Cute little spot right by downtown Sarasota. In the historic commercial district. Very friendly, kind staff. Excellent group of people. Prices are a little high, but I understand why. Real estate (rent) is probably very high in the area. Crystals and rocks of all kinds, books, sage and all that.. enjoy!

I visited this place two times the lady is so kind she even puts ur crystals in a bag and sprays them with some perfume that smells good!!! and writes what the crystals help with to all of the crystal stores Ive gone too no one has done that and the price are good I got a selenite tower small but perfect for $6and I bought like 5-6 stones for $20 not bad and I went a couple weeks ago and purchased a crystal necklace that is beautiful and she makes this not that makes the necklace adjustable I found very helpful overall great place to visit

Beautiful and well stocked metaphysical boutique! Was surprised to see parking was very accessible around back. The one thing that could have been improved would be the labeling of 100% of the product. Some didnt have labels as to what they were which was kinda frustrating! However, the lady working was super nice, personable, cheerful, and informative. The prices here compared to Pixie Dust in downtown Sarasota are slightly higher, but Crystal Cave has a larger selection. Just wish it was labeled better! The pics I took here are what I purchased the day I went.

I absolutely loved this place, it is by far the best shop I have been to! I love how the shop is more focused on actual crystal and not an everything store! The shop made such a wide verity of crystal big to teeny tiny, raw to polished and all sorts of shapes! I loved how some crystals were almost in hidden places, making it an amazing because I love that kind of stuff. It also had crystal tucked away in drawers which I really enjoyed as well. The atmosphere in the shop was very calming, welcoming and nice. I loved that the store associate/ possibly owner I believe was not pushy about possibly making sure I bought something. She was not rushing me out either or annoyed when I just walked around the store looking for things. She was very helpful giving me a little basket to carry my crystals I brought, she also let me know that she had stuff that I could pour the crystals in the drawer on to look at all of them in there. She was very nice and very knowledgeable about the all the crystals and gems there. I also really enjoyed the personal touch of her writing down what the crystal were that I bought and what their meanings were, instead of having them already with the crystals. She even gave me a little bag for the teeny tiny piece of turquoise I got so I didn’t lose them! She was very understanding and helpful when I had questions about certain crystals and where to find certain ones. She was not mean or short or negative at all about anything, she was very wonderful! Hands down best shop, I will definitely try to make this the shop I shop at most!

Looks amazing from the sidewalk. The site shows inside shopping checked, but its curbside only. They will bring out whatever you ask for, but having no clue whats inside makes that a little silly. Will make the hour drive again once they open fully, and update my review.

I am just a newbie at crystals, so I have little knowledge other then the most popular ones. I came with a starter list hunting for the basic ones and some I was not familiar with from my daughters list. Down here visiting & never been, so I decided to give it a try for myself based on mixed reviews. Although the indoor shop was closed due to covid u could shop outdoors on a few tables. At first I thought I was not going to find anything, but I was wrong! Took the time to look and loved the raw $5 box! Owner was very nice, knowledgeable & helped me with my list and then some. I explained what issues I was having & she suggested other crystals and continued to bring the items out from the store. So nice for her to offer to bless all my items upon purchasing. Will go back. Hard to believe some of the bad reviews.

This place is wonderful to spend time in! The variety of crystals and other stones is mind-boggling. I love how much of it is artistic, too. There are all sorts of lovely carvings of all materials. And the owner of the shop is so sweet and helpful! If I lived closer I would frequent this place very often.

The staff is amazing, especially during this weird pandemic that were experiencing. Customers are not allowed inside the store, which I can wholeheartedly agree with - it doesnt look huge in there. However, there is a table outside with some smaller crystals and things, and if there is something specific you are looking for, the employees have no problem finding it for you and bringing it out.Very knowledgable about what will work best for you and genuinely caring. She not only sold us the crystals, but explained what they were and how they would work for what we were looking for.It was my first time buying crystals and I told her what my situation was and she immediately rushed inside and presented several crystals and stones that I might find helpful.Overall, a great customer experience and I would highly recommend, and I personally cannot wait to go back one day and see what the inside looks like.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. the owner is EXTREMELY rude and is only open for curbside. how is anyone supposed to know what they want curbside when you need to physically feel the energy? i will not be back this place has bad energy due to the owner. UNPROFESSIONAL

As someone who understands and completely respects and expects people to be covid conscious, I was not surprised to find a small selection outside rather than in store shopping. However, when arriving, not only was the selection absolutely minuscule at best, the owner (or employee) essentially ignored us and acted as if we were nobodies and did not seem to even want to make a sale. Told us to ask her to bring anything we wanted to see out. How are we supposed to do that when we don’t even know what you have??? Did not even try to be friendly and when I mentioned I liked something I saw inside from the doorway, not only did she not bring it out or tell me the price but just essentially continued to ignore me. We ended up making our purchase elsewhere, where we were treated like human beings. If you want to run a business perhaps you should act like it.

Did not have a good experience, employee was extremely rude and shouted at my friend and I. Crystals and other items were over priced, needless to say they did not get my business and will not be going back.

Im a tourist who came to the store because in google GPS appear as open, but it was not. The lady inside told to read the paper on the doors while I was reading it she opened the door to tell to come the next day. I explain to her the reason I got there, but she took it defensively and told me that she can not control what google GPS say. Of course she can do something about but decide to be rude to a tourist. I was not.expecting to go in when I noticed that it was close I just was telling her why I was there. Im not coming back to a person who cant control the way she communicates with potential buyers nor update her business information in Google. I guess her customers are not worth the effort.

Just drove here all the Miami to find out the store is not open for people to come in and shop. They only set up a couple tables outside with a few random things on them. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time coming here. Extremely disappointed and not understanding why they can’t let people into the store at a controlled rate and volume to still be safe. Their loss.....

This place was absolutely amazing! Great help and the shop keeper went above and beyond for my partner and I. We arrived there at almost closing time and she was kind enough to allow us time to shop. She was very helpful with giving explanations on the uses of her minerals and stones. I will definitely come back here again. Such a huge collection.

The Crystal Cave is one of my favorite places. I love all of the different crystals in each room but more I love the atmosphere. There is an immediate sense of energetic calm from the first step inside. The owner’s knowledge is unparalleled. I don’t think twice about asking questions and I learn so much. I’ve visited numerous shops in travels to other cities and the Crystal Cave is top notch, my go to.

LOVE visiting this place. My happy place. The owner is so friendly and helpful. She has read my chakras many times and points me in the right direction as to which crystals I may need. She has taught the little boy I nanny a lot about stones/crystals and I really appreciate her taking the time to do that. First thing I notice was crystals everywhere except the quality was not great so so also many items were missing price tags or they were not simply labeled.Don’t get me wrong the owner is nice but the pricing needs work badly $20 for a piece of Fluorite from China is overkill. Owner knows rocks but she lacks skills serving the customers and understanding general retail

This shop is BEAUTIFUL!! There is a nice selection of gorgeous specimens that are displayed beautifully! Ive been to many rock shops, all over the country, and this is one of those special shops that you dont want to leave! The shop owner is a very sweet, lovely woman. She is very friendly and makes the shop feel vey warm and welcoming. The stones are artistically displayed throughout a very unique floor plan, which makes it fun and exciting to walk through and see the wonderful varieties of gorgeous crystals, local art, and metaphysical goodies! I love this shop! The energy is AMAZING! I kept feeling giggly and bubbly while walking around and picking up various stones. Whether you are a rock hound, hippie, New Age Spiritualist, or just someone who appreciates pretty, shiny rocks and local art, this shop is the place to stop!

What a great experience we had at the Crystal Cave. The owner, Sue, welcomes the young and old alike. Her collection and knowledge of crystals are impressive. The displays are meticulously arranged. The place does not feel like a cave at all but has a light and airy feel ... Great to hang out on a hot day and explore the many treasures. The store is easily accessible in downtown Sarasota and there is ample parking.

This is the best place in town, (Id even go as far to say the best place in Florida) to buy a crystal. The owner is so incredibly friendly and welcoming! The energy is amazing. The selection is beautiful. Ive also attended Zentangle classes taught by a certified Zentangle Instructor that were absolutely fantastic. I also adore the annual Psychic Fair they host. Highly recommend this wonderful shop!

Crystal Cave is a delightful find in Sarasota. I was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of knowledge and positive energy radiating from the owner and the shop. The sage spray on the crystals I purchased was the icing on the cake! Will be visiting Crystal Cave every time I come to Sarasota!

Its been over 3 years since the Crystal Cave moved to Florida from its previous home up here in Massachusetts.. and Ive gotta say, were still feeling the loss and missing its local presence! Good thing Sue ships anywhere because I still reach out to her for my crystal needs and LOVE receiving her familiar sage-scented magical parcels so obviously wrapped with love! Ive been to a few other shops looking for crystals before, but this one is by far my favorite! First time I entered, I was completely shocked and amazed~ speechless. Honestly such a lovely place, a really nice set up and good vibes. Just thinking about it I get so excited lol, cant wait for my next visit.

The displays are beautiful and very well placed. The vibe of the store is tranquil and flowy. Nothing like an actual CAVE...well lite natural lighting which helps the crystals shine and glitter. I came in to the store knowing NOTHING about crystals but left with this energy wanting to learn more and more. I bout a amethyst crystal to start my collection and am so pleased. Great spot to drop by on the weekend and explore the many treasures. Right off fruitville road, its not hard to miss and parking if always available.

I absolutley LOVE this place! I found it right after moving to town almost 2 years ago. The owner Susan is very knowledgeable, and I have learned so much about stones since finding The Cave. Ive also taken a few if the variety of classes that she offers, which were really informative. The cool fourth Friday fairs are a lot of fun too.If you are looking for something stone related, check it out!

Was really excited to find this place. I saw an Ad in Natural Awakenings and made sure to take a picture so I wouldnt forget. When I showed up I was super excited and knew I would find the things I was looking for in there! Unfortunately, I am an epileptic and have a service dog and right when I walked in there was negative energy. The lady immediately told me no dogs. I informed her he was a service animal and she asked if I had papers. I said yes and she said well he needs to be wearing a vest... It is not a law that the animal has to be in a blue vest. Which I told her. Then she says I have to pick him up. Very rude and disrespectful. I couldnt even imagine having a seizure holding my dog in my arms. It was a lady with dirty blond short hair, she was not friendly or welcoming at all. I obviously left and didnt buy anything. Went to to two other places, Elysian Fields and Pixie Dust with my pup and was treated very kind.

What a feast for the eyes!!!! And Susan, the owner, is so knowledgeable! The classes offered here are exceptional! Highly recommended!

Those crystals have been programmed by some dark energy. If you really want to go to this place witch I advise against I would cleanz the crystals triple before you use them.

Lots of stuff to choose from. Very cool place. Definitely on the expensive side for crystals though.

Expensive, too much to look at, you end up spending so much time there looking for what you need that you end up having to use the restroom and then being denied access to her bathroom. I then went into traffic to cross the street to staples. I then came back because needed a stone to fill an order and received second rate customer service with a glace over as if she had better things to do.
