Bought a pound of ground beef . 30 mins later While getting it prepared to cook, I found the meat was gray in the middle. It seem like they deliberately tried to hide it while packaging the beef. Thank God I’m the type of person to check all food before cooking or serving ! I planned on feeding that to my children ! I take it back to get a refund and requested to talk to the Manager . He had a attitude like I was in the wrong. He told the cashier to give me a refund and walked off. Didn’t receive a apology or explanation as to why they’re selling expired meat ! I Could assume they intentionally serve expired products or bad meat because the cashier says as I quote “ I told him he has to stop doing that “ this grocery store is a mess ! Every time I walked in here it was colder in the grocery store then it was outside ! If I’m paying for overpriced bad produce and meats, the least I should be able to get is some god dam heat while I shop ! I feel so sorry for the people who works there that has to wear coats while working ! This place just want your money and don’t give a dam about your well being ! The health department needs to shut this place Down immediately !

Good service for a small store. They had all fresh produce and meat items I was looking for. Right in my neighborhood convenient and good sales. Really need small stores in our neighborhood to shop.

I live in the area. I only shop here for Ice. The prices here are more in line of a convenience store. Not a supermarket. It smells.

This place has always been convenient and friendly good deals and good customer service....plus they have super doughnuts I do recommend if you havent tried them yet.

Sad that the building owners took such little care of the building & parking lot, the staff was always friendly, helpful, cared about the customers--the store is closed & a community greatly affected

Dont purchase any meat from the store.This is the worst store ever! I purchased meat that included ribs and chicken. The next day every thing was spoiled. Looking at the outside of the store I should have known that this would have been the end result before I even stepped foot in the door. This is the lowest of any grocery store I have ever been in. Save your money and go elsewhere this is the worst grocery store I have ever been in.

Where should I start. It was very cold inside the entire store. The entrance and exit doors were broken. They never have items that are on sale. You cannot ever find them. There are completely out. It smelled terrible at and around the meat case. Should I go on. The check out line, the belts that pull groceries to the cashier broken.

I see this store as a great neighborhood store, has a lot of great deals, but somethings are above average priced.

In such a small town its convenient. Glad its here. Of course adjustments can be made.

They have good prices but dont carry any fresh organics or food without preservatives and fillers so I wont be going back.

THE IDEAL CORNER STORE WITH THE RIGHTPRICES STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND CAREING. TOP NOTCH, I WOULD RATE THE STORE HIGHER EXCEPT IN WINTER THERE IS NO HEAT AND VERY COLD A REAL NEGATATIVE IN SERVICE.

One of the saddest grocery stores you will ever visit. The cashiers are delightful and that is the stores only saving grace. The shopping carts are a mismatched collection of carts from other stores that have closed their doors. Throughout the store tile is missing from the floor and ceiling tiles are punched out or water stained. I was there on a day it was raining and the water was leaking from the ceiling all over the bread, also the cookies in the cookie aisle, as well as in the canned goods aisle. The produce section is stocked but a good percentage of what is offered is old, soft and bruised.The checkout lanes are filthy. The conveyor belts do not work.The parking lot is filled with potholes if its been raining you can expect to have to jump over or walk through puddles.

They sell spoil meat, fruit, and dairy. Sliced watermelon is spoiled. Meat within expiration date is spoiled. Chocolate milk is spoiled. You cant shop quickly because you have to thoroughly expect food before you choose to put in your cart. Potatoes that goes on sale they put out small quantities, then when the sale expires they bring out bulks of old potatoes. Worst managed store. Worst place to shop. Mexican guy, that was just hired, follows people around every time they enter the store. Ive been going to the store off and on for the past six years so I know who is new or not. They only reason people continue going is because they lack transportation. Another thing they sale Sauk Village water out of a machine that says that its purified. They no longer keep enough bottled water in stock. This store needs new management desperately.

Minorities are followed from parking lot into store, spied on in every aisle, and followed even through the checkout counter. A very large female cashier will say bless you, but she is very surly and never smiles.
