I just bought a house so I needed to fill it up with things that bring me joy. It’s my first time in the store really wanting to be there. The selection of things you can get for your house are infinite. Everything I needed I got. Towels, curtains, pots, pans, all kitchen needs. I got a slew of things. My girlfriend was extremely happy. Our total came out to a little over a thousand. An employee that helped me get the last shower curtain I wanted let me know to join their club for a year for 30 bucks. You get 20% off. So we bought that also then saved over 200 bucks. Highly recommend David as your cashier.

Advise a delivery would arrive but watch it sit at the store for days before they sent the items out even when the label was printed for days. So all they do is bump the delivery date to a later date.

They have nice merchandise, clean store, and helpful staff. They are pricey.

This is against the Savannah, GA store.I returned several rugs (Monday Dec 11) because they did not match our decor. They were returned still rolled and wrapped. Heres when the burn comes in, I was told the money would be put back on my PayPal debit card within 48 hours. Guess what? I called the store after 48 hours (Wednesday Dec 13) and asked where my money went. He said it may take longer than 48 hours. WHAT? He said he would look into it and call me Friday Dec15, 96 hours later. I think everybody should be aware of this store and their terrible return policy. Buyer beware, they have terrible customer service even from hdqtrs..!!!

The store had several items that we were looking for to set up my daughters new apartment. The stote didnt have anyone for customer service on the sales floor if needed. Only people were on the registers. The store wasnt recovered as well as you would think for it to be a week day.

My experience here was great! The best customer service! Very nice, friendly, and of course HELPFUL. Mindy and Alexia are a great help! The manager was a great help over the phone as well! They honestly made my day with their kindness. I highly recommend this store for your luxury housing neccesites!

My SHOPPING trip was FABULOUS. I entered the store using my walker, And employee welcomed me and my friend, then a wheelchair was brought out for me to use while shopping. Such a blessing !I purchased a wooden box with three wreaths; each one is encircled with different SEA SHELLS.AndWindow drapes to match.

Good store to find those unusual gifts for that hard to buy for person. A little pricey but you can always use their coupons. They never expire.

They are not set up for handicap people to shop in this store. If you are in a wheelchair forget about it. Because they have so much stuff on display some of the aisles are less than 36 which is required by the ADA. I can only imagine this will get worse with the Christmas season upon us. Just so you know Bed Bath and Beyond people with disabilites have money to spend as well. But as for me it wont be with you!!

The utter incompetency of management cost me 500$ when I was trying to return an item. I was charged instead of refunded. Then spent the better part of an hour waiting for them to fix it.

Not a bad store been here a good number of times and they have a decent selection of some items in the bed, bath, and kitchen departments.

BB&B is no match for amazon. I go here to see what they got for scratch and dent. They have a lot of great neat stuff, but I go there to get items and buy them online. Cheaper! Restrooms are gross!

I ordered a sheet set online, it did not fit my bed so I had to return to the store. The return process was excellent and the refund went directly to my card. Even though the set didn’t work for me the buying and returning process was fabulous.

Is it any wonder this company is having financial difficulties. The store refuses to honor online sales price. Waisted an hour long trip just to be told I have to order online and wait three days for delivery.

I wish I had made this my first stop in shopping for home things. Ive recently moved into an older historic apartment and have been to maybe 6 different retail stores for various things, some which I had to hunt to find and others which I couldnt find.walking around Bed Bath & beyond for 15 minutes I saw practically every item I had been looking for and/or couldnt find!Further, I found useful items on clearance, in obvious areas (some place hide clearance items) and ultimately saved about $70 on the 5 or 6 items I purchased.Further further, two employees went out of their way to help me. One gave me the skinny on window curtains, the other opened a cash register to check me out fast.Super sweet. This place rocks.

This place always has the most up to date cool and trendy gifts . I love shopping here for all my kitchen tools. Store is always clean and well lit. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Pretty good little bed bath and beyond in savannah. This one is not as big as the stores that contain the World Market grocery area, but it has nearly everything you may want. They just came out with a new flyer as you enter the store that has a $100 off of $500 pruchase, so if you are going to make a big purchase, this is the time to do it. Customer service folks are super friendly as well and can help with all your shopping needs!

Its too crowded to walk around in. Aisles are narrow. I hate going to the actual store. I enjoy shopping online. Other than that its OK.
