We received a gift card for our wedding for Pottery Barn, and we found out that they were the same affiliation. We were first time buyer with the company and weren’t sure really where to start. We knew that we wanted some sort of new cooking pans. We went in and spoke with a girl name Liz, and she was able to speak to us with regards to all of the different options that were available she had a wealth of knowledge and was extremely helpful. We ended up deciding to go with the green pans, and we love them we could not be happier with them we chose a set of two that had a lid. But now because we love them so much we want to buy a full set. We definitely will be going back and speaking with Liz as she was just phenomenal beyond belief amazing. Her customer service skills are off the chart. Thank you so very much for the help and information it has helped us so very much with regards to making this decision and we would not have been able to do it without Liz.

After finding a table runner hanging with all the other table runners in the store, the manager said I could not buy it because it was their last one. I also had the matching napkins in my hand that were also the last ones on the shelf too. I asked the manager both are the last items. Told no, I could go buy it online. Why bother to shop in this store. Poor customer service. Avoid this store and take your $$ elsewhere.
I would like to start off by saying that Liz Howard did an amazing job explaining and showing me the Breville espresso machines. All I can say is shes awesome and I cant wait to use my machine.
Love W/S but I was disappointed when I asked clerk if spatula that was tied to my purchase was separate or included. He told me included but then I looked at receipt I saw he charged me for unnecessary spatula $14
This is a nice Williams-Sonoma store. The store is practicing safety measures in the stores to prevent over crowding. There are many options for gifts and items for the home. A great place to shop in, the items are high quality and a bit more on the expensive side.
I would give 0 stars if I could. $25 gift certificate expired 4/16/20 during Corona virus. They would not honor it as they said I could order on line. I cant order on line as I work and am not home for weeks at a time. This was not acceptable so I closed my account. It did not state on line use only. Very poor customer service.

Is Williams Sonoma going out of business???On December 7, I ordered two sets of LEMARAIS special order from Williams Sonoma to be sent to 2 friends. Williams Sonoma confirmed December 16 delivery date, The orders were prepaid and supposed to be delivered on December 16, they were not delivered.I called on December 15 and was told delivery date now pushed back to Dec 17,On December 16 I called and was told today they are not going to fulfill the order!!!!They didn’t notify me, I’ll called them. to find out that they were not gonna support this order and they said too bad for you,I do not consider this good customer service. in fact I consider this order terrible service. How can a company take orders online and not fulfill orders after charge customers. Isn’t that fraud??

This is one of my favorite stores to browse. They always have the best kitchen gadgets. If you are looking for high end, high quality products for yourself or a gift, this is the place to go. There staff is always super helpful and eager to show you anything in the store. There price here is a bit steep, but Ive never been disappointed with their products. Every now and then, you can catch stuff on a decent sale.

Placed an order online at the wedding registry to send the gift directly to the bride & groom. When I placed the order the quantity of one changed to two and it was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to correct the order. I called customer service 4 separate times and was told 4 different directions on how to correct the order, and NONE of the guidance was CORRECT. Is this how this company treats its customers? Now I have a bride that will receive TWO (not one as I requested) food processors!!! Very poor customer service on Williams Sonomas part, and I will NEVER share another dollar with this store, and will tell EVERYONE how I have been treated and WARN all brides to AVOID their bridal registry, because it is FLAWED!!! Shame on this company, that is no way to do business!!

Super excited we went there. They had my favorite flavor balsamic, watermelon balsamic. Oh that just makes salads and everything else tastes great watermelon balsamic is a must-try it is so delicious!
I ordered a 7 piece knife and block set for $180, all online. I got home today to find a box lid on the ground about 3 feet from an open box at my front door. Inside was a crushed box of knives, half had been shredded of the plastic bags they were supposed to be wrapped individually in. The block itself was nicked and dinked all over. The distribution center felt this was acceptable for shipping! I called customer service who couldnt have cared Less. While I was offered a refund, the CSR asked that I find a suitable box to return my damaged items in. WHY SHOULD I RETURN IT IN ANYTHING MORE SUITABLE THAN WHAT THEY SENT IT TO ME IN!? This package Will be returned in the exact same horribly boxed condition that I received it in. I will not be a returning customer to William Sonoma.
Great people and if you have their credit card they sharpen all of your knives for free.

Original review: April 10, 2019I received a gift along with a gift receipt. I realize it had been purchased more than 30 days prior, but I was honest and took the receipt along with the item (in original packaging and never opened) to my local store. I had to wait for the manager to become available. He was in the backroom and appeared unwilling to speak with me until I insisted on speaking with him. He told me there was a 30 day return policy and corporate had stressed this recently. No exceptions. I do understand the policy, but I had only received this gift a few days before. I told him I would be perfectly happy with a merchandise credit. He declined. I want Williams Sonoma to know I have been a faithful customer, even waiting weeks for the delivery of my Nespresso machine. At a cost of $39.95 Williams Sonoma has lost a customer.
I was a loyal customer until 1/17/2019. My husband and I walked in with the intention of using my $25 birthday rewards. So we looked around. I was holding 3 espresso cups with Leters when Paula asked to hold them at the counter. I obliged to free up my hands. My husband suggested truffle oil. I was holding the oil when Paula came over to take that from me as well. I wasn’t convinced I was buying it so I thanked her but told her no, that I wasn’t sold yet. After a few moments of looking I placed the oil back in the shelf and continued shopping. After a few more moments I told my husband that I really didn’t need anything snd that I would tell Paula I changed my mind about the espresso cups she was holding. She then said “Ok, and what about the other item you were holding? What did you do with the oil?” WHAT?? I’m a store manager in retail over 20 years and there are things you can and can not say to a customer. She was implying I was stealing!! Companies get sued for associated saying or implying the wrong thing. I was insulted, still am!! Had a conversation with customer service and her store manager of 2 days. I only heard excuses!! I showed them my birthday certificate and told them what I do for a living. Paula denied everything. Didn’t show character and own up to her mistake. This is how companies close!

Nice selection throughout the store, staff was extremely knowledgeable concerning the inventory and was able to articulate the differences in the multiple levels of quality of all the items I was interested in. I highly reccomend them. Prices were a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for.

Customer service is atrocious! Waited on hold for 53 minutes, finally hung up and drove to my local store, still couldnt get resolved, days later I had to call corporate to get anywhere, 2 weeks of hell when they had my money the whole time. ugh
I generally avoid this store due to the staff’s demeanor. Always feel like I’m inconveniencing them or they are blatantly rude. I generally choose to shop on the online store.
I only buy my dish towels and dish cloths here. They are wonderful and last for years.
