Great product availability but outside of that, The store needs to have its employees work on customer service in order to get customer satisfaction.. If customers arent happy then a buisness tends to not be happy either. Customers make a buisness work or not work..Got to satisfy your customer/Customers..To make your buisness stand out.

Typical Wal-Mart market, although I was surprised the pharmacy section had no electric razors. Checkout process was fast and easy. Clerk was polite.

This is a great place to do grocerys. The only reason a dont give them five stars is because of this cashier (Emanuel). He have an actitud issue, trows the products on the bags, scream to customers, eyeballs disrespctfully, dont fill the reusable bags properly. Pherhaps being a cashier is not the right position for him because treating with people its not for him; ruins the Wal-Mart image.

Its a nice store, and is convenient. I stopped in to get some everyday things, not realizing I had forgotten my wallet at home. Everything was great in till I got to the self checkout. After ringing up all my items I realized I had no way to pay. So I immediately told the attendant (Tina) what had happened. The look on her face said it all-- she was not pleased in the least and logged into the register, asked sharply if I wanted to keep the items. Then she ran off to register 1 where another cashier was helping another customer, and proceeded to do something with that register. Im disappointed that this Tina girl gets so upset when people make little mistakes.I said Id return to take my groceries and pay for them, and I did.

Clean and bright. Aisles uncluttered. Great prices. Exceptionally well-stocked. The two Walmarts that are closer to me have become very poorly stocked over the last year. This Neighborhood Market had things that have been out of stock for weeks at the other two.

Don’t forget to check dates!! THEY DONT KEEP UP WITH OLD PRODUCT!! Bought a whole pack of chicken that was dated 3 months old. Turns out they put the wrong date on all the chicken. This time I bought some bake at home cookies that were actually 3 months expired. Never going back.

Employees are RUDE !!!we asked for help to find an item and my husband and I were ignored, The casher did NOT greet us and NEVER said a word....i still smiled and said have a good day she rolled her eyes at us and greeted the next customer!!!! Will NEVER go back here !!!!

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Found everything on our list. We were on vacation and the store was far better stocked than the one at home that has rows and rows of empty shelves.

Great little store has everything in quantity

Shopped here many times when I worked in the area. Like always WalMart never falls short of quality or service. Remember though its more of a food market but you can still find cosmetics and toiletries if you need them.

Has all I need, but I buy a lot and like a check out person, not self check out. Usually there is only one lane with a slow and unhappy person at cashier

The staff are excellent and willing to help people. When my phone was empty, the staff used their phones to help me call a taxi, and thanked them very much.

More self checkout then actual registers has become rediculous. Wait longer for someone to help me check out my own things then I do in line for a cashier. Open more registers on the weekend in the middle of the day

This is the only Walmart closest to me and me being a natural blonde decided to grab 75 hallmark cards(mind you I had coupons for bogo) and my fiances not the shipping type so when we were walking to the exit my ADHD brain remembered I tried to hide the cards and then act like I bought the wrong plug ins and he wouldnt just go out to the car so I could act like I was exchanging the plug ins, he was too busy arguing with me to notice that we really needed to stop the cart when there theft prevention worker stopped us. I cant be mad tho, they definitely do there job, even though between the two of us we had almost $900 between us after spending 200$ . So yes they had to call the police and we did get a court date which we are still fighting because even tho we had the money and offered to pay it was over the$amount. Im not the type to steal, ever, I turn in wallets full of money. So idk what type of karma is coming back to me, or what I needed to learn from. But the prevention team was very nice given the situation. Plus we went to court an thought we could go back by then and he noticed us and allowed us to finish getting our stuff instead of kicking us out like he had every right to do. So very good management you havmy Walmarte some answering employees! But I miss guys. It was an Honestly just a mistake on my part

I have a great review for the pharmacy of this store, I was put on the cancellation list for the Covid-19 shot,they called me right after a cancellation, I cried,happy tears,the entire staff in that pharmacy were kind,helpful,and I got the Johnson&Johnson one shot,I’m 65,so so grateful,thanyou so much you guy’s and ladies!!

We went for the 6:00am SR shopping, and it was very quiet. Mostly, just associates restocking the shelves. Thank you, Walmart!

Both times I went here last week it was after 9pm. They close at 10. Needless to say I was one of if not the LAST one out of the store which was by now 10:15. The employees didnt complain one bit. I apologized for taking too long and they were as nice as could be. One guy even walked around with me to help me painstakingly find gluten free chocolate cake mix for my autistic step sons birthday. Thank this guy. Thank you walmart on N. Tamiami.

I came in thinking Pharmacy was open to 7 PM but was a weekend and they closed st 5pm. They re opened so I could get the much needed medications. So selfless, they are so wonderful and kind. Very dirty Walmart. There were items on the shelf that were already opened their salads are bad it says if they put spoiled vegetables on there Shelves. I think they may have a rat in the store due to the fact that some of the things look chewed opened.

Good store for a quick shopping visit however the selection is very slim basically its a grocery store from 1990 with a new look .

I have a bit of a conflict shopping at Walmart, but the employees at this location, make it worth going because I am more than happy to support them. The store is clean, the staff is generally kind, helpful, while oftentimes multitasking in what appears to be an understaffed store. On my last visit I had a great guy in the frozen section work diligently to stock the food while it was still frozen, while also researching physically if they had an item in the stockroom as well as double checking with the electronic device that told him the stores stock was also zeroed out. Upon checkout, I was happy to see a cashier who is always a pleasure, pays attention to detail and bags everything well. She is so kind, I wish I could recall her name. I also had interaction with the woman running the customer service counter for some exchanges and she was professional and efficient as well. This was the morning of 1/14/19. I hope the store can get more hours for staffing as many of them deserve it and the store needs the service. Being the smaller store that it is, the shelves clear quickly and there is simply not enough staff, no matter how hard they work to keep up with the demand. I see the same occurring at the checkout lines. I commend this team for making that trip a great way to start my day this week. Thanks to all of you.

Not the best Walmart I been to. Its just okay. I will suggest you to go earlier in the day. It is less crowded. Avoid evenings at all cost. Not the most pleasant people goes to this Walmart including the workers.

This Walmart is a Neighborhood market so you wont find bicycles or clothes. You will find food for a variety of cultures, dietary needs, and holidays! For example: youll find Israeli couscous, East Indian sauces & quick meals, Mexican candies and snacks, Jamaican jerk Seasoning, Japanese Miso kits for your bento box, Thai rice (which I highly recommend), and a fair sized produce department. Then the icing on the cake is the customer service! The employees are generally quite friendly, live in the neighborhood, and seem to like working there!

So Google says they open until 11. I start walking up to the door which is still open and an associate screams “We’re Closed” in a rude way! I come here all the time and it’s a few minutes after 10:30. So if you supposedly don’t close until 11 why closed so early?? And the associate did not need to be so rude!

Always shop here, prices are remarkable.

This is a smaller Walmart but they have groceries and some household items.

The store seemed properly stocked today apart from various times Ive gone. But I dont like how employees look at you like youre going to steal something...so disappointed other people do that but I did feel offended. Apart from that, its an okay place to shop.

Store head in air of uncleanliness, which is serious cause for great concern amidst covid 19. But yet they still had plenty of staff to stand around and twiddle their thumbs.Needless to say, I wont be returning to that Walmart anytime soon.

Convenient location and well stocked

We Googled this location as we were nearer to that location then our normal store. We were concerned when we saw it was a market place that choices might be limited. We were very pleased to find the store while smaller, had plenty of selections . Only complaint was number of open registers which was quickly remedied . Walmart should consider opening more of them in smaller communities.

This place is so trashy and horribly run. Zero customer service. Dirty. Their carts are so rusted and full of trash and most dont work and they are greatly oversized. They NEVER keep hand baskets by the front door but keep them where you check out. It Makes zero sense. Come on. I cant imagine a manager with half a brain runs this place. I would be so embarrassed The shelves are not stocked and there is zero carbonated or sparkling water choices.. I cant even... one star because I had to and some of the prices are decent.

Awful Hurley ever is there a shopping cart hardly ever get there is there a cart that has a charged battery for the handicapped many items are removed from the shelf that cannot be obtained anymore and cannot get any manager of operation on behalf of this matter Winn-Dixie was much better because it had a deli a bakery and seafood department and there was always multiple checkout lines open now theres unusually only one and it takes forever to get out of there

The neighborhood Walmart is a very simple store.Its just like the large Walmart but in a smaller size.They have most of your grocery items that you need to survive day by day. Theyre limited on space so they have less quantity than the bigger Walmart stores. The parking areas are usually less crowded. The staff was very friendly and was very knowledgeable on how to assist customers.

Good place if you only need home basics. This is not a super Walmart so it does not have everything. But it does carry the items you need to most. It is easy to get in and out of.

ZERO customer service! I attempted to ask an employee in the meat dept, 4 times for help, and was blatantly ignored. I went up front to check out, 4-5 Lanes of self checkout, 1 with an actually employee, I went to his line. He didnt acknowledge me, until I said hello, he took his time even standing up to think about ringing my items up. He put heavy items on top of light items, handed me a receipt, and that was it. No thank you, no have a great day, no nothing! And people wonder why we all use self checkout anymore... Heres your answer! Dont get mad when no one comes to a lame with an actual person if this is the level of service that is received.
