She was very informative and didnt try to force us into any one direction or decision We were in the middle of an exhausting move on top of me working midnights and frankly didnt want to deal with it. Carol picked up on that and soft-gloved us at our own pace until we found the beds for us. Then she was able to get us squeezed into the delivery schedule for that evening! I tried to exchange my mattress for a more expensive one. They wouldnt take the mattress I had bought just a few weeks earlier. They said there were stains on it. I never even slept on that side. They must resell the returns. I had put my waterproof cover on immediately. I had to spend 300 dollars on a mattress topper.

These mattresses could have been in a persons home or were returned to the manufacturer for some reason. There is NO manufacturers warranty on the Stearns & Fosters, Sealys, Sertas, Simmons, Beautyrests, Tempurpedics. They are not authorized by any of these manufacturers to sell new Mattresses!!!!!!!! I cant speak for any other brands that they may carry, but have verified with the manufacturers on the ones i Have listed!

I wanted to take the time to relate our experience with HPM. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Walked in looking for a plush Queen sized mattress- could not sleep on our 1500$ Stearns and Foster as it is too firm! 1000.00$ out the door, delivered and set up 4 HOURS LATER. 60 Day Return policy, These guys brought their A game and highly recommend you give these guys a try- you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TJ was great to deal with! We got an amazing deal and couldnt be happier with the service and our mattress. I was hesitant to shop for a new mattress because usually the sales associates at mattress stores are so pushy and try to make you spend over your budget but TJ was the total opposite. Very friendly and no pressure pushed! I felt comfortable and I took my time. THOMAS was very helpful as I was seeking a “soft mattress” due to a spinal problem. In addition, I can’t afford to spend alot, yet I realized that I needed a “quality” “up to date” mattress. THOMAS was patient with me! Otherwise I think others would lose their patience! I did get the mattress and now am sleeping better and experience less pain.By the way, I was also approved for a line of credit. This store sells used mattresses for half price, when the reality is that they sell used mattresses and don’t tell the true to the customers, when you try to contact the company is when you find out the true of what you brought from this store. I took the time to open the mattress and look inside, what I found was really disgusting, stains of urine and blood.. for me this looks that they only change the cover and then are selling the mattresses like new for half price. I will rate the store 0.

I have mixed feelings here. We bought a new memory foam mattress and had it delivered. It felt rock solid. It did not feel like the one in the store. So they picked it up and brought another one. Well this time they delivered the wrong mattress. The delivered a 12 inch instead of a 16 inch. So we are now on the third delivery which finally got us a good mattress that felt right. After sleeping on it for a week we did not like it. THIS WAS NOT THE STORES FAULT. IT WAS OUR DECISION. Its hard to lay on a mattress in a store for a few minutes and get a proper idea of what it would be like all night. We just did not like the way the memory foam felt. So we came in and picked out a pillow top.Be advised there is a 100 dollar restocking fee that goes unmentioned as well as you can only exchange for a mattress of equal or more value. NO REFUNDS. We were waiting for a mattress to be delivered to the store and every time I called to check I was told they didnt know when it was coming. And when it didnt come nobody called me. Also every time I called I was told oh hey I was just calling you .In the end we got the mattress we liked. So they did work with us. But it was a hassle to deal with this store. Lots of things go unmentioned like the return policy. And getting info from them was like pulling teeth.Like I said I have mixed feelings. It was a pain to deal with them but they did work with us. In the end id probably go elsewhere next time.

Walked in to check out prices randomly. The salesman TJ was friendly and inviting. He wasnt just another sleazy salesman TJ had us laughing and feeling like we were at a family dinner. The price was amazing and walked out feeling confident about our purchase.

We recently bought a new Stearns and Foster Mattress from 1/2 Price Mattress and couldnt be happier. We went to a couple of the larger furniture stores and found the mattress we really liked. The king sized mattress was between $2500 and $3000 at the stores we visited. We were on our way to Trader Joes and stopped at the store almost by accident. They had the exact mattress we liked and it was a 1/3 of the price. They also delivered the mattress to our home in Osprey for an additional $25. We dealt with Ricardo, who I believe is the owner. He was very professional. We have been sleeping on our new mattress for almost 2 weeks now and love it.

We bought a King Size Sterns and Foster Mattress paid over $1000 dollars their top of the line, after a few months the mattress developed a huge body impression. We call the manufacture that makes this brand witch is made by Seally, they told us theirs nothing they would do for us because the mattress was a 2nd hand mattress meaning somebody slept on it for 100 days and returned it and 1/2 price mattress buys them and resale it disgusting we will never be doing business they should be telling customers that they sell 2nd hand used mattress! This is very sad. Now theres nothing we can do, just spend more money to buy a new mattress. I put one star, because theres no way to write the review without a star rating..

I have gotten two boxsprings from here and both of them broke, the second one the boards broke the first day we got it. Definitely not good quality.

We bought a Beatyrest black from Ricardo 7 months ago for $1100 now Im sleeping on a big hole we noticed a red stamp on the label the says AS IS NO WARRANTY we call the manufacture and was told the we bought a 2nd hand mattress the they sold somewhere else and was returned and Half Price mattress buys them used and resale them disgusting, he never told us that this guy is a crook will never do business their again their not honest about this used mattresses.
