My wife and I have been thrilled to work with All Things Design the past 2 years. From the initial design phase to the installation this past summer, everything went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion. Building a new home can be quite overwhelming and we felt like we had just enough hand holding but also allowed for space and patience during the initial phases of our project. We understand that projects like these dont just come together overnight.

Keffie has completed work for our Architectural firm for many years. She is highly creative and very talented. She interacts with our staff as well as our clients and she always has positive attitude. We love that she always has a smile on her face. Keffie has created many concept boards and construction documents over the last 10 years and we are happy that she continues to work with us from abroad.

We recently remodeled our house on Goldenrod St in Southgate and could not have been more pleased with the results. Our home was built in the 1960s and we didnt have an enormous budget. We had a plan in place before we even started and despite a few remodeling surprises, everything went according to plan. We are in love with our new kitchens and bathrooms.

We were thrilled to find out that Keffie was available to assist us with some of our architectural and interior design projects again this year. She is very talented and her ability to source and spec items for projects more than above average. She has been a part of our design team on 10+ projects over the years and we have watched her knowledge of design and CAD grow immensely over the years. We value her ability to translate an initial design concept into a complete package that our clients will understand and Keffies value as part of our team is immeasurable.

My parents were moving from a 3500 square foot home into a very small apartment over Easter weekend, and I could not find a flight to get there in time. We found Keffie and she was AMAZING! My parents are in their 90s and very opinionated- she brought them together and was able to complete the move and make it beautiful in 4 days, I truly cant say enough nice things about her. KEFFIE IS AWESOME!

She listens, communicates and collaborates with clients as she quickly learns their likes and dislikes, and then together, clients and Bonnie plan and execute a practical, satisfying and creative new home environment. We recently installed all new motorized blinds throughout our home. The pricing was the best we found, they arrived in less than 2 weeks and we love that we can tell Alexa to open the blinds! We couldnt be more happy and are excited about doing more with Keffie. She is just full of ideas and gets me so inspired! We just moved in and needed to windows covered quickly. Next step is our new kitchen and new master bathroom. I am excited to see what designs Keffie will come up with for our new home.

Stunningly IncompetentAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. As an interior designer, Keffie Lancaster was utterly unprofessional, completely incompetent, never once met a deadline, and didn’t display even a modicum of customer service. Contractors reported to me that she didnt appear to know the business and was unresponsive to their calls. Just stunningly incompetent. After three months I received zero value and lost precious time - and finally terminated her and asked her to refund me the money I paid her. She refused. I was forced to start all over from scratch while she’s pocketed the fees she charged. Do NOT hire this dishonest woman for interior design work.

We were looking to have a new design and conceptual plan for our restaurant group and reached out to Keffie via a recommendation from a friend in St. Pete. All Things Design provided us with a spectacular plan for remodelling, 3D renderings, Floor plans, and a new website. We also created a logo and designed uniforms and menus based on the conceptual plans. We are in the process of sending out to bid to local contractors to complete this project. The construction documents have been extremely helpful in getting accurate pricing and timelines from our subs and vendors. They are extremely detailed and any clarifications or alternations we needed were provided in a timely manner. We were very lucky to get this project completed in a short amount of time this summer and we will be starting our renovations at the end of next season. We look forward to having Keffie work on our next project.

We purchased a home in the Esplanade community of Lakewood Ranch a few years ago. We needed to downsize from our family home up north and it was quite a struggle to figure out where everything was going to go and how we were going to get it here. Keffie met with us almost a year before the completion of our home. Within a few weeks we had a firm plan of what was going and what was staying. This took a lot of stress off of my wife and I and we were able to start getting excited about our move to Florida. As soon as we had a closing date in place it was full steam ahead. After we closed our window treatments were installed, the inside of the house was painted, the wall paper was hung and we were on our way. As soon as our furniture arrived Keffie met the movers and literally unpacked our boxes for us! She was so quick and motivated it really helped keep us going. My wife was so happy with everything and continues to use Keffie when she hosts parties during the holidays.

I would give zero stars, if I could. I contacted Lancaster back in May and had a consultation with Keffie for some window treatments and wall coverings. She asked for $1000 and promptly cashed the check. Nearly 3 months have gone by and I havent heard a peep. When I reached out a month ago I was told I was out of town with a virus, and was promised an email quote that same day and a box of samples. That was a month ago, and I still dont have anything, and she is not responding to my emails. I have worked with several designers in the past, and this is both unusual and unprofessional.

We love everything Keffie has ever done for us both personally and for our businesses. She is a Jackie of All Trades! We met in 2015 at her fabulous shop on Fruitville road and we hired Keffie to redesign our condo in University Park. We installed all new flooring, new motorized blinds, a new kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We could not have been happier with the final project!2 Years later we hired Keffie to redo my husbands office in downtown St. Pete. She worked with our architect and selected everything from top to bottom. Then my husband talked her into creating a new website and marketing materials for his business. She even planned and coordinated the launch party for one of his business ventures.I have never met someone more trustworthy, honest and easy to get along with. We have spent many hours (and years!) with Keffie and we cant say enough good things about the quality of her work and her ethics.

Bonnie Lancaster is delightful to work with. I highly recommend her and her firm for their talent and creativity. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Keffie Lancaster and her design team were extraordinary to work with throughout our remodel. What started as a quick fix repair/remodel turned into a full scale, down to the studs, everything new renovation. From our kitchen cabinet installation to the beautiful wall treatments, no detail was left unnoticed. We were very impressed with the budget, The design process, the online invoice management system, and all of the project management tools. Hiring SDG is a no brainer!
