Very personalized service. I had a complimentary bra fitting, and Lauren bright me 8-10 items to try. Their was even a questionnaire to help Lauren narrow down some choices for me.I noticed they do a lot of esthetician services & the shop is full of temptations if you find yourself needing something lacey & well made.

I went in for a waxing a week ago, and already cant wait to go back! I was referred to Sam by a friend, and it was a big deal for me because in my 30 years Ive never gotten a wax! I thought Id start with a French Bikini (it being my first time and all), and couldnt believe how painless and fast it was! Sam left me to get dressed, but I wrapped myself up and called to her from the door. I asked her if she had extra time if she could just keep going! I figured why not go all the way if its this painless! She was so sweet and accommodating! (Im sorry it didnt occur to me until later that it couldve been her lunch hour!) She was so nice! I was so happy leaving there! I will never go back to shaving and I will keep going back to Sam! She is a lovely lady, a professional--EXTREMELY good at her job! Thanks Sam! It was perfect!

I went to Chic Underneath for the first time about a month ago and my visit exceeded my expectations! (I have another appointment to go back next week!) It was fast, easy and as painless as it can get! She talked me through the entire thing which helped make the whole experience calm and relaxing. The prices are great and the store itself is so cute. Had my first Brazilian wax here about a month ago...and have actually been counting down the days until I can come back! Results were amazing. The experience was great, everyone is friendly and the waxing itself is quick, efficient, and hardly painful. I felt extremely comfortable and will continue my visits!

I got 2 bras from here and they are good quality but the person who was measuring me didnt measure me right. She measured me as an A cup when Im actually a 28D. I now have 2 bras that were expensive and uncomfortable to wear. After she measured me I finally got her to give me a size B bra, still too small. I went somewhere else and got better bra later on. They measured me more accurately. If you are like me and are skinny with a big bust I wouldnt go here.

Sam the esthetician is fantastic. First time in ages that I have been really happy with a leg wax. Most places try to pull the whole legs length if wax off in one swipe, its quicker for them but results in a lot of breakage which leads to ingrown hairs. The clerk whose name I didnt get spent the time I was getting waxed looking for my size items. When I was done with the wax there were about a dozen items for me to look at. And their prices are great for Saratoga.

My first brazilian wax was extremely painful, overpriced, and left me walking funny so I was nervous to try a new place. But holy cow, this place is amazing! Ive never been waxed besides my eyebrows but I wanted to try a Brazilian because Im so sick of razor burn and shaving. I was a little nervous at first but it hurt waaay less than I thought and my esthetician, Sam, made me feel so at ease. It was over before I knew it and Im definitely going back!

Great first experience at Chic! Ive tried several waxing salons and this is now my absolute favorite. I tend to have very severe allergic reactions - none here! Clean, private, quick and professional. Kailyn spoke to me the whole time and was very efficient.
