The installation was quick and clean by a very knowledgeable Jeff. I now have a bright formerly dark room. I keep trying to turn off the light! Even on a cloudy day there is still light. I just had the third tubular skylight installed and dont know why I waited so long. Our first ones were installed in 2008 and we never ever had any issuesThis third one was added in the kitchen and what a difference.Tubular Skylight is very impressive and so easy to work with. This is a great place to do business. The owner was very helpful in helping us choose a solution to our lighting issues. The pricing is reasonable and the installer, Jeff, was meticulous and paid high attention to detail -- from leaving virtually no visible mess and spray painting visible tubing to match the roof -- he even offered to pull palm fronds from my roof. Great people that explain every step in the process and leaving you extremely satisfied. We LOVE the free light in our previously dark kitchen -- I keep flipping the switches to turn it off as weve had to use our lights during the day for years. Great product!!

Wow what a great product! Wanted to brighten my kitchen so I called two local providers here in Sarasota. Tubular Skylight Inc. and Daylight Concepts out of Tampa. Tubular Skylight was about $400 cheaper than Daylight Concepts, especially since they wanted to charge me more money for having a spanish tile roof. So glad I went with Tubular Skylight and not their competitor. FYI the kitchen looks amazing now that I can see!

We had to brighten up . . . our home was designed to stay cool and that means not a lot of natural light coming in . . . this is FL after all . . .Up north our skylights let in more than light, they let in heat, not very FL friendly.When we found Tubular Skylights, we were thrilled and a bit skeptical . . . after 13 years, I still LOVE my skylights!Our home is full of cool, bright light without needing to turn on a switch . . . in fact, some days, I forget theyre there and go in and try to turn off the lights in a room.Why did it take me 13 years to write a review? We just had a new roof put on our home and there were zero issues with the skylights! I had not had that experience with traditional skylights and roofing in my home up north so this experience was a very pleasant surprise and it warranted a shout out.If youre looking to brighten up your home, I recommend going with these skylights before investing in any other kind of lighting!

Absolutely thrilled with this product and the dramatic impact on our quality of life! Downsized and built a smaller home but didnt anticipate how dark and depressing it would be on a bright sunny day in Florida. Was considering selling and building a different model when we discovered tubular skylights. Installed three so far. Two in the living room and one in the master bath. I just had two large tubular skylights installed in my dark villa - one each in my kitchen and dining/living room. I am thrilled with the results! Robert and Jeff gave me great advice, and Jeff installed them in two hours, without a speck of dust. These have made a world of difference!! I keep going in the kitchen to turn off the light, but its not on. Im now planning to put them in the bedrooms, with dimmer switches. Best decision Ive made for improving my property value and quality of life!

Our kitchen was dark, on the brightest days due to our dark colored counter top, we even considered replacing it. We decided to try a skylight, it has made all the difference, the kitchen is bright and inviting. It was so bright we added a couple light filters to tone it down a little bit. We are very happy with our decision.

Installed 4 skylights years ago. Still work great. The every 7 year resealing is easily done by the company. No issues with winds and rated by independent services and government agencies to withstand hurricanes. This company is all about service. Easy scheduling and friendly staff. The skylights made all the difference in our home. Inside bathroom now bathed with natural light, same for laundry room and garage which has no windows. Highly recommend them.

Five years ago, we purchased three 16” skylights from Tubular Skylights on Cattlemen Road, Sarasota. Since then, we have also purchased two more for our family members who live out-of-state.The quality of this product is far superior than the comparable item at the “big box stores,” and we are extremely happy with the Tubular Skylight product. They produce amazing amounts of bright light, and we installed them in our kitchen, office, and a closet. Even at night, they provide a soft glow during a full moon. (Tip: I would not install it in a bedroom, though.) They are also rated for hurricane impact in the Miami-Dade area.Lou Anne, the owner, is friendly and provides a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for additional free light.

Why did we not have these skylights installed years ago? Our Villa is basked in pure daylight now and the Villa looks wonderful. Yes..we try to turn off the lights in each room several times a day but thats OK..the light is wonderful. Sorry FPL.Jeff the installer is so very professional and he put down tons of drop cloths in order to keep our Villa clean. Great Product, Excellent customer service

We purchased our villa with tubular skylights already in place. One began leaking after TS Colin in 2016. I submitted an online request to Tubular Skylight and they were on the phone with me within an hour. Two hours later they were here sealing up my skylight. Outstanding service from these folks. We likely will have them install an additional tubular skylight as well.

We put 3 of these in our home, one in the laundry room, and one in each walkin closet. They are well worth the money. Sometimes we try to turn off the lights and they are not on!
