We bought an hp 7740 printer for the purpose of printing 11 by 17. The printer did not work and the store would not take it back because it was past 90 days. The printer shredded up all the paper in the feed. Lost over $200 on this purchase and the store wouldnt give us a store credit or offer to help with anything. Very disappointing product and experience.

Rude staff. I went to the Office Max on Clark Rd to print out a good amount of flyers for our business. The gentleman failed to let me know until after I paid for it that their cutter wasnt working. So I went to this location on Tuttle and brought in the prints the same day. I explained what happened and the lady took the stack and rolled her eyes without saying anything. After she cut them (with remaining white & uneven edges), I thanked them and started to walk away then she gave me a big attitude that I had to pay for the cutting service. I didnt know and I gladly paid for it. Even after thanking them multiple times, I got no response back and an annoyed face. I wasted time, money, and now I have flyers I am embarrassed to hand out. I never have any issues with quality or customer service with Vista Print. Our company will no longer be using Office Depot.

Needed help printing off some forms! The guy at the counter was rude and of no help! I would give him a negative 5 stars if you could! I guess business is good here! I left!

Super helpful staff

Ive never had a problem like this with the Store. Their prices on HP Toner have always been in line with an order direct to HP. I just discovered that my toner cartridge was marked up 15%!! I was shocked when I saw the price of $101.99 and should have simply left, but I didnt so shame on me but Im not shopping there anymore. #RIPOFF

I love the option to send print jobs like shipping label to a printer inside the store and just go when its convenient and print everything out. Usually cost about 12 cents per page for black and white.

Today 05MAY2020, the evening staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with delivering appeal documents. This store is also military friendly.Overall, Im very satisfied 5/5*

The one on Tuttle in Sarasota FL has a sign recommending masks. And yet today 6/8/2020 at 7pm not one employee was.

Well, I officially hate this place. I needed to find a place TONIGHT that - at the very least - sells USPS materials (like priority envelopes) & ideally, a place that I could also ship a priority envelope from tonight if possible. I called this place & had a conversation at length & in detail about all of this, and he confirmed several times on the call that they can accommodate everything. They were closing in 15 minutes. I FLEW across town to make it there before they closed, I walk in & they proceed to tell me they ONLY do FedEx... No USPS. HOW does this crap happen??? I am so pissed right now. Thanks a lot for wasting my time, money, gas, etc, and for completely destroying any possibility of me accomplishing this before ALL the stores/possible candidates closed at 9pm... all thanks to your repeated reassurance that you could do something that you apparently cannot do at all. Really freaking nice...

We ordered a custom stamp at about 2:30pm and had it in hand by 4:30pm. Originally said 2 days out. When we got there to pick up they had it in hand, practically curb side pickup. Would absolutely use them again.

I went here to Fax some papers. It cost me about 6 bucks. Nothing special. They have some good clearance items.

What an abysmal office store. The staff is almost non-existent, as is the variety in the store. They sell most of what people tend to buy online and none of what Ive ever been looking for as a need-it-now item. I genuinely cant believe that they keep this store open.

Way quicker and more helpful than Staples.

There is simply no competent help at this store. The employees are rude and literally ignore you. I was carrying a rather heavy box to the checkout while the employees stood around and watched me. Before I even put the box on the counter the clerk just stood there. It is a terrible experience each and every time I have needed to go there. I do no recommend this store if you can avoid it.

Copy center is really sad.... Takes daaayss to get some black and white copies. Half on color paper. There is alot of them. But having been the copy center supervisor in a local office depot location I know what it takes and how long it takes. Really sad 😢

They always go above and beyond when helping customers. Pricing is competitive with other establishments. Will always recommend to others.

Called with a question this morning and the rudeness of the woman was unlike anything Ive experienced. Immediately called the Fruitville location in Sarasota and the difference was night and day. Thank you to the folks at the Fruitville location for their courtesy and thank you to the tuttle location for making it clear that we should NOT give them our business.

Rude customer service.

Ever since office Depot and office Max merged it seems that the inventory is spotty and the store has lost its edge... Today they were out of the ink pack i was looking for as well as the stapler I needed...in addition the help is elusive and rather unhelpful....

It was a typical OfficeMax. I had trouble finding what I needed. They had few employees, and so I was unable to get help. I had to find everything without any assistance.
