Went in to get my cracked iPhone 11 screen replaced and came back 30 min to get it back cost $120 and screen looked great at first. Later that same day noticed my phone screen was very touchy and constantly turned on in my pocket and took tons of pictures. Also just today about 3 weeks later the bottom corner of my screen appears to be brighter than the rest of the screen but after more investigating the bottom corner seems normal brightness and the rest of the screen is dark(at max brightness and compared to a normal iPhone 11). Don’t buy from here may be cheap my it’s fake not work it.

Super happy with my phone repair. They were super honest and could have gotten me for a much more money but instead gave it a good cleaning and only cost me six dollars!

Absolutely terrible. Should have known as soon as the dude said oh and it comes with free phone screens if they do not work as soon as he hands me my phone back. Did not work for more than 1 minute after I left the store then he replaced it and did not work for longer than a week. Those reviews are probably fake. Fastest way to get 200 dollars taken from you. No money back.

I had an iPad with a cracked screen which cracked within a week of being repaired. Not only did they give me a discount on the second repair - but the service was professional and quick. Subsequently had an issue with the his button and they didn’t charge to take a look and fix. No doubt I will be taking all my devices here. Good quality service and prices.

Girlfriend cracked her screen, went for a repair and the new screen didn’t work, tap-to-wake feature on the newer iPhones didn’t work, got a repair free of charge, once again tap-to-wake didn’t work and now the screen will randomly shut off and stay off until you start fidgeting with all the buttons and tapping constantly. It’s a random problem and I’m sure if I bring it into the store it won’t happen and they won’t fix it. All round awful experience and I wish I payed the extra $100 and got a real screen from Apple. I’d for real be happy with my old cracked screen and my $160 back. Never go to IFixAndRepair.

I cant say enough good things about the quick and professional service that I was privilege to enjoy. My wifes phone screen was cracked terribly. I took it to another repair place because it was closer to where I live. They wanted $$$ and would have to order the screen. Hoping to find an immediate repair, I called IFixandRepair and they told me that they had the parts in stock and would do the repair immediately. I took it to IFixandRepair at UTC and within 30 minutes, it looked and functioned like a brand new phone. Plus, they did it for 15% less than the first place that didnt have the parts.

Dropped my I phone 11- must have called 6 different places to repair- and prices were outrageous! Called Musi at I Fix and repair at UTC and his price was almost half of what everyone else was quoting! The best prices in town and super quick!! Had my I phone 11 fixed in 10 minutes! Best quality! Super happy and highly recommend! A plus!

I had dropped my phone the screen cracked and all of the apps were jumping around. Took him 10 minutes to put a new screen on, all the problems were cleared up and I have a lifetime warranty as long as I don’t drop my phone again. Great job I unhesitantly recommend them to anyone.

This place is awesome. I am a huge klutz and always break my iPhone 6s one way or another! They took their time to look over my phone and explain the problem before they even fixed it. They consulted me on the price before they even began the work. The three gentlemen are extremely nice and make the store feel welcoming and that your needs are important and are being met! I have already made recommendations to others about consulting them with any broke phones! I went to 3 other locations inside the mall and this best was by far the best! Brian was awesome! He is the Manger and made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was completed. He ensured I got the best value for my money. He even suggested a tempered glass to protect the screen and an otter box to protect the phone itself! Thank you! I will always go here for my phone repairs.

Went in there today and was helped by Eric. He was able to get me out within the 20-30 minutes he promised and the service was very pleasant. He was able to get me out of that mall so fast, my wife wasn’t able to find another purse to buy, that she didn’t need during our wait. He was pleasant and very attentive.

These guys repaired my iPhone today (they cater for all makes, not just iPhone), I saw Chris, who had the phone up and running again in a little under 30 minutes. Their rates are very reasonable and for that you get a first rate, professional job. As a rule, I dont normally write these kind of reviews, but I very much rely on others to post them to help me decide - but I was so darn well impressed, I was impelled to share my experience. Solid service at a good price!

My brothers phone was cracked and he went to get the screen repaired. The next day he realized it was still cracked. So he brought it back to the same guy and the guy tried charging him again. This place is a scam. Don’t recommend this place to get your phone fixed because he will still give it back broken.

The first time we went to iFixandRepair we had a great experience. We got my nephews ipad mini screen fix for around $80. We went today and the guy working there today asked if we were paying cash, and when we replied that we were he told us that the price was $140. When we told him what we paid last time, he said that must have been a special discount for some reason & pricing was up to the managers discretion, but eventually relented when we showed him our receipt from the previous time there a month ago. We felt really uncomfortable with the transaction. How can there be a $60 price difference in a month for the exact same service?

Great customer service, knowledgeable, quick and fair price. I needed the glass on my iPhone fixed and in less than 20min, while I watched, Eric replaced the glass and had me leaving a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a place to get your phone completely destroyed this is the perfect place for you! I took my iPhone 7 here to get the screen replaced and walked out with a nice frisbee or paper weight. They completely destroyed my phone, it does not even turn on anymore. They handed me my phone back and said “sorry it doesn’t turn on”. Sorry doesn’t give me a phone to use. While I do understand mistakes happen but now I currently am paying my phone service for a broken phone. They should have owned up to the damage they caused. The worker took the phone to the apple store to see if they could tell him how to fix it. He damaged it so badly even the apple employee told him it couldn’t be fixed. Had I never gone to this scam of a place I would have a cracked but functional phone. Instead I now have an extra piece of garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If you crack your screen take the $110 and put it towards a new phone or someone who knows what they’re doing because this place certainly doesn’t. I don’t understand how they have such positive reviews because this place is garbage.

These guys were the best. Not only did the manager repair my screen in less than 30 minutes, he also price matched the store’s Groupon so I didn’t have to buy through the app. He thought he had broken my ear piece when repairing and apologized profusely and then even provided me a further discount for the inconvenience. Originally went to the Zagg repair shop in the mall. We were turned down due to time restraints. Thank god for that! Eric was the best technician Ive had the pleasure of working with. Over priced

Horrible!!!! I paid to get my screen fixed on my iPad mini. When I took it home I put a different case on it two days later. Just by putting it in another case, the screen cracked. I called to ask them about the 30 day warranty. They basically said sorry about your luck and that I could get a discount to get it fixed again!!! I wouldnt give them a dollar!!!! Are they serious????????

While I got good service and they did it fast, the screen color is much more dull that it was originally on my iPhone 7. When I took it back they just said, yeah we’ve been having that problem wit iPhones. Think you might want to let me know that before I drop $150 on the repair?

MANNN these guys are the bomb dot com.My iPhone 6 Plus was over heating and their amazing manager was able to diagnose the battery issue I was having. Not only did I leave extremely happy, but was also able to leave with a cold drink IN HAND thanks to the yeti king himself. They sell yetis too, defiantly will have my business again.

Had a battery replaced in my iPhone a few months ago. The new battery has “blown up” and expanded causing my phone to be destroyed and unusable. When I went back I was told “Not my problem, the old staff has been fired. They were doing illegal stuff.” BEWARE. This store should be reported.

Terrible experience they kept my iPad for months always with an excuse on why it wasn’t fixed. They hire kids that don’t have a clue of what they are doing. When I came back to get my iPad back had to deal with the “new store manager” another kid that didn’t know how to communicate and bad attitude.

This place is a ripoff. Left my phone to be repaired. Promised return by the 7th day. Had to pay in advanced. Went back on promised delivery date and phone wasnt repaired and didnt know when they would get the part. I asked for my money back and they refused. Do NOT go to this store! If I could give zero stars I would! I went in to get my cracked Iphone screen fixed. After coming out my iPhone kept turning off and then the battery would go up and down. I couldnt keep the phone on for longer than 2minutes. I went back to the store and the guy said it could be the battery and he had nothing else to say. I had no problems with my phone before these people touched it. I went to Apple and Apple said when they took the screen off they either touch thing they shouldnt have or put something in the wrong spot. I paid this place $90 I had to go to Apple and buy a new phone. When I told IFIXandRepair what they did to my phone they had nothing to say. This place is a scam!! When I went back in to voice my opinion they were fixing two phones right next to each other with pieces everywhere. You couldnt tell what went to what phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
