back never heard back from them. They are nice but nice dont fix my car.

When I was a little girl I grew up in one of the neighborhood housing projects (Frazier Homes) as kids we watched the owner redo and fix cars. The take proud in all the jobs the do so when you pick your car up it wont be a second or third time. I give them 5 stars for service & commitment to ensure that their customers are pleased!!!

Hollingsworth did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. The car looked far better than anticipated . They lived up to their reputation. If i need any auto body work in the future, Hollingsworth will be my first choice.

I give the body shop 3 stars, I have very mixed emotions about my experience. First, the guys doing the actual body work did an amazing job. I have a Cadillac that needed a new drivers door shell and rear hatch replaced (Hit and Run). The body work was great, and the paint is hard to match but looks amazing with the perfect amount of blend and flakes. On the business side of things. The entire experience left an awful taste in my mouth shop from the very beginning was confused when I came to drop my car off and then accepted it. Got my estimate and was great. It was during the beginning stages of COVID so reduced staff in the shop made it take longer but they had the car for over a month, not a big deal, but I would wait and expect at least some type of phone call to keep me updated but I was always having to call them for information (weeks apart) then once I finally went to pick up my vehicle they pull it around with a massive black mark on the door. It was easily buffed out once I pointed it out and asked what it was about, but just made me feel like the attention to detail was laking for something so noticeable. I crawled under the car and find tape all over the car to what I imagine is identify the parts, but took 3 seconds to remove, so why not? Just lacked the attention to detail and the Im really glad I took my car here feel. In the end my car looks great and the guys did great work. But Ive had better experiences and professionalism at other shops.

The work that was done on the car was excellent. I have used Hollingsworth before and was happy with their work.Now on this occasion, dealing with the person who was working with my insurance company was not a pleasure to work with. The number of hours that was given to work on the car was exceeded and I had to incur the cost of the rental car from Enterprise for 7 days. When I contacted my insurance company about it, they told me that the car had electrical problems and that I took it to the Acura dealership. I dont know who told that lie. I took my car in on April 7th and did not get it back until May 14th. Hollingsworth had my car for well over a month.

Very pleased with my experience here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Estimated time to repair was spot on and when Progressive dropped the ball they were more than happy to keep me informed of their progress and send me the necessary paper work. Craftsmanship was excellent, cant even tell it was reworked. All repairs are done in house and come with a life time warranty as long as you own it and they go through an extensive process to ensure they match your paint color exactly. Cant get much better than that.

My insurance company listed below and rental company next door but people so lazy now and maybe a long time ago they were good are till people they know. Word of my not good no more

I have unfortunately had to use them a few times for car body damage and they have always been AMAZING! Excellent customer service, they actually call when they have an update, patient with my questions about insurance or the with the work that is being done, and actually have the car ready when they say they will. I will never use another body shop, this one is definitely the best!

I stopped in today to ask fixing a dent on the passenger side of my car. Gentlemen came out and looked at it. Maybe it can be popped out? Used a pop out tool and viola it was almost like new. I will always give them my business. Wonderful people.

Excellent customer service. my car was in an accident while I was visiting Savannah and my insurance company took it here. Hollingsworth was up-front with me about the condition of the damage, and even went out of their way to help get my stuff out of the vehicle (wasnt expecting it to be totaled) while I was in another state.

They do know cars and they changed my car oil for good price !

I have had several cars fixed here and I can definitely say that you can expect great work and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are professional and let you know what to expect. If I need body shop work for any of my automobiles, this is where I would go.

Great place! Ive been there for repairs on my 2008 Dodge Caliber. Theyre willing to give you multiple options and tell you the risks associated with each. Just be sure to double check the work they actually did and the bill they present you with. I had a clerical error one time that almost cost me $80. They were very apologetic about it and it seemed to be a mistake but keep an eye out! Otherwise I would definitely recommend this place.

Worse paint shop Ive ever been to I took my 2000 corvette there to get repaired and painted because someone had scratched it all over with a key the receptionist came out and looked at my car and gave me her word that she would remove all scratches and put a nice paint job on my car they kept my car a week or two then I get a phone call that my car is ready so I go to pick up my car it looked ok so I take it home the following day Im looking at my car and noticed that it was bubbles in my paint and the clear on the bumper was cracking so I took my car back to the paint shop the same receptionist that lied to me the first time came out looked at my car and said that they would fix some of the damage but they would not paint the whole car over when the whole car had bubbles all over it, to this day my car still have chips in it and bubbles in the paint because they wouldnt stand behind their work, dont let the niceness fool your when they get your car its a different story and the receptionist was very nasty they couldnt paint a skateboard for me again
