Mike and Matt spoke to me throughout my CHAOTIC day and took me at My Word that I was coming from 1-1/2 hrs away. I got there, they promised me the Truck that I asked for and treated me with such respect, professionalism and honesty that is normally Not found in this business. Just stating facts! Took Grandson to purchase a truck he needed for a great job opportunity. Spoke with both Matt and Mike about needing a mechanically sound truck. They showed us a truck with low miles. I questioned the milage, was told it was accurate numerous times. Told oil had been changed and checked over by a mechanic.Told it had just had new tires put on recently. The truck would be safe to drive long distances for work. Grandson purchased truck. We left stopped to get gas 2 blocks away from lot, truck would not start. They sent a mechanic to jump truck. Loose cable to starter was the problem. Mechanic fixed it and charged us $40.00.Mike said he would reimburse the $40.00, the mechanic was not suppose to charge us. Driving home realize odometer does not work so true milage is unknown...not what we were told. 2 days later while driving on a 50 mile trip bolt fell out of caliper that affects brakes on the interstate. Grandson replaced it so he could get home. I contacted Mike and Matt to make them aware of the issues including oil had never been changed as we had been told. We were told to bring truck back and the would have it gone over by mechanic, change oil, also replace on of the new tires because the side wall split.We sat at Redline office for several hours while mechanic changed oil, replaced the blots on all calipers, truck was returned to us...none if the work was done not even the oil. We paid for an oil change by our mechanic...$30.00 Mike again said he would reimburse for the oil and cable repair. Told us he had to order a tire. Told registration would take up to 1 month took 2 months....after 2 months told to drive back to redline to pick up tire, $70.00 check, and tag registration. Got there was only able to get sticker for tag. Then they wanted to charge $300.00 for a tag we did not need that they ordered! Grandson was told Mike wasnt there...I was told that alot when I would check on status. Grandson left called me I called Matt he claimed Mike was not there but tell him I called.... I said ok but I am not happy driving an hour to pick up things that were not there. Told him to tell Mike if he did not honor his statements I would have to contact an attorney...remember Mikes not there...he called 4 minutes later from same number I had spoke to Matt on....screaming and cussing at me extremely rude!!!.. refused to give us the check or tire or talk to us...Grandson called he refused to talk to him claiming he had received a letter from my attorney that I dont have!!! Do not do business there...not honest! Will lie repeatedly to your face!

Okay so I found their hilarious commercial on facebook so I stopped in before picking my kids up from school just to look around and kill some time. I was pretty impressed with them and will be back in a few months when my oldest is old enough to drive. 5/5 helpful and had a lot of good cars for my daughter to choose from

Purchased a car from them, and now all of a sudden after all my paperwork and buyers order they are demanding over 600 extra dollars for car title to be released. Just based off honesty and paper work black and white do not buy a car from them. Spoke with Mike he had a attitude both times.

Okay, so I dont write reviews but this dealership really impressed me after a bad experience elsewhere so I had to write this.After going to other places down the street that were just rude I ended up here and had a good experience buying a car. The biggest difference is that they make you feel welcome. They have reasonable prices on the cars and they are open to negotiating. Their offices are clean with working AC but the best part is that there arent 5 cats all over the place and the whole place doesnt smell like a litter box. -They took the time to listen to what I actually wanted instead of just show me the car they wanted to sell that day. This place feels family owned and I will keep coming back for the great service.

UPDATE contacted them to get my tag and title and to talk to mike about an oil leak he wasnt there was suppose to call me back never did its been a week. Took it to a shop and its gonna cost over a grand to fix be wary and check everything now im stuck with a lemon and they reassured me that it was mechanical sound and no issues.

Great people to work with! They gave me a fantastic deal on a car and I was happy with it. Realized there was a little more issues than I liked and they allowed me to return the car with a full refund! Now I returned the car 2 days after I purchased the car, so don’t expect them to give you a refund if you come to them with issues weeks or months after the purchase, but they will still help fix your vehicle for a fair price!

First of all, let me say that Lilo, Mike, and Luis are car enthusiasts and know their stuff. Just look at the cars they drive to work.Anyone who’s bought a vehicle out of state knows it shouldn’t be easy. I live in Ohio, and over a month ago, I found the vehicle I wanted on CarGurus at Red Line Auto Sales. I started the process over a month ago, and these guys have been nothing if not helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make up for an error on the listing. They reserved the car while they patiently waited and waited for my check to arrive. After I arrived in Sarasota, they did everything possible to help with completing the sale and getting temporary tags. They clearly trusted me as a customer, and they have earned my trust as well. I would love to do business with them again if given the chance.

Fair, honest, and honestly the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had, the Check engine light came on a week after buying the car. Took the car back to them and they hooked up the computer and found the problem and fixed the car at NO CHARGE even though the car was sold as is. They even washed it! Car runs and looks great! Ive had the car now for about a month now. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend or even my pastor
