Writers are very enthusiastic to listen to the issue with lots of hustle away from their Chairs and computers IOT to better understand the problem. Victor Honeycutt, did an outstanding job of setting the proper expectations with regard to my order of my 2022 corvette. He always had time to answer any of my questions and kept his word anytime he promised to call me back. I have been doing business with Sunset Auto Group for over 20 years now, and Victors support and service is exactly what I have come to expect when dealing with your organization. I drive past another Chevrolet dealership every time I drive up to yours, so my point is I drive an extra half an hour just to do business with your organization.
I contacted this dealership regarding a car I saw that was close to what I wanted. I called and talked to Todd Pierce who said he would send me details on the car so I could compare. He did this promptly. I did a comparison of a car I want and his vehicle and sent Todd questions about some of the differences and made an offer and provided rational. Never heard anything so texted him late in the daty and he sent me the MSRP with all costs for what it would be. Never answered a question I asked, did not say Thanks for the contact let me know if you have questions, did not sign the email.Two e-mails which didnt address me by name or have any content but the car details left me with only one thing to think. He was not interested in speaking to me or selling me the car which is fine. He has the leverage in pricing due to the crazy market. Treating others with common courtesy is a great way to remind us all that we are in strange times and we will get through this together.

I had been visiting many dealerships looking at used SUVs while attempting to stay on a budget. Many dealerships seemed to not even listen to me and try to oversell me on a more expensive car. I saved the Chevy Equinox for last, It was one of the cars I was looking at but I wanted to feel and drive the competition first before I drove the Equinox. The competition was good but for the value the Chevy Equinox was a better deal. I am very happy with the this dealership. They worked with us and I must say it was a pleasurable experience. I’m driving my third car from Sunset. Every department from sales to service are polite, respectful and courteous. To put it simply, Sunset’s integrity is stellar.
Made an appointment but the salesman wasn’t even there when I arrived. Spoke with his colleagues instead but it was obvious they weren’t interested in working with me as they must’ve assumed I couldn’t afford much. Asked me to “make them an offer they couldn’t refuse,” assuming I would jump to overpaying. Wouldn’t quote me a price on anything.I picked my casual attire knowing it would reveal the character of a scummy salesman and it did the job perfectly. Got my new car from Cox Chevrolet that same day. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Cox instead. They were friendly and professional, unlike the people at Sunset who will try to bully and take advantage of you if they even get a whiff that they might be able to.
Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and answered any questions. It was also refreshing to see the personnel wearing masks to protect, not just their colleagues, but also customers. This showed me the concern the dealership has for the community.
My car was in for body work after an accident. It was promised to be finished by July 9th. My service contact must have gone on vacation as the car was not finished until July 31st. After getting the car back it turns out that the steering wheel is askew. I was told to bring back and they would fix it. Hey Sunset; how about checking your work and getting it right the first time. Sunset has little to o attention to detail.

Took it in because my battery wasnt charging and was showing an error code. They removed another error code that wasnt the reason I brought it in and told me my battery would charge for now. The battery didnt charge and the error code they supposedly removed is back

Had a great experience with the purchase of my Buick from Jeff Jordon. However, I have just made my third appointment to have my oil changed. I arrived for my first appointment and was told they were too busy and would reschedule, which I did. When on my way to the second appointment I was called and told they were too busy and would have to reschedule. I had called earlier to confirm the appointment making sure it would happen and they said it would. So....Im waiting for my third appointment hoping it will happen. Im thinking oil changes are not a priority for them and those appointments are expendable.

I’ve brought my car in FIVE times for the same issue, the first two times they told me nothing was wrong with it, the THIRD time they said it was the O2 sensor, and that did not resolve the issue. Finally the 5th time they said it was the purge valve, but the part was on back order. I told them that I didn’t want to pick it up and have to bring it back a SIXTH time and they said that they disconnected it and since it was drivable I couldn’t drive the loaner until it was fixed, that I HAD to return it and get my vehicle. This has been going on for almost 3 Months. Nizzar has been particularly rude and unhelpful. Basically shrugs his shoulders and says “I don’t know what to tell you”. I bought a brand new car vs a used car so I wouldn’t have to dealWith these kinds of issues. I’m very disappointed in this dealership, and sunset autogroup as a whole.
The repairs of damage to my Bolt were delayed by a backup of parts, yet your unflappable service advisor, Kristey Perkins, kept me informed on a regular basis of the status of my job. She displayed professionalism and sincere concern for my situation, and she ultimately delivered my vehicle to me in like-new condition. Im very appreciative.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience with this dealership. I went in to buy a suburban or Escalade and found a suburban in which a potential buyer came back for a second day to look at and declined to purchase and left. The same thing happened to me because the motor trembled and the interior was filthy and the car had a weird smell. After the second day of test driving they salesman Cameron said they looked at the motor mounts and they don’t need to be replaced. After the third day of negotiation the salesman states he took the vehicle back into the shop and they said it was some motor mounts and it will be replaced, at that point we negotiated a final price and agreed and he stated it is in the shop and will be ready for pick up the next day. I then get a call at 5:30 stating someone came in gave a check for the same vehicle and bought it and it is no longer available. So after several days of test driving and insisting there was something wrong and wasting my time and gas they sell the vehicle to someone else even tho I was told to pick up the vehicle the next day. I will definitely not be doing business here ever. I instead bought an Escalade from Village Cadillac in Homosassa 2 hours away. I had the WORST experience at sunset Cadillac. So I don’t recommend going there either.

Well when I got there I was just looking to see what I want it had no intention of buying one that day. But the sales man walked up to me very polite. He was very polite good conversation he made me feel like part of the GM family it end up buying a brand new 2021 Malibu . And the whole time I was there he kept coming back talking to me asked me if I need any water or anything it’s very very nice man even let me drive the car to go pick up my grandson from school. The quality of work seems to be good only time will tell and I will advise as time goes on The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.1. It took a week to get an appointment, I understand this if the work is good2. I dropped off my 1999 Corvette on Monday, 7:30 AM, 7/26/213. On Tuesday 7/27 I called twice leaving VM to see what the diagnosis was. Tito returned my calls Wednesday 7/28 after I left a voice mail for him and Chris service dept mgr on Wednesday morning. Chris explained the delay and I told him that communication was necessary. 7/284. I received a call on Thursday 7/29 from Tito with diagnosis and estimate of cost. I gave him permission for proceed, Tito told me the part should me in on Monday 8/2.5. I called on Wednesday 8/4 and left VM for Tito and Chris, Tito called me back and told me the car should be ready Thursday 8/5 before 5 pm. I checked on Thursday at 3 pm and the car was still being worked on but should be ready by 5, I said I would pick it up on Friday AM 8/6.6. I picked up the car on Friday. work was complete. the car was very dirty from sitting outside for days.7. The total cost of this was $2,306.21. I am sure that I can receive better customer service for this price somewhere else.8. FYI Titos voice mail box was full part of this time.9. I understand being busy, I understand all of the covid-19 related delays. As a business owner myself I know that these are excesses for not being prepared for the business we commit to when we give a customer an appointment. I do NOT understand and will NOT excuse POOR customer service. No thank you. You and I both know that I have choices in getting my car serviced, I am new to the area and I will NOT be back to your shop.10. Remember when you read all of this I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. You need an exclusive service facility for Corvette and Camaro owners. Standing in line withtrucks does not give you an exclusive feeling in service. This would help your space problem as well. A Corvette/Camaro customer would appreciate a specially trained service adviser. This would double your service work! And GM would kiss you on both cheeks!!!

Rather than suffer the inconvenience of leaving the car the service tech was familiar with the complex settings and fixed it on the spot. Nice! Prior to this my new 2021 Corvette made a very unusual sound during the first 50 miles. Again the service department did some online research and decided that all was OK.
We had an appt, arrived on schedule, the vehicle we wanted to see was already at the front lot. The process began and continued until complete without hesitation or being unproductive. Our sales person Dan Ferguson was knowlegable and kept things rolling. He was very personable and friendly. The documentation and signing was also well orchestraded.
