I cant thank Chris enough for the amazing job he did changing the flooring in my mothers condo. The quality of the work alone is worth a 5-star review, but I cannot even begin to put the value on the way he treated my mother. I live in a different state, so I was relying on Chris to take care of things, which go above and beyond what is expected of a contractor: the types of things I would take care of, if I was able to be there. Chris treated my mother as his own, and I cant thank him enough. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also paid attention to details that many contractors overlook. The place was always left spotlessly clean at the end of each work day, he paid attention to small requests and responded quickly, diligently, and professionally. Chris even went as far as assisting my mother with the return of previously purchased materials, which were no longer wanted or needed. Chris is the most knowledgeable contractor I have ever worked with, and he is a great communicator, so that the customer always feels well-informed when making important decisions.If you are considering Flooring By Tile Experts for your next job, dont even think twice. This is the company you want to hire, hands down. I will not use another company for any future work my mother would need done in her home. Initially, we had an appointment to meet with Chris and Allison (owners) scheduled for Saturday July 24 @4:00pm. At 4:30 I texted Allison to see if they were coming. She immediately called me and explained that time had gotten away from them because their A/C went out! So we agreed that we would reschedule for Saturday July 31st. Again, - no show by Chris or Allison. No phone calls or texts from them wither. Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project woul be comlleted by them (if it got completed)?!?!

Amazing craftsman. they made my new bathroom turn into a very high end designer quality bathroom. Im so happy with the job that I just ordered an other new bathroom.They are the best in the Sarasota area. But not only that, the people in the company are so friendly and great communication.

We had picked several samples, but Chris was invaluable in helping make our decisions for tiling in both our dining room and master bedroom. He helped us select the products that complemented our furniture, and transitioned well from the adjoining floors.The projects turned our beautifully, completed to perfection and everything was cleaned as they proceeded. They did a fabulous job! We needed our grout repaired and re-stained. They cleaned all the tile also and now my grout looks brand new! They are very professional and very kind! These guys are coming back definitely if I need anything else done in the future!

After researching and getting estimates from several flooring contractors my wife and I decided to go with Flooring by Tile Experts. We visited this tile store and found it to have a very beautiful selection of quality tiles and were greeted by Allison who was very informative and helpful. She quickly scheduled us for an appointment with Chris for an estimate. We felt comfortable with Chris (the owner) during his time giving us his estimate. He came across very professional and courteous, took his time in answering all of our questions and it became clear to us that his knowledge was above and beyond all the other flooring contractors that had given us estimates. His pricing is comparable to the other contractors and reasonable. During the time the work was being done he was on time, he kept us updated and would leave the work area clean and neat after every work day. Due to my unusual work hours I was unable to be home while the work was being done but we felt very comfortable leaving Chris and his crew there and they always took care of our home, securing it after every work day. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our floors. They are not only experts but are masters of their craft. I will be hiring Chris again and we highly recommend Flooring by Tile Experts. Chris (and Allison) were fantastic through the entire process of our flooring project. There are people who work to make a buck, and people who invest time, energy and commitment into doing a good job while making a living. Ive found, since moving to Florida, that a slim few contractors here fall into the latter category. Chris Stewart fits that latter category. I had the great good fortune to find him through a designer I was working with. I am an artist who has worked with a broad range of materials -- metals, glass, clay, fibers, wood, stone -- and I am dedicated to fine craftsmanship. That makes me a difficult person to please because my standards for others are as stringent as the ones I hold myself to. Chriss crew paid attention to the details others ignore. Finishing details are as important to the overall project as getting the big stuff in place. You do them badly, and youve trashed the whole thing. The spaces Chris and his crew worked on shine, and I grin looking at them. Thats getting it right.

I had a small project ( 150 sq. ft.) that was challenging, because the building was over 35 years old. Both Chris and Allison treated like it was a bigger project from start to end.
