Wonderful jewelry store! We shop all our jewelry needs at Kay Jewlers and were absolutely happy!

Stoped in on a saturday.to make a mothers day purchase..i walked around and looked for a bit..hoping some one would ask me if i like to be helped..nothing.. one of sales person looked me dead in the eye.and said nothing..not even a someone will be with u shortly..didnt even acknowledge me..it really hurt my feelings..i then left out to go across the hall to Zales..Perfect customer service..A beautiful purchase..Thanks Zales for a wonderful shopping experience

I used to shop with Kay. I went in looking for a men’s wedding band. The gentleman with glasses told me he could not help me. To go look online with a little attitude. I took my business elsewhere, where people were more than happy to help me. My family and I will no longer be giving Kay’s business because of this individual.

WONT COME BACK!!! NOT EVEN A ONE STAR. Lady I talked to i believe her name was Dawn ( older, seemed to be an owner. Kept referring to it was my store) was extremely short with me and kept trying to walk away while I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I wasnt worth the time even though I was there to ask them to order a $1,200 Hamilton jazzmaster open heart watch. Before I could even ask to order (as the return policy is good if I didnt like the way it fit) she was half way across the store. I was extremely disappointed.Not that the price of the watch even matters a customers a customer and I will never be a customer there. I ended up going to Kays on Manatee in Bradenton and they were wonderful did everything I wanted. I prepaid for the watch they ordered it and I should have it next week.

The store refused to return an item without a packing slip. The receipt alone and proof of purchase was apparently not enough. After contacting the corporate office, I was told I can return anytime with a receipt and the packing slip is not necessary for in-store returns. Luckily, I was able to go to a different Kay store and was able to return my item without ANY problems. The clerks in the other store were actually customer-friendly and helpful.

We have had a terrible time dealing with this store. We ordered 2 wedding bands in advance of our wedding and they said they would hold them up to 6 months and we could come and get them later so that we would know we had them reserved. When we did go in to get them, they told us that they had placed them back on the sales floor and sold them! They were paid in full! Then, after we had put more money into a different ring (the original ring I ordered was no longer available), they called us back in several weeks later to say they had found the ring and wanted us to come back in to make another exchange.The crazy thing is that it was the managers taking care of us, not even just the sales associates! They are as clueless as the trainees.To top it all off, I went in to get my ring inspected and cleaned as per the warranty agreement and they had no clue which rings we had actually purchased! There is no record of a warranty in their system.I do not trust this store. They have given us such a run around. We have literally made 5 extra trips to this store because of employee and system errors.Go anywhere else!!

Me an my fiancé went to things location today an we will not be returning we didn’t get asked if we needed any assistance the employees were off in the corner from what I absorbed taking selfie, I could be wrong but either way they never asked if we need help. Then a employee woman came to the counter to clean it off an still didn’t acknowledge us she even watched as we looked through an walled around the counter to try an locate the price on the price tag I own 5 pieces from Kay’s which my fiancé purchased from the Ellenton location I felt like we were treated like less than human we walked out without saying a word we will not be Coming back!

I called yesterday and spoke with the manager, Dawn before arriving in the store with my boyfriend. Dawn is helpful, professional and goes above and beyond for her customers!! We really appreciate her time and assistance. We will be back to work with Dawn again, I cannot say enough great things!

I had knots in two necklaces and was warmly greeted by Gina who said she could help me. She spent more than 20 minutes getting them untangled and then offered to clean them. This kind of can do, will do and be so gracious about it service is rare and I will happily give this Kay Jewelers store my business any day.

Pulled a bait-n-switch. Went to buy my wife a new wedding ring. Found a nice ring priced at $1,100. The sales guy went to see if it had any applicable discounts on it. Told me the website said its $2,100. Waited 15 minutes for the manager, who told me its now $2,100 as she scratched out the old price with a pen and wrote in a new price. Said the best she can do is $1,700. I replied so the price went up $600 since Ive been standing here? Then I left. Rediculous!

The staff at Kay specifically the manager Dawn and the sales women Larissa are absolutely wonderful. They always get me the best deal and help me have the most beautiful jewelry. Larissa helped my fiancé design the most amazing and unique engagement ring. I love the UTC Kay jewelers and I will be back for all my jewelry needs!
