I enjoyed the items in this store but they must get a lot of shoplifters.....the staff follow you around to the point were it gets kinda creepy. I have never had intentions to shoplift, but they make you feel like you fit the profile of a shoplifter (whatever that looks like).

Worst customer service. I live out of state and received a gift from the store. I tried to call to arrange an exchange immediately after I received the gift. No one ever answered the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail. My emails went unanswered. I finally returned to Saratoga with the never-used item which is still carried in the store. I was treated rudely and impersonally and was essentially told to go away. Not my idea of a way to establish customer loyalty. I will avoid this store and recommend that you do too.
