First thing I notice is that the bathroom is closed and I really gotta go! After contemplating using the womens room, I decide not to make a scene and go try to find my blue button down shirt.Smallest mens section ever. Clothes were ugly and unfashionable, pricey and nothing in my size! Not to mention they dont have any blue button downs. None. Zilch. Keep in mind at the time of posting, this is the most fashionably diverse shirt you can wear and they dont have it!Would not recommend for clothing.The produce looked fresh and tasty. Didnt notice the price but Id wager middle of the road. This is Target after all.Again, opted out of the womens restroom on my way out. My bladder says I should give them one star but Im in a good mood today 😋

Typically I love Target and its stores. With that being said this store in particular I wouldnt recommend to anyone. The management is absolutely horrible and the customer service is lacking. Guest services cant be bothered to serve guests appropriately and some of the employees there Scalp exclusive items and lie to guests about availability. If you want a great experience travel extra and visit the Target in Amsterdam where they not only go out of their way to help guests, but theyre both polite and courteous when doing so! Its an entirely different and much greater experience!

Its friendly its clean. Offers a good value. And the new remodel is very refreshing.

Everything in Target is reasonably priced and there is a wide variety of merchandise available. Most of the time, the items Im shopping for are in stock. If you can, get on Dans check-out line - he is awesome!

You have not changed your appearance and thank you for that. Many stores have, to see them give up is sad. I enjoyed my birthday there with my daughter I have not seen in awhile. It was refreshing to shop there in person and not on line. Your store is defiantly inviting. Keep up the good work.

The manager who searched for the 4 gallon color coded Febreze garbage bags and Lysol cans was extraordinarily helpful as well as the gentleman employee. Just sorry I cannot recall their names.The cashier just failed to explain what I was signing up for when she referenced some type of Target club. I thought it was regarding my 5% off Target card but I have no idea what it was for...still.

“Spend $100, get a $20 target gift card” promotion prompted me to place an online purchase for in store pickup. Satisfied all criteria of the promotion. Picked up products and no gift card. Service desk staff said it would be emailed in my receipt as a digital credit. Nothing in the email. Don’t run promotions if you can’t honor them. Will remove this if I end up receiving it.

I always receive the best customer service. I had a $5 gift card I had earned with a previous purchased from like March?! I had no idea how the heck to use it with my Target app! haha The cashier that was running self-checkout was so patient and helpful! He was able to suspend the transaction and I figured out how to use the app with the gift card. :)

I’ve never had a problem in this store before. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is a built in Starbucks in the building which is always nice. I’ve never had any problems there either. They’ve been doing an excellent job keeping up with the high demands during covid-19 I’ve come here on numerous occasions and was pleased to see how stocked the shelves where. They have toilet paper fully stocked which was just an incredible sight for me. The workers at the pharmacy have always been pleasant and answer any questions I have. I’ve been getting my medicine from them for years now. This store always has the most random items in it too. It’s the perfect place to buy a gift for almost anyone and everyone. Even your pet!

I normally LOVE Target but their new app is awful.I shopped for in-store pickup and though the pick-up process was smooth, the new Target App for shopping is AWFUL. I wouldn’t send a friend or family member to this train wreck of a shopping app. It was excellent before - and you ruined it.

Good service and great prices.

They dont pick items for pick up until well after the store opens. Apparently every target does that and unfortunately this means that people can buy all of the item you purchased before they even think about putting it aside for the person who payed ahead of time.

Merchandise seems to be located in several departments but its not all the same items or the same items but different styles. I had to do a lot of zig zagging through the store....Bathroom hooks/over the door organizers .... found in home decor, bath essentials, and dorm room area. Same thing for the kitchen Utensil caddy.

Very poor service. Went to pick up an order. Guest Services declined to bring it to the vehicle. Basically citing an inconvenience for that day. Told me that I could come in the store to pick it up. I am a cancer survivor and recovered from Pneumonia.....but it was inconvenient for Saratoga...Ny target just to come out to Drive up space #1 to give it to me.....Remember....citing it was inconvenient for them.....very sad ....I requested a refund. Drove literally two seconds to another store....called on the telephone....paid and had it handed to me with a smile and take care of yourself from a very close store.....Know where you stand....I had to pay $2.00 more....but it was so worth the service!

Great selection, clean store

Target was great with prices so I chose them. I was very impressed that the pick-up counter was in the front of the store rather than in the back which is so usual in many stores to get you to buy more. It was a fast in and out and the staff was very competent and friendly. Target was a breath of fresh air in the all too psychological mind games of current-day marketing!

Very Rude sales staff, In regards to our purchase, Total harassment of how many of an item we were buying, When NO SIGN WAS POSTED about qty Limits. Sales PERSON thru her arms up in a huff like a 2 year old and stormed off, When I got to the front of the store I was attacked again, Along with 3 people other staff members along with the lady who stormed off staring at me at self check out.

I love to shop at Target. But one of my concerns is the empty shelves of the toilet paper isle & the hand sanitizer isle. I shop here 2-3X a week and your shelves especially with the toilet paper have been impossible to purchase here?! The shelves have been empty for like a month. It’s aggravating. I’ve gone into Walmart and have had better luck with finding toilet paper. As for the sanitizer I prefer the Target brand for its price, still no luck. I’m disappointed.

No one is perfect. I really like to shop at Target for most clothing and household goods. I find the prices reasonable and quality is high.

Nothing in stock... ever. Even worst if you order online.

This Target location is excellent! Its always clean, aisles are open and free of freight palates or other obstructions. Shelves are stocked and straightened continuously so that the last customer of the day has the same experience as the first. This location has a full food market, which is very convenient and saves one from having to make two stops in a busy city. Several people have remarked how much faster and more convenient it is to upgrade their mobile devices and plans at Target Mobile than at the company store, be that Verizon, Sprint, or AT&T. There is plentiful parking and it is easy to get in and out of the shopping center.

I really like shopping there, I go there for clothing, bedding, seasonal items...etc.

Plus-size woman- Dont come here looking for clothes. This is all you have. Literally. One small, tiny section consisting of maybe 5 to 6 racks with a minimal selection, located between Misses (regular women) and Maternity. (Theres more maternity). Disgusted. Apparently the Saratoga Target caters to well-to-do and thin women!! Been like this for years!! I dont know who does their ordering, but they should be ashamed.

I usually find what I am looking for.

This target is pretty out of date as far as what they carry. Other targets sell a lot more organic/USA based/smaller business sourced products which are great. This one is still stuck in the made in China times. Yeah, of course most products sold by them are from outside the US but they have recently started carrying better stuff at nicer targets. Would like to see that here, especially with the Saratoga population

Great prices. Friendly associates. Lots of great products. Also has a fun thing for the kids to do while the parents check out the clothes. Its a game that you interact with on the floor using your foot. The kids can go against each other or the computer.

This target is always super clean! Employees are always so nice and right there to help with anything! Only downside is they are really bad at having things on the shelf, but again employees are always right there to go grab whatever youre looking for on their frequently empty shelves.

A fairly typical Target. Nothing exceptional to mention, but nothing too terrible either. This Target has a grocery store, and like most stores of its type, tends towards too few cashiers. The bathrooms were in pretty rough shape the one time I used them, and it can be very busy during any holiday event.Overall, its a Target, and thats all there really is to say.

Target has a better selection than anyone else

They were very helpful and helped me find my car keys I lost while I was panicking with my 4 and 1 year old with me. Plus the app is extremely helpful when trying to find product in the store and they price matched what the app price was which was cheaper then what it rang up as at the register.

Hassle free unlike Walmart

Compared to other Targets this one is probably a bit smaller. The costumer service staff is very helpful, the staff throughout the store always seem willing to help. The store is neat and organized, the bathroom is large and clean

One will always have an easy and prompt time shopping, and find exactly what you came for.

I love the choices at Target but the store was a mess today. The shoes in the shoe department were all over the place, the clearance sections were jumbled and unorganized (things falling off hangers and on the floor)

Store is normally clean and organized with helpful employees. Pick up in store and self check out helps getting in and out a breeze.

Great store BUT in the target cafe i was OVERCHARGED for food & was not given a receipt. There was a soda & pretzel deal for $3.69 I was OVER CHARGED. The guys name was Joey, he was older & very friendly with good customer service... But overcharged me. Maybe he wasnt aware of the deal they had going on

This Target needs to take lessons from the Niskayuna Target on how to be a better store. They need to update their technology and get self checkout. Not only that, but their lines don’t move for over 15 minutes, and it appeared as if no one cared. They should really bring in the Target Niskayuna personnel to train these people for a day on how to make Target more enjoyable for customers. Granted I only had one experience at this Target, but I can only imagine it hurts Target business in Saratoga since I wouldn’t want to return there.

The sales associateat the pick up counter was hilarious and had a great attitude!!!!!! Also have to comment on Marcus at Starbucks here!!!! He’s amazing and knows his stuff

It makes it so much eaier to just go in to pick up and leave with what I had already purchased onli9ne, especially when my husband is at work and it is only me with my two infants under th4e age of two.

Whoever fills the online order is here is so lazy they’ll put the things are out of stock and yet when I come to pick up items I’ll go in and check and sure enough the item that they clean was out of stock is actually in fact in stock

This target is always very busy. Expect to wait 5 minutes or more to check our every time. Aside from that is your average target. Food selection is pretty minor but is something.

Keeping Walmart honest

Bought a new cell phone today. A huge shout out to your employee Jason. He had to work harder for me than he should have because I forgot my hearing aids and couldnt hear very well.

The Target App is really terrible, as a security feature, the e-wallet drops off the app, and if you didnt notice, in order to use the e-wallet, the whole transaction has to be voided and re-scanned! The customer service at this particular Target (Saratoga) is not helpful verging on rude. I guess to get a low price on items, I have to sacrifice service. The items I get from Target is not available for order and pick up :(

Jamal took time with us and helped with our bicycle purchase. The Saratoga store is well run but Jamal gave us exceptional service.
