The staff here is amazing and they have a great store manager. Sometimes they are out of Corona but for the most part they usually always have everything pretty well stocked. Love this shopping center. Has everything I need for daily essentials. Be well and take care. Thank you so much.

22 years of great shopping here. I have engineered Publix refrigeration systems and they have the highest standards from things you dont see down to the things you can see as a customer. This particular Publix is one of the largest in West Coast Florida and always has a great selection, particularly the supplement and pharmacy.

Always very clean and fully stocked of every item. The staff in every dept. Is above normal customer service. Very customer oriented. I do not know any Managers but they do a fabulous job in the areas Im aware of. The positive, courteous employees are a result of good management.

Publix is living in the past. They would rather have customers wait in line instead of installing self checkouts which generally are much more efficient and faster. Even though I live near a Publix it is much quicker to drive an extra 2 miles to Walmart because I know I can check out fast and as a bonus get lower prices.

This Publix is much larger than average and has some great additional deli items missing from smaller stores and just more of everything in every section. Good international food section. Currently some construction going on outside and in parking lot.

Very clean, well zoned, full shelves with items store. Produce quality was outstanding. Deli and hot food bar was very reasonably priced. A little shocked at how much the groceries available in the store were priced at considering how many Publux there are in this area. But then I was reminded that they are union. But very nice store.

Im sure this was a fluke, however, my experience with the company did not meet my expectations. I got on their website to check the price and availably. I needed a little extra help that week. I was looking for a company who has regular routes for pick up and delivery of family laundry. I was running out of time and energy. I had 35 pounds of dirty clothes it is alot to ask from any company.Not being a loyal customer didnt help either. Needless to say, not only did they not return my call. They never sent a email. Nothing, they did nothing. No sorry we are hust too busy this week. Nothing, yet every since then I get their newsletter. The specials and every other marketing and flyer they make. I even unsubscribed twice to no avail.After reading all these great reviews I deemed it necessary to give this company another chance. I guess these reviews are worth the trouble.

The incident with the unruly customer should not have happened!! Who ever is the manager on duty at the time approximately 715pm 12/31/2020 needs to be at the front of the store not camped out in an office somewhere!!! This needs to be addressed immediately!!! Your staff does not need to be treated this way!! I heard the screaming did not know what the situation was luckily the unruly patron left and no further problems insued!!! Your clerks should not have to hunt a phone and call for assistance!! Management needs to be on the floor at all times to handle situations like this!!! You have a fantastic staff that needs to safe at all times!! Dealing with customers on a daily basis is not easy!!

I generally enjoy shopping here. Large store, good selection, helpful staff.Now in the era of Covid pandemic, this is not enough. There is the added element of safety. A week or so ago, I went in shortly after 7 am to shop during the senior hour. While there, a non-senior strutted in sans mask and seemingly mindless to the risk posed to other more vulnerable shoppers. When asked, store attendants told me they were powerless to stop him since the law does not allow it. Is this true? And during senior hour? Why are other stores such as Costco able to enforce miscreants like this from entering and posing a hazard?

I havent been to this particular Publix in quite a while since the renovation of the parking lot area. It was extremely crowded the day I was there.Very poorly stocked which surprised me since Publix usually is on top of it. Most of the cashiers were not smiling which tells me that management could be a problem at this particular store. all in all I will avoid this store and go to the other ones in my area.

Protect your customers please :You should be at the forefront of setting an example for your community when we are in a pandemic. Enforce mask wearing and social distancing which pretty much is the only tool we currently have to curtail this currently. This particular store does neither of those very well. Distancing indicators at cashiers have been removed and masks seem like a fashion trend (if you want to wear them feel free but its on you not us). So disappointing for a company that has always been at the forefront.

Came in for a wrap before noon and ended up just throwing in the trash before I left the store because it had fallen apart in its bag before I even reached the register. Went back to the deli to ask them to remake it and it had clearly fallen apart before the employee even put it in the bag, the tenders were cut so large it barely fit in the wrap to begin with, and after that I tossed it again because I shouldnt have to give the guy a step by step on how to actually make an edible wrap. Definitely dont let the older man in the mornings make your food, ask for anyone else.

I have shopped here for 20 years and have always had a great experience. Today was different because of the parking lot and construction. If you don’t want a hassle w/parking, entering, and exiting .... avoid this store until they are finished w/exterior remodeling. (Unless you have a chauffeur!)

I was able to get through the store and out very fast. Theres lots of construction work going on at this location and the store is very dead. I was even able to find items that I have not been able to find at my Publix. So I was thrilled Define my items here

Other than the long lines everything is great. I understand the likes so we can’t really blame Publix for this it happens. When I go there I usually really enjoy the cashiers and the baggers. I also enjoy the people who clean the carts but kind of feel bad for them as well. Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I go in there there’s always that person who either just leaves there cart on the opposite side of the room or even just takes it 3 steps out the door and just leaves it. They are doing really well with this hole COVID thing and sure there parking lot is a little messy but they are only trying to make it look better for us. So if I could give this store more stars I would best store in Sarasota

The parking lot in the plaza is undergoing a face lift so much of the parking in front of the supermarket is impassable due to construction. I enjoy shopping there.. clean, friendly service, good product selection.

If I could give more stars, I would. Best Publix Store I have shopped in, but they are all good. Ordered a huge meat and catering order and asked if delivery were possible, as we are only 10 minutes away. One of the store managers said of course, what time and what day, I will deliver it if everyone else is busy. It just arrived, beautifully packaged. I cant thank you enough for the extra effort, especially on this very very busy day, Christmas Eve.

Good place for shopping

If your stores are claiming to be a responsible grocery wishing to protect your customers during this time, and are requiring employees to wear masks...then for heavens sake, MAKE THEM WEAR THEM CORRECTLY! It makes no sense to wear them exposing your nose; very useless. Either wear it right or not at all. Dont claim to care and not back it up.

Horrible service... went to the deli section at 6pm requested some chicken tenders was advised by two staff members and one named Jeremiah that the store was out of Chicken tenders... So I decided to Settle for other items . I got my things and two minutes while walk back to the front store pass the deli. They told another customer that they would make chicken tenders it’s about a 15 minute wait. Smh

Great store with great deals. Parking lot is messed up at the moment due to some reconstruction but over all still a great place to shop.

Very clean and organized store

I just tried to return 2 fat free half and halfs for non fat free. The service department person had a nasty attitude and would not accommodate the return, saying were taking no returns. When I told him I didnt even open the bag. He said it didnt matter. Consider I spend a couple hundred dollars there every week and the people that stock the shelves always touch the cartons. Im never shopping in Publix again.
