I’ve been to giggles several times, originally with hesitation at the self awkwardness of walking into an intimate store. I must say from the first time I walked in my awkwardness was immediately eased by the very impressively professional and informative staff. They always make me feel comfortable and not afraid to ask any question about any product. Thank you to the ladies of GIGGLES for always being so kind and helpful.

Good selection and customer service. I just spent over $400 there today. Leaving a 1 star soely because my receipt saysNO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES Which is bizarre for any store to do.Unfortunately a few things I got were too small and didnt realize this would be a store you cant return or exchange things at.Make sure you try on what you get.

Easily the best place I’ve been to for intimate apparel, they have a wide variety of styles and sizes and of nice quality. The staff was also really welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had. They also have a nice selection of other goodies that are worth checking out too.

This is my go to adult store! All the workers are very professional and educated. I wouldn’t trust any other store to buy my most intimate items from. If you’re feeling like experimenting or spicing things up I highly recommend this local business:)

Initally I was uncomfortable but the staff was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions to add to my purchase. I love that they test each product with batteries to be certain it works properly before leaving the store. I will be back for further purchases for myself and for gifts.

This was my first time to this wonderful establishment and I can say without any doubt, this is the cleanest, nicest, most well run adult business I have EVER been too. I wish i could give this place 10 stars as they go above and beyond to help the customer and the place is kept beautifully. Their stock is plentiful and from what i am told, they get new things in every week. I will for sure be be going back to give them more of my business. For a shop entitled “giggles” the workers inside were anything but funny. The only thing laughable was their poor attitudes. I’m only giving a star because the prices seemed fair. As a man in a committed relationship who is fairly vanilla it would have been nice to receive some comic relief while asking questions about products. However, I was given nothing but seriousness and was made very uncomfortable when trying to lighten the mood. Will not be returning.

Lots of items but crazy over priced. We shop here to view the items then go online and buy for at least 50% less and even more savings sometimes.

Best adult shop in Sarasota (city/town, not county). Their prices are average and good quality. Inventory does not change frequently but thats to be expected. Also have parking spaces in the back for discretion.

This store is just a fun place for a group of friends or couple to stop in and shop around for naughty, nice and pretty things. They have everything in there!! EVERYTHING! from Wigs to whips - body glitter to adult toys. the selection of clothes and costumes is huge and very well organized. Everything kind of flows. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good lighting and clean. Ive been to Kinky Kitty too and this place IS a million times nice with a much larger selection of everything!! WILL BE BACK!

Best Costumes in town, hands down. The owner Kathy is just amazing, i dont always get the personal attention with the employees but Kathy and her hisband are the best. Stopped by at 9pm Wednesday, they were closed.

Dallys was quick to greet me at the door, and instantly began helping me hunt for a strapless black bodysuit. She offered me several different ideas and was very patient with my indecisive behavior. Dallys brought me the last black bodysuit in the entire store which happened to be my favorite looking one. Unfortunately the body suit was too big...Kathy then walked over to the dressing room and offered to alter my bodysuit while I was in the store. After a rapid 5 minutes, the bodysuit fit like a glove and I left Giggles hugging everyone. Dallys and Kathy we’re so kind to me and made my day. 5 STARS!! I will be back!! Thank you loves xoxo
