Very clean and organized store. Looking at furniture and Christmas lights and stuff, They have a nice selection to chose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful.My wife happily spent 2 hours in the store dragging me up and down every aisle.We bought a ton of stuff since she had 20percent off.

I purchased a mattress & protection plan from BigLots in Sarasota, Fl, located @ Beneva Rd.The sales person was Lori. She gave me the informs to go online so I would receive my mattress pad. I was having such a hard time with customer for BigLots. I emailed them copy of the receipt. They informs me they could not find my proof of purchase even with the receipt I email to them. This went on for two weeks. I went to the store to speak with Lori, the manager of furniture department. I explains everything to her. She got on the phone with Customer Service. They informed her I did not send the information they requested. I showed her where it was sent. The email showed date & time it was sent. Lori resend the email. They informed Lori I would hear something the following day. Sure enough Lori got that ball rolling. I have received my mattress pad. A big thank you to Lori for getting the job done, she went beyond to help me. She was very patient & so caring, she took the time to solve my problem. Thanks for your kindness.Inez Clark

We recently purchased furniture from this store and the service was excellent. Tara mentioned the rewards program which I was unaware ofand joined . Tara also recommended two delivery services to call if I neededdelivery .....which I did. Very satisfied customer

They had exactly what I was looking for. Prices are good. Their customer service is perfect. The cashier was very engaging. One of my go to stores.

Candy showed excellent customer service on the day of my visit! She was attentive & informative about sales and specials in the store.

Their recliners have cards proclaiming Take home today. However they have none of them in stock, havent had then in stock for weeks, and will not have them in stock for who knows how long... yet they wont sell you the floor models. Waste of time.

Big Lots is good store for inexpensive household items such as kitchen utensils, bed and bath items, home and garden decor, furnishings and hardware. The products are mostly budget quality items, but sometimes thats all you need. Big Lots products provide value when you compare prices. Youll often spend 3 times the price for similar items at other dept stores. Big Lots also stock a unique selection of food and snacks that you wont find at your common grocery or dept store.

Truly exceptional service! We called ahead from the other store looking for a sided outdoor canopy. Not only were the team members super friendly and professional but also EXTREMELY accommodating. Assistant team lead Marge was there to help us right away and was an absolute gem from start to finish. We are HAPPY customers!

This store was the cleanest well stocked organized Big lots I had seen. Enough room to have side by side carts,without banging into each other.Everyone was very help full,fun to interact with.Hope I can find it again.No bad ordors.For me candles detergents pesticides causes a chronic coughing. Did not have it.Music was easy listening.Enjoyed shopping here.

I left my purse in the seat of the cart out in the parking lot and drove home! I realised what I had done and called them, the manager went out and looked for it, finding it and kept it safe till i got back to pick it up. I am so thankful they took the time to go out and check for me.

If you are looking for a decent couch at a very reasonable price this is the place. You can find all kinds of kitchen and equipment, house decorations, dinning sets, bed sheet sets, pillows and everything you might need for you home at amazing prices. I was struggling to find an affordable sofa and I just bought one here for $300. Even if you are not looking for something specific you can always find some good bargain here.

I used to avoid Big Lots because they were always out of their sale merchandise. I stopped in their big new store and it was worse. This time what I wanted was in stock but the item wasnt included in the sale that was pictured (and text) in the flyer. Nicer store though.

It was great. I been to many different big lots over many years. Only once was it bad.the store that existed before this store was closing as they were moving to the current location.I went to buy something and had a big lots reward coupon. She said no coupons the store close out. I walked out and left the merchandise. Otherwise always great.

Just purchased a sectional sofa at this location. And the sales associate made us feel like she didnt even want us in the store. She had no information. Every other word was I dont no. And it was clear she had information she just didnt want to waste her time with us. She just stood there and waited for us to pay. Hate to say this but if we were white she would have been more helpful. Or rather just helpful at all. Very degrading experience. I almost didnt want to buy anything but we came in before and already decided on it. Wish people werent so quick to judge people just buy the way they look. Other than her. The place is not bad. Just poor customer service.Also notice other reviews at this location on racial profiling. After reading that it makes sense this happened to us.

New store with good items. Bought a new couch from there and the staff were super friendly. They were able to help me load the massive couch onto a truck 3 times!

It is alright. Prices are super cheap, I will recommend you to take a look if you need some furniture.Even if this store is new, the organizer, designer, whatever you called should be fired. It is a common problem with all Big Lots locations. It is incredibly depressing to walk trough their stores, it is like they got stuck in the 80s or something...

Great deals on supplements!

The customer service here is terrible. I placed a pickup order and drove in about 30 minutes away only to get there and be told the order was cancelled. No warning, or information. The staff didnt care that I have wasted an hour of my time.

Very clean and organized. I gave it a 2 because of service. Cashier was Not interested in interacting with me, except to ask at the end of the transaction if I wanted to sign up for their program. Immediately after my receipt was handed to me, I didnt even get a have a good evening or a thank you for shopping Big Lots. What she did do is this: proceeded to talk to her fellow cashier. Extremely rude. I will Not be returning to this Big Lots location.
