Sean Mallett displays true professionalism and patience when he works with his customers. Multiple visits over the course of a month+ to change every fixture in my house. He let me take my time and worked around my design choice, but still gave recommendations based on my room dimensions without rushing me… and their prices are tough to beat especially w/ their selection. Jen upfront and Devon downstairs also were there for customer support and always so accommodating and friendly.

Wow, what great service. I was remodeling a kitchen and two bathrooms on a tight schedule and Britt came through for me. She listened to what I had in mind and found everything I needed for the short schedule. I couldnt ask for a better experience. They have everything you need and its the really nice stuff.

Sean Mellett went absolutely above and beyond... he sat with me through many in-person appointments and phone calls. Patiently helping me design and layout my homes new lighting. He truly listens and gives advice based on what YOUR taste is not his. He really helped me make the right decisions without sacrificing my creativity... but also let me know if something would have looked off. He didnt want to just make a sale... he wanted to make sure I was happy. Truly I am grateful and highly recommend Hydrologic... just make sure you ask for Sean to have the true white glove experience.

Great place! Such variety! Worth a visit

I would give 10 stars if I could. My husband and I were just beginning the process of a master bathroom remodel. We went into a Fergusons to look around and get some ideas. The receptionist was rather rude and demanded to know if we had an appointment. We said we werent far enough along for that and just wanted to look. She told us we couldnt come in without signing in with our names and either phone numbers or email address. It was crazy! We left and went to Hydrologic and were greeted warmly by Eva Lowe, the showroom manager, and told to feel free to look around and just ask someone if we needed further assistance. After a while, Eva wandered over to us to see if we had any questions. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. I will never shop anywhere else again! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend visiting the beautiful Hydrologic store in Sarasota. The best part of my experience was working with Sean Mellett. He has a great sense of style and was a huge help when I was feeling overwhelmed with choices. He is also very responsive and promptly answered my calls and emails. His service continued after the sale, as well. My husband accidentally broke one of the globes on a light fixture we purchased there. Sean had a new globe sent to our house in just a few days. Thank you, Sean, for all of your help and your A+ service!

Great place with great staff! They easily and quickly help get orders in and out all day! Cant be at the prices and the availability is huge. Any fittings, pipes, and other plumbing needs can be found there, or shipped in from one of the other stores up northif you need it, they have it!
