Coming from Orlando to Sarasota to pick up our truck was already stressful enough! I let Larry know I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible once there and he assure this was completed. Wilde Honda was, by far, the best experience weve had buying a vehicle from a dealership. We live in GA and the thought of buying a vehicle so far away was scary. From the very first phone call I had with Josh Rivera, I felt comfortable. He went over and beyond to answer our questions, address any concerns we had and send us videos and photos of the vehicle we wanted. The finance department was great. We had our own financing, but they were able to beat the interest rate and overnighted all the papers to us to review before our trip. Meeting Josh in person and testing drive the vehicle was wonderful. We didnt have to sit in a showroom for hours on end hassling about terms. This was the easiest transaction and everyone was super friendly. Our vehicle was detailed and filled with gas for our trip home. We were referred to Wilde Honda in Sarasota by the Costco Auto Program. We had an awesome experience! Wilde does not add dealer extras to their new cars and add the up charges to their new car list prices. You select the vehicle you want and can then decide what, if any, extra trim options you want. How wonderful to only pay for the vehicle you want with extra trim options you want. We had already visited another dealership before Wilde. The vehicle we wanted had over $3000 in dealer added trim options! The additional trim options we really wanted cost us less than $600 at Wilde. Also, we had a phenomenal salesman, Rolando Cabrera. When Wilde did not have the vehicle we wanted, he suggested having the inventory manager reach out to other Honda dealerships in Florida to see if a vehicle trade could be initiated. Despite no guarantees, Wilde Honda was successful in securing the vehicle we wanted. A silver Honda CR V EXL with gray interior. Rolando also spent over one hour orienting us to all the electronic features to operate the vehicle safely, connecting our cellphones and teaching how to use voice control instead of manual for the various features. He said to just call or text him should we not remember how to do something or have any questions. This vehicle purchase was the most positive and pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Wilde Honda and especially Rolando.

It all started early last Saturday when I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. Turns out that the vehicle hadnβt been turned in yet. Someone was trading it in on another vehicle. The salesman called me back and told me he would keep an eye out for it and we continued communication through the week. On Friday he called back and said the vehicle would be in tomorrow so we made arrangements to come in at 10 am Sat (yesterday). So on our way in the low pressure light came on for a tire. So I pulled into a has station to add air and found that the valve stem had actually broke and the tire was now flat. I called the salesman and told him and he came and picked us up. We made the deal on the vehicle and traded in the vehicle we drove down in. The vehicle we just purchased wouldnβt be ready til early next week so he then drove us back home l, which was about 30 mins from the dealership.All in all we had a great experience with Wilde Hinda and especially with our sales man JIM TIMPSON. This was my first time buying a car and Martha Calero took care of me. At the time I was there they didnt have the color car I wanted but Martha told me she would do her homework to find me the one I wanted. I was sent home in a rental and Martha did an amazing job in keeping me updated every week with what was going on and was always very kind and sweet. They ended up having to build my car since there were none available in the sonic grey color I wanted. After 49 days of driving in the rental car Martha called to tell me my car was ready! I am a first time buyer and buying from this dealership was such an amazing experience! I had just come from another dealership, completely turned off by the whole car-buying experience and just happened to end up at this Honda, not in the best of spirits. I was outside shopping around with my parents, not ready to go in and start the whole process. Just wanted to thank you for the service I received from Jeff Donahue. My appointment was yest and I brought my car in for the regular servicing, oil and rotating tires.. I noticed Jeffβs desk has been moved to the showroom floor area. I hope this is a positive move for him as heβs my service advisor and has been for many years! My car was making a noise from under the vehicle on my drive home so I called him and asked for them to check for me. I was told I could bring it back today and theyβd work me in. I returned at 9am and I was back on my way hone in about 45 minutes. Easy peasy! I cannot thank him enough and service guys in the shop for a very quick fix!! You guys are the BEST!! ππ

Austin and the Service Team at Wilde were incredible! Was in from out-of-town (Michigan), with a partially detached splash guard and front bumper. They got me in just a few hours after I called, and completed all the work in less than one hour! Fortunately, they were able to use the original parts, which saved me at least $300 or more. Wish my local dealership in Ann Arbor was half as good as these folks are!

Absolutely fantastic experience. We have been looking for three months for the perfect used car for our daughter. We will be back when we need another car. This place was recommended by our friend Pat. We drove up not expecting to really find anything in the under 10, 000 price range. We were met immediately by Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable. What we liked: HE HONORED AND RESPECTED OUR OUT THE DOOR OF $10,000! He didnt try to up sale us. The Honda Accord that he showed us was older but absolutely beautiful and ran great. It was in awesome condition. It had all kinds of bells and whistles we didnt expect. We paid cash and we were out the door with the car in under two hours. The finance gentleman, Mr. Dame was also efficient and expert in his area. I also have to add something else that we didnt expect and wasnt promised but shows you how they do business. Three days after purchasing the car, the car would not start. We took it back and they REPLACED THE BATTERY AT NO CHARGE. WE KNOW THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT!! Rob met our daughter when she brought it in and took care of it. WHAT A SMART BUSINESS MOVE ON THEIR PART as we are now referring ALL OUR business to them. I must add that previous we were at the dealership next to them The car we looked at in the same price range smelled like dog and had a rusty engine. This place is ridiculous. I drove over an hour after a 14 hour work shift to have my car fixed and the price they tried was 2 if not 3x what they quoted me over the phone. And I spoke to them on multiple occasions. Multiple excuses In person and manager refused to speak with me. I had to ask staff multiple times to speak with him. They kept giving me excuses about why he couldnβt talk to me.

Terrible experience with my 2021 Honda Pilot EliteTook 6 months to get an update on the gos, radio doesnt work properly. Thet had to replace Brake rotors at 13450 miles??? Twice already servicedept will not acknowledge problems with the radio they blame the cell phones.All

My sales experince was ok,Jim my sales person was super but what his managers gave me for my trade wasnt up to par which wasnt his fault,i like the van that i bought but it was tough getting a few more dollars for my trade which i didnt.
Great car dealership with friendly customer service. I have been buying cars from here for years as well as having them serviced here as well. When you bring your car in for service you know itβs going to be done right. Plus they offer you A free shuttle to take you to your home and then to bring you back up to pick up your vehicle when it is ready to be picked up.
Wilde Honda is by far the best place to buy a car. Everyone is courteous and helpful and best of all they make it fun!!! Thank you Wilde Honda for always exceeding my expectations!

We purchased A used Mazda from Wilde a while back and recently had an issue involving a lost or non existing lug nut key. I was informed by multiple sources to go to Mazda and they could take care of it. Before going back to Wilde I went to Ed Howard Mazda only to be told they might be able to do it today. I have a leaking tire and no way to change it if I get a flat and I cant leave the car. This would have taken 5 minutes at Mazda because they have the proper tool. I went to Honda and thanks to Halim, Austin and an unknown service tech they took care of my problem and they were slammed with customers and didnt have the magic key and I was out of there in less than an hour. After several hiccups attempting to receive a partial refund on a Tire & Wheel Warranty, because I sold the car, Wilde Honda came through big time. I was only expecting a pro rated refund. They refunded the full cost of the warranty.

I had a great experience at Wilde Honda. Jim Timpson was my salesman. He was very open and up front about the truck I purchased. I had been to 2 dealerships prior to Wilde and the old bait and switch was done. The first place showed me an entirely different truck than the one I went to look at. The second dealership ran my credit then told me the vehicle had 20k more miles on it than what they disclosed.I drove an hour and half to purchase my truck at Wilde. Jim made it well worth my time. Everyone was friendly and courteous.I highly recommend Wilde and Jim Timpson.
I can honestly say my recent purchase here was the easiest most comfortable car buying experience ever. And I dread searching for vehicles as it typically feels like a debate with a salesman. I was indecisive about two of the same vehicles at different dealerships. David Misiewicz was my advisor. I canβt refer to him as a salesman. He didnβt act as though he was trying to sell me something. He simply educated me. A totally different approach than I was use to. And in my work position Iβm often viewed as a βsalesmanβ but I also have the same approach. So I respected it. Most discussions after the initial visit were convenient through email as well as the final agreement. I donβt think I was even there for two hours as everything was ready when I arrived. And when I got in my car and the Joy FM was on I felt I had bought a vehicle from a dealership with good core values. I felt confident I had made the right choice. Thanks to a great experience. I would highly recommend asking for David if you look here. Especially if youβre looking for a car and not a βsalesman.β
I was looking for a used Honda Pilot. I am shopping through different websites when I noticed Wilde Honda in Sarasota. I started looking through their used Pilot photos and noticed a sign that said βOn a first come first serve basis, that they highly recommend taking delivery the same day. So, apparently a deposit doesnβt constitute a binding commitment to allow you to get your own financing.The reason this dealer wants you to take delivery the same day is so you wonβt change your mind of your big purchase. One woman put a deposit on a car here. A day later the salesman called her and told her that the manager said he shouldnβt have taken a deposit from her ( obviously, someone else came along and offered more for the same car). That woman gave this dealer 1 star in yelp reviews. As soon as I saw their sign strongly suggesting to buy the car the day you look at it and used the excuse implying that someone else might get it. I said to myself. Thereβs got to be a consumer law about this. Itβs misleading and b.s. ! Iβve bought cars for 30 plus years and have always been able to put a deposit on a car and pick up on a different day that was convenient for me.
If i could give 0 stars I would. Tried reaching out to ROB G over 2X to give him the car deals. HE refused to call back or communicate with me about the deals.Went to Hendricks and instead of a 2 car deal it ended up being 3 New Accord Touring 2.0TIt was rude to not get back to a customer, but par for the course for this dealership.If only Mark Wilde would get this instead of the GM stopping it getting to the owner
Service was excellent. We were looking for a pre owned SUV- CRV. Salesperson Mark Russell. Great experience. Did not try to over sell. Did not rush us. Explained various models, years, features. Came to look. Returned in afternoon to buy. Drove home with new car, Mark was excellent -patient, sales person.Financial person was great also. Car looked like new. Will definitely return when looking for a new car.
