Ive been doing business with Fox Appliance Parts for many years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent parts and component stock for air conditioning, refrigeration, and residential appliances.And they all have a good sense of humor.

Easy entrance, plenty of parking. Ordered a new refrigerator shelf by phone. Associate was very helpful and found my exact part at another Fox Appliance in Alabama. I had part sent to Savannah store, arrived super fast and in perfect condition. Got a call part was in, I picked it up and works well. Customer Service A++. Couldnt be simpler.

Good place to get appliance parts. It they dont have it they usually can get it quickly.

I was there a couple of weeks ago, needed a part for my washing machine, the person at the desk, couldnt be less rude if his life depended on it, so disappointed, I left the place and decided to buy a new machine, sad when employees are rude to customers.

This place has been around as long as I can remember in the Savannah area. Very helpful. Thank you David for great service. Only downfall is one of your employees, a black gentleman took my call a couple months ago and I’m sorry to say lied to me and rushed me off the phone when I asked about commercial parts and prices. I was taken back by this. I am not used to being lied to. I enquirer about a commercial part and he told me very hurriedly “ our computers do not allow them to look up commercial parts”! Then he rushed me off the phone bindi not remember the name but he was a black gentleman. But my faith in your buisness was put back by David’s great service. Btw he helped me with “ Commercial Parts “ for a washer.

Had just what I was looking for, in and out 5 min

I recently needed a new belt for my dryer. This is the only place in town that had it in stock. I arrived there at exactly 5:00 when they close. They had the belt right up front for me. They were very helpful. Also, the prices are equivalent to what was posted online for the belt.

They did not have what we were looking for, but sure had a lot of parts. Will be back when we need them.

My dryer suddenly stopped working and I thought it was the timer switch. I called and was asking about a new one, when I was asked what it was or was not doing. I give a brief explanation and was told to check something else. After an hour of trying to locate it I called back and they walked me through locating it. And since I live an hour away they give me instructions on how to check if it was bad and what else to check as well. Very professional and went out of their way to help me.
