Do not buy the waterproof key or valuables plastic case. WATER GETS IN IT. It cost like $5 and they dont to refund or exchange. DO NOT BUY IT.Everything else is good. Employees need some training on customer service, that says a lot about bad MANAGEMENT there.Everything else is good. They have good towels and other products that we liked. JUST DONT BUY THE WATERPROOF PLASTIC THING SPORTS CASE FOR KEYS AND VALUABLES. IT LEAKS.

They have some okay stuff but everything is usually super over priced. I found a Hawaiian shirt I loved and I checked the price and it turned out to be 60 dollars. Super over priced.

We’ve been coming to Siesta Key for many years and always visit this shop. This year the employees were very unprofessional and rude. My children even noticed and commented. It’s not worth saving a few bucks shopping here. Happy to give our business to other shops in the area.

Nice shop, big variety. Sizes run small in mens. I got 2, xl tank tops and they were tight on Me. Never had that problem before.

Dont waste your time! The employees there were terrible. We visited several beach stores and we were treated great, except here. They also had very limited sizes and selection compared to every store.

I honestly love this place! Staff gives great advice! I always go there when I’m in need of a bathing suit, they have awesome sunglasses, and all the beach stuff you need! Also it’s worth the price ! So if u ever think about going there GO ITS AWESOME

Terrible experience. Employees very unprofessional. One employee was unhappy with a pre-teen in the store and continued cussing him out after he left the store. He was 40-50 years old letting a pre-teen boy ruin his day and be unprofessional yelling and cursing. Size selection is poor and prices are steep. Other beach stores were very good and very friendly. Don’t recommend coming here

Several other beach stores in the area have a muh better selection. Sizing is very limited and quality is not very good. Workers are also rude and we overheard them heavily cussing about a guest that had just left. Find somewhere else!

Supposed to open at 9 yet not open nor answering phones. Just in the time we were here other people tried getting in and walked away. Called MANY times yet no answer. Very poorly run, not even any hours listed on door to make customers aware of a change other than online website shows open?... 😡😤

Great customer service.

I got 70 dollars worth of merchandise here for some clients but I never ended up giving it to them. This purchase was made the day after Thanks giving, with the holidays and work I was unable to come by and return it a few days after I bought it. It honestly doesn’t really help that they don’t have the return policy in their receipts as they use a very old outdated receipt system. I came back a month and a half later to try to do the refund, and the lady at the front was not very nice at all. She told me about the refund policy of 14 days (which it is posted in front of their cash register), and pretty much told me that there was nothing that could be done. 70 dollars and there is nothing that can be done? I understand the policies are in place for a reason, but at least a store credit? I wasn’t fighting for pennies and dimes, this was 70 dollars and the merchandise was in perfect condition still wrapped the way they gave it to me. I’m in the hospitality industry and customer service is everything to us, she could have perfectly make an exception, try, think about it, anything. I think this is very poor customer service and I will NEVER buy anything here again. I left the bag at the store with everything in it, I told her that there was nothing I could do with all that stuff and I was serious about it. You know, your average cheap souvenir shop in Florida. Shirts, hats, magnets, mugs, shot glasses, lighters, and inappropriate gag gifts. Really all you could ask for in a souvenir shop.

Great gift shop for the Sarasota and Siesta Key area. Prices during peak season where not too expensive. I have definitely been to some super cheap gift shops, but this one was well organized. Full of the shirts and other stuff you would expect at fair prices.

Wow! Just went in the Splash on Stickney Point and 41. I walked around since they have tee shirts 2 for $12. Just saw regular prices. I went up to counter and waited approximately 2 minutes for the clerk. I asked about a certain shirt. She said everything is marked the price it is, and started to walk away. I said wait what happened to the 2 for &12. She gaveMe a nasty look and said those are the few in the back where the sign is, and walked away. I go back there and there’s like 3 white tee shirts, sized for children or teens. What a rip off. I’m a long time resident in Sarasota and I don’t appreciate the fact that Splash lures customers in with a sign and then dupe you. Bad business. Bad service. Bad attitude. 7-25-19

Tourist stuff, great place to pick up small gifts for your loved ones or mementos of your trip to Florida. Great service, little bit pricey, but still lots of selection and different items. Happy Shopping.

$30 sunglasses...loved them. Three weeks later the frames broke and lens fell out while I was putting them on. Took them to the store hoping for exchange. No luck. Two week return policy regardless of reason, including defect. Be advised of their policy. Many store options with better customer relations.

Only sizes in small, medium and large. A couple of items came in XL, but that was very rare and only one or two of those available.

Attentive staff, very friendly and committed to helping you find the suit YOU feel great wearing to the beach or pool. Kind of wish there were more Big & Tall options though.

Lots of beachwear, hats, swimsuits, beach toys for kids, souvenirs. A good place to be a tourist near the south end of Siesta Key on the mainland. Prices are a little high, but, reasonable for a tourist spot.

Very upsetting. During our visit an employee didnt brother knocking before entering the dressing room and walked in on my 14 year old daughter while she was undressed Then the same employee stood outside of the door continuously knocking very hard until my daughter exited. She also never even bothered to apologize. Completely UNACCEPTABLE behavior! I will never return to this store or recommend anyone else to either.

Ask for Heather! I came in an hour before close and she helped me pick out 3 bathing suits. She helped with both color and sizing! She provided wonderful service! :)

Tourist trap! Save your money and go to Walgreens they have the same junk but they have a return policy, something this store needs. Its a shame how they get over on people who just want to buy souvenirs for others. Bought towels and after one wash they were shredded. Took back just a few days later with receipt and the older woman would not exchange. Another time I purchased flippers and the one snapped immediately took them back 4 days later with receipt and same response NO! She would rather sit outside of the entrance door and smoke, rather than accommodate good local customers. Save the aggregation and just go elsewhere!

First of all, Ive worked here for 2 years, and its been a great experience so far for me. As far as return policys go, we have multiple signs up at the front register (and back at the fitting rooms) saying that bathing suits ARE NOT returnable. And we only do exchange or store credit for other items. If we had a normal return policy then people who are here on vacation would be constantly returning stuff after they only used it for a couple of days and then we would be left with everybodys used chairs and what not. We cannot put used Items back out on the floor. And when it comes to bathing suit shopping there always has to be a person in the back at the table for people who want to try stuff on because we keep the doors locked. Were here to help and make shopping easier for everyone. If you decide to come in here and shop and have any questions were more than happy to answer those questions for you. :)

I had the worst experience at this store. I bought several items here, then on the way home realized one of the items was not placed in my bag. It was a glass item, and the cashier wrapped it up in paper, and must have forgotten to put it in the bag. I went back in with recipt and went to the checkout line. There were no customers in line. The woman working did not even look up from what she was doing. I moved from the checkout station over to right in front of her and said excuse me, finally getting her attention, i told her what happened, with a smile, and in a nice respectful way. She immediately told me there was nothing that could be done, in a short irritated tone, she said it was becase when this type of situation happens the item would be left at the register and the employee who rang me up would have told her before she left. I suggested she ask the employee who checked me out, maybe she had forgotten, and she said she was gone, and there was nothing she could do. I then suggested she could call the employee and she did not even have the respect to answer my question, she only repeated to me nothing could be done, and looked at me waiting for me to leave. I then asked for a manager and she again only replied that there was nothing that could be done. At this point i walked to where the items like the one i purchased were, picked one up, went back to her, and re paid for it. I told her i would NEVER be returning to the store and walked out I confronted this situation with a smile and in a nice way, and from the start was respectful. This particular enployee at this place exhibited none of those things. If i were her i would have giveb away the snall glass trinket that was only $5, but instead i was treated as if i were coming in and purposely lieing to get somethibg for free. This is not good customer service.
