Very large selection of tervis’s. The employee was very pushy and insistent we bought something. Made the experience stressful.

They are going out of Bussiness. They Change their warranty contracts so that what you are promised when you Purchase Their shotty items(just being real) and it breaks, the terms of the “lifetime” warranty has changed 10 times over. N when you questioned them, you’ll get a verbal lashing from their so called supervisors. Also, I’m native to Venice FL, the company’s headquarters, and they are going out of Bussiness. DO NOT BUY

Tervis Tumbler is top notch especially if your looking for great souvenirs for yourself or people back home. Dont pay attention to the ONE negative review here the guy eats at fast food places what would he know about prices? You get what you pay for, quality and service. The tumblers have a lifetime guarantee which I have used on a couple of occasions with absolutely no hassles. Check it out you be glad you did when that icy drink is still cold hours later :) Ive had these tumblers and mugs some going back 25 years and still in good shape.

If you like Tervis, you will like this store. Obviously good selection. Prices the same everywhere so go here for selection and quantities. Also they used to handle special orders....no sure now.

I didnt mind the exorbitant prices as I was told they would never break, crack, chip or leak and if they did they would replace. I dropped mine about 20 inches onto a carpeted floor and it shattered. The Store employee said no warranty but I could buy a new one. Armed with this new knowledge I will NEVER patronize this manufacturer again.

Had to return cups. It they wouldn’t take them with Covid. I have to mail them. Not happy.

They are repairing my coffee mug with my son’s picture that came unglued. This kind of goodwill is priceless. I am a huge fan of these non-sweating cups.

These are the only glasses in my cabinet. Just love them as always buy them for gifts for friends and family out of state.
