My experience with Sarasota Carpet & Flooring was Exceptional from my first call to waving goodbye to Chad. I called the company on a Saturday and was surprised to get a call back within 20 minutes. Steve came out to check things out the following week and today, less than 3 weeks later, I am loving my new floors! Also, the cost for my floor was considerably less than I had imagined!

From my first phone call inquiry to yesterday’s install, these people were over-the-top courteous, informative, timely, skillful, and fair priced.Very low stress, particularly compared to our experience with another flooring company in the area. We love our new floors.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They came to measure when they said they would, and they installed the carpet on the agreed upon day and time. The carpet was more beautiful than we expected and they cleaned everything up afterwards. I would for sure, use them again!

The product is exactly what we were looking for, and I am sure we will enjoy these floors for many years to come. The installers were extremely pleasant and NEAT, and the shoe mold install after the flooring makes everything seamless in appearance. Wonderfully neat cuts all the way around, without a ton of caulking on the corners (a pet peeve of mine). Oh, and did I mention the middle of the floor electrical outlet? They way Jeff handled that was just great- you would never know that the area had to be ground.I highly recommend their services; fair pricing, professional yet friendly service, and their product line is great.

Went to them looking for a long shot. Trying to match a 25 year old tile. They were very helpful and customer service was great. They found a match after a short search. They will be my go to flooring store from now on.

Weve had our carpets almost a year now and were very happy with the product. Steve was great when helping me choose a carpet and look at samples. Tony was super nice on day of install. Really a great local business with professional and kind staff. When were ready to finish the rest of our floors well be coming back here.

Overall service was good in terms of responsiveness and communications,, price and service. One negative was an installation crew that did their work well but were not prepared or willing to follow CDC guidelines on the use of a face mask while in my house. I was disappointed.

Sarasota Carpet (Steve) has been very responsive by answering my many questions and providing me with the paperwork requested for the installation of vinyl flooring at my daughters condo. She is very happy with the results. Their installers were very professional, came when they said and returned immediately to correct some minor issues. There are many many carpet store options in the area with flashy, huge showrooms however this smaller store has all the options and outstanding customer service as well. Unfortunately, I called Stergos Stergos, the owner of this company, to have them install new carpet in my bedroom walk-in closet. They had done work in one of my rentals last year and it was an excellent job. This time, however, they came (after a very long wait) with the wrong carpet and, when I went to the store to pick out the right one, the only thing they had that vaguely resembled what I wanted was touted by Stergos as a quality above what I had originally ordered--even though it didnt look that terrific. I was pressured to accept it as the installers were there and it would take a long time to get the off white Berber I had originally ordered. Stergos said he would give me a discount on it--even though that price was pretty outrageous. So I had them install it even though I didnt really like it--but I rationalized that it was only a closet. Well, it has been in the closet now for about 5 months and there is a path from the master bedroom through the closet to the bathroom. A path that is noticeable and getting more and more unattractive. I live alone and have my home cleaned professionally every two weeks. Everything else looks clean and in good condition. This upgrade carpet from Stergos looks like its been down at least 3 or 4 years and I am not only disappointed Im very angry. So, I am writing this as a warning to potential customers. Be VERY careful if you do business with this company. I, personally, will never call them again. There are plenty of companies in Sarasota who can be counted on to deliver what Ive paid for without all this hassle.

Prices and installation were great... called them on a Thursday, appointment set for Monday and floors were installed 3 days later. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I ran into an issue with the homeowners association they handled the situation fast and very impressed with the professionalize in dealing with the issue and resolving it. Thank you fo making my job easier and the flooring looks great.

I just re-carpeted two bedrooms an upstairs living room and a staircase in Bird Key. Sarasota Carpet and Flooring totally exceeded my expectations with a large selection of quality carpeting and superior customer service. Randy was very professional, guiding me through the different quality levels and the most appropriate carpet for my location and at a really competitive price. The installation team was excellent, polite neat and tidy, with a good eye towards minimizing waste. Since I had to leave the house during installation, Randy drove by to check that everything was up to their high standards. I have no hesitation at recommending this company. and do not be put off by their showroom or location. A gem!

Sarasota Carpet and Flooring has great pricing, fantastic customer service, and installers that go above and beyond the scope of their job. They carry the Caress line of carpet which is the softest and most plush carpet I have ever felt in my life. The installers showed up on time, were extremely friendly and did their job extremely well. They went above and beyond what they were paid to do. The installers corrected inperfections in my baseboard, cemented over gouges in my cement floor, shaved my doors so they would glide smoothly over this ultra plush rug. I would have Sarasota Carpet and Flooring do work for me again and I recommend them highly to others. Stop looking, you have found your flooring company!

They were very nice and did a great job the first time so we called them back when we were selling my parents house. After finishing the carpet we paid them to move some furniture to the East Coast. After much prodding they finally delivered but it was completely ruined by water- all because it was left out in the rain before delivery. There was no reason for this especially after we gave them some beautiful leather couches for free. WE WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

I needed to have carpeting installed in 2 bedrooms and needed the job down quickly because we were receiving a furniture delivery the next day. We went to their store at 4:00PM and told them we needed the carpet installed the next morning by 10:00AM. These guys came through for us. We selected a carpet they had in stock at a very reasonable price ($1.89 per Sq Ft) and they made one phone call to their installers and those installers were at our door at 9:00AM and installed both bedrooms within an hour. Fantastic service! I would recommend this company in a hear beat. Thanks again Stergos! We will refer you every chance we get.
