Today was my first time inside a grocery store selling just Asian grocery. I was a little overwhelmed at what was on offer to me inside the walls of this little store. The shop keeper was a little rude to me but I understand her reasons for doing so as I kept opening freezer doors to look at stuff instead of just looking through the glass. Nor did i come in with a list of things to get. I am probably coming back with a recipe in mind next time so I dont get overwhelmed again.
Love supporting a small business like this one. The lovely lady who took care of me was super sweet, full of suggestions and they had all necessary ingredients for me to make my jajangmyeon! Thank you!

I wondered if it was my imagination until I read another poor review from a customer who shared a similar experience. I can attest to how friendly the cashier was with the customer who she worked with before, me. I watched their friendly interaction; however, after that couple left, the cashier rudely turned to me and without even opening her mouth to ask me how she could help me, she gave me a look with an expression of “What do you want?” I’d already checked the store for myself, but when I asked if she carried vegan shrimp, she rudely sad, “No.” and walked away. I can only imagine what was so different about me, that she couldn’t extend the same friendliness with me as she did with the nice couple before me. My experience when checking with “Hue Phuong Oriental Market” was a much more pleasant experience.

Best place for kimchi ever! As a california transplant thought it would be hard to adjust to life in the area without korean food and groceries but Asia Market has all the necessities to make most korean dishes. The ahjuma there is super friendly and helpful too.
The lady running the store was very nice helping me find my items, even if I didnt know exactly what they were called lol. She was also sweet and understanding towards my little girl who was just running around being a bit of a brat. Will definitely be back! I love that its small, organized and everything seems to be merchandized in clear sections. Will definitely be back.

Very rude store owner liked the store and been there a couple of times.but to have the owner watch me and my fiancee from both isles sit and stare didnt bother us much(she might of had a bad day). But after we took toolong aparantly (not even 13 min )she said very snarky what do you need from across the store, was uncalled for. Its ok though working in the medical field provides enough money and I wouldnt steal or even think of which she made us feel. Will be shopping else where, needs to work on attitude.

I just walked there today because I live near and I desperately wanted to check out what kind of Asian stuff was near by. I was really happy to find they had rice paper wraps! I have been looking for these quite sometime. The lady there was really nice and it didnt take long. They even had this mochi stuff Ive been wanting to try so I will definitely go back.If she was ever looking for a trainable employee I would definitely apply!I could walk there, make some pocket money, and then buy stuff 😂😂😂
Great selection of Korean products. There are some refrigerated and frozen items including homemade kimchi. Definitely recommend!

My favourite grocery store in Savannah! Lady thats runs this store is Very friendly and helphul, and always ready to explain what is what and how to prepare certain types of food.I recommend it to everyone who likes Asian (Japanese, Korean) food!
