Its ok, lots of furniture and some prices could be better. .

As soon as I walked in I was greeted to be helped. Sometimes when you enter a business it takes a while for a sales person to help you. Farmers Furniture keep up the great work. My sales lady was very professional and helpful

The initial experience was fine. Sales person was personable and not pushy. Only had to wait two weeks for items, so I was happy with that, as well. However, once the items arrived, it was clear there was a problem. Delivery is awful since they don’t tell you the time window they’ll be there until the day of delivery (wasted Saturday). The day the couch was delivered I reported the following problems: The couch was poorly made and the fabric was pulled in a way that rolled the fabric and made ripples and indentations in the sides (very visible) and the stuffing was coming out of the sofa because the fabric wasn’t attached well on the inside. The ottoman came with stains on it.It took them two weeks to deliver another ottoman (another Saturday wasted), and they were trying to send a company to come fix the couch, but asking me to work around the company’s schedule to have it fixed. They don’t work past 5 and they give a large window for delivery on Saturday. So either I leave work early to have it done or waste another Saturday. I shouldn’t have to do so much because their merchandise is sub-par. New items shouldn’t be delivered in poor condition. In order to get it done when I was able to, I offered to pay for the repair and get a reimbursement but was told no. They offered no other solution. They really do not care.

I went into this place ready to purchase the Jada sectional and love seat. After visiting the location twice, and returning with my husband to buy, I was informed that sectional would have to be ordered AND that the material would be changing and they had no idea what it would look like. Sooo ... customers are expected to pay for something that * no one* has any idea what it will look like? I offered to purchase the current inventory off of the floor and was informed by management that everything on the floor is broken. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Swift, helpful service at Rooms To Go with inventory actual available for sale.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Great sales staff, fabulous store manager. What a pleasant experience. Even closing the contract was a great 👍 experience, the clerk was too kind. Whoever thought looking at furniture could be fun, wow. Special mention to the store manager, Mr. Bruce Langston, what a guy. Everyone was great tho. Seriously, you have to stop by.

They rip you off. After having an account with them for over 2 years and they act like they have no idea who you are. You pay something down to nothing and get something else well you still paying on that first item a year later. They also put bogus charged on the account that they refuse to take off. Beware of both locations

Very dissatisfied with how the store manager handle my order!!! Due to his poor customer service I cancelled my order. Delivery driver was very pleasant as he had to put my bed back on the truck.

A very friendly place to shop but not if your looking for a bargain. The prices are a bit steep and the products are kind of common. And yes I will shop there again.

I just got a bed from Farmers and only had it a month just made my first payment now my bed on left side broke call the manager they came took pictures,so they can order parts a couple days ago but now my bed broke some more and now its wop sided and I cant get no sleep,not happy at all they want the money on time I want this damn bed fixs on time,got my bed fix yesterday before I went to work got off at 11:30pm lay down at 1 as soon I lay down one of the handle left came out,I put the handle back in lay down at 6 am I woke up on the floor the hole bottom foot board and brace broke a damn again you got to be kidding me for get this bs taking apart so lay on box springs and mattress they can get the other part dont want Im done
