If you are looking for excellent quality diamonds, go to Jared at UTC and ask for GINA!! Gina helped us build our engagement ring and help us with our wedding bands. I am very pleased with the customer service we receive every time we go in. Not only did she help with our wedding bands but she was able to restore some of my mothers jewelry that got passed down. Gina is truly amazing! Make sure to ask for Gina when you go into Jared.

If you like estate jewelry, dont go here. They view estate jewelry as dull. If you spend alot maybe they will be nice to you.

I had an amazing experience in this store. This is the second ring I’ve purchased from them. I dealt with a guy named Matt I believe that’s right I apologize I’m horrible with names. They made my whole experience very effortless. I showed him only a few ideas of what I was looking for and he was able to nail it on the head. Everyone from the sales manager to the technicians making the adjustments were amazing. Nothing was ever out of the question or unable to be done. Everyone greeted me with respect and were more then happy to make sure every need was accommodated. I’ll continue to ship at Jared’s and I highly suggest anyone else looking visit this location as you will not be disappointed.

My now fiancé and I went to look at engagement rings at the UTC Jared toward the end of April 2021. We had never gone to look at engagement rings before and had very little knowledge about them and about diamonds. Gina at Jared was phenomenal in educating us about diamonds and bands. She was very patient with us and answered any and all questions we had. She never pressured us in any way and helped us pick out the perfect ring. Gina made shopping for an engagement ring easy and we felt like we made an informed decision on our purchase by the time we were leaving. We definitely will be back to look at wedding bands when the time comes and we will make sure to call ahead to work with Gina again.

I went to Jared to get my TAG Heuer Aquaracer Watch fitted and received so much more than that. All of the employees at the store were very pleasant and knowledgeable. In particular, Matt assisted me in fitting my watch and then spent time explaining how to use all of the watches features that I was not previously aware of. Matt’s passion for watches was evident and appreciated. It was a phenomenal experience and I would recommend coming here! Thank you

Jared at UTC has been nothing short of incredible. I went to another local jewelry store (Bartlett Jewelers) before them and dealt with the most unprofessional employees as well as just a flat out awful experience there with how they handled my engagement ring. That being said, Jared doesn’t refuse to call my engagement ring an engagement ring. They’ve also been amazing with letting me know what needs to be fixed and more. They actually show me my ring under a microscope too! They handle themselves and my rings exactly how I expect them to. They have officially become our jeweler

RUN to Jareds and see Nicole for all of your jewelry needs! After looking around a few different spots in Sarasota, we found ourselves at Jared and were amazed by their selection. I was specifically looking for a rose gold bridal set, and other places we looked didnt have much to offer in this area. Not only did Jared have an incredible selection of rose gold rings, but they also let me know that ANY ring I liked in the store could be made in rose gold. This made ring hunting SO fun as I was no longer limited. Nicole took a look at my Pinterest dream ring board and had several contenders on my hand within 15 minutes. In the end, I was able to leave the store on the same day with a stunning ring that perfectly sums up what I was looking for, and at a completely reasonable price.

Very nice Jareds. It has several ways to get to the parking lot and the selection is large. The service center people are nice and accommodating.

Each and every team member working at the University Town Center location goes above and beyond to ensure complete client satisfaction. I’ve shopped at this store several times since it opened in 2019 and I’ve also had some custom pieces created. I could not be more pleased with the workmanship and customer service which is consistently exceptional. This team makes you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend!

Today the stars aligned the moment I walked in to the new Jared-Galleria of Jewelry showroom located near UTC Mall. I was immediately greeted with warm smiles by Diamontologists/Gemologists, Steve Dangler and the lovely Olga Phillips. Together, they helped me select a new setting for my diamond engagement ring. Much to my surprise, Jared’s selection of colorless halo settings was dazzling! Within a matter of 3 minutes I was presented with the “dream setting” I had envisioned for 8 years. Not only was the setting spectacular, I received 20% off as part of their July grand opening celebration. Their jeweler was on site and able to swap the center stone out of my old setting and place it in to my new, exquisite setting within a couple of hours. Hands-on Manager, Jessica Murphy circulated the showroom to ensure each customer’s experience was beyond satisfactory. The level of customer service and chemistry at this location is definitely worthy of 5 stars. I needed my wedding rings resized. I havent been able to wear them for a few years and really missed them. I was afraid I couldnt make them 1.5 sizes bigger and would have to have them reset and it wouldnt be the same. We stopped in at Jareds and they were able to resize them in house which was important to me too. In just a couple days they were on my hand again! They did a marvelous job - thank you!!
