I love Kilwins. I always go before I head to CT to visit family. They love the chocolates I bring them. The owner is super friendly. I always end up in conversation with him when its not busy. The smell alone is enough to pull you in from the street. Even though I personally do not like chocolate, it is a forever stop on my list when I am in Toga, except during racing season. I try my hardest to avoid Broadway at all cost until the tourists go home!!

Never knew this place was in Saratoga until I visited one in Wilmington North Carolina this place is amazing definitely worth trying out

Fantastic local ice cream. Creamy and full of flavor instead of just loaded with sugar.Got the Saratoga Mud and Toasted Coconut. Bother were heavenly. If you get the coconut, Id keep it in a separate cup because the coconut flavor is strong so avoid mixing it with the other flavors otherwise everything will end up tasting like coconut (which wouldnt be the worst if you like coconut!). The Toasted Coconut was still so amazing with little chunks of the toasted pieces in it,.The Saratoga Mud, so so good. Shaven chocolate, light and creamy ice cream.Plus they give you a good sized serving! Easily shareable! Definitely check this out!

Walked in here for the first time on a Thursday evening with my hubby and son while visiting for a relaxing birthday getaway from nyc. Service is lacking. No smiles. Made to feel like I was bothering them. We came in here to purchase a cake and didn’t feel welcome. After all that, cake was not good.

Went to this place for dessert after having lunch at Cantina. Tried saratoga mud flavored ice cream. It was good and different from usual flavors.

I love their caramel apples, caramel apple pie to be exact. They are on the expensive side, $10.99 for a single apple but its worth it. They may have increased to account for covid 19. Overall their options are handcrafted and tasty.

Everything in this store looks out of this world. The ice cream was soooooo yummy. Gave it four stars because it was a little too pricey.

Pricey but well worth it I must say. Ice cream and waffle cones are great. Milk shake needs to be a thicker consistency and not so just milk taste but overall great. Will come back again to try more sweets!

Good place to get dessert. They have large variety of chocolates. Since this place is located at Broadway, could be hard to find nearby parking during busy times. They also offer variety of ice cream flavors. There are few small table to sit if you want to stay inside the shop.

Early in the week I ordered an ice cream cake which they already have ready but I wanted it written on because it was for a special college graduation... Have never been to this place before and when I want in the door at smelled fabulous... Everything looked delicious. I event picked up some pecan brittle and some beautiful dark chocolate salted caramel is that were already packaged ready to go when ahead to the check out to pick up my pre paid pre ordered cake I asked if I could see and though I had asked for the writing to be distinctive it was basically white chocolate or dark chocolate that was fine it was to say congrats and the graduates name. When I look at the writing on the cake our 11 year old could a done it better it was all stick in the congrats which was fine but on the graduates name half into the dark chocolate with this teeny Chinese skinny pencil thin she for her name and the rest pretty thin is well they gotta gonna over it the 2nd time to make the graduates name stand that you can barely even see the see of her 1st name to order this for days in advance and pre pay I was really disappointed with the quality of writing and they didnt have a receipt for me Im sure the ice cream cake will be delicious the Pecan brittle certainly was as I was on my way from Saratoga Springs back to Lake George but again they could have gotten 5 stars if they would have just taken a moment and written on my cake with a little care it was 2 words goodness sakes make it look good folks thats why they get 3 instead of 5 stars Ill try the cake tomorrow with my family

There is a Kilwins in my hometown of Harbor Springs Michigan. I was super excited when I saw one opened in Saratoga Springs. They have the best hard ice cream and chocolate sodas.

The smells coming out if here are always wonderful. Usually smelling chocolate and toasted marshmallows as we walk by. We walk in to at least appreciate their hard work. They usually will sample out their product freely.This time we bought some things.We ordered milkshakes and they were the bomb. My child received a superman scooped ice cream and was overjoyed.

The ice cream and fudge are both pretty great, but nothing too spectacular. It was thoroughly enjoyable, but cost for taste was a little higher than I prefer.
