We have had three vehicle wraps done with SignZoo, each one has been a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Ive worked with many vehicle wrap companies over the last 14 years, and SignZoo was always the best finished product. But beyond that lies great customer service.When it came time to wrap my own boat (finally!), I didnt hesitate to contact Jason and the team at SignZoo. They did amazing work AND made a visit to my home to trim away/re-seal a tear at the bow (a mishap putting the boat on the trailer in foul weather). When folks ask me why Id trailer the boat across the state to get a wrap done...the answer is simple. They are the best in the business.

I’m in California and Sign Zoo was recommended to me by a person that I respect. I was a little confused on how the job would get done from across the nation. I tried local companies but the designs just were not up to par so I tried Sign Zoo. Our first wrap was done 8 years ago and still looked pretty good when we removed it this year to re-name our business. I thought about going local again but still didn’t find anything that we were excited about. Sign Zoo came through again. We could not be happier with the finished product. Sign Zoo brought our dream into reality.....again.If you are wondering how they did the work in CA from Florida, they design and print in Florida and ship it to one of their authorized installers near me. Place is absolutely 1st class and their design work is unbelievable. Every time we have needed something last minute dam completely come through and made out boats look absolutely incredible! Thank you guys.

I researched several companies and Sign Zoo was the most qualified & professional company I could find. I needed a design that would stand out from the rest. We made several revisions & ultimately came up with an awesome design.Ive had several customers tell me that theyve seen my trucks all over town, and I only have one! Ive used SignZoo many times for vinyl truck wraps for the fleet where I work and they turn out great every single time. They have a great, responsive team and they work with some of the best installers that weve come across.They work with us seamlessly even though we are in Pennsylvania and they are over 1000 miles away. Every step of the way through projects with them is easy and all the trucks look awesome when theyre finished!

Not pleased at all with my boat wrapping experience, at install staff was rude and un-inviting. When taking my boat out for the first time I thought all was good I had no issues on the water, but when loading my boat back onto my trailer the wrap scuffed, tore, and peeled on the PVC (Plastic) guards on the trailer. Now I thought this was supposed to be somewhat of a durable wrap that could handle barely bumping into another piece of plastic while loading a boat onto a trailer. I was definitely mislead on the durability of the wrap and honestly felt lied to. When contacting Signzoo they informed me that this was caused by user error and not their problem and there was nothing they could do. What could I expect from a company that was not helpful any other time, except when they wanted us to pay/set up an appointment. If you are thinking about getting your boat wrapped with them dont, spend the extra $1000-$1500 and get your boat painted elsewhere.

My dealings with this company have been absolutely awful! I have never been talked to with such disrespect and profanity in my life. No one should have to be treated in the manner that I was! I was called a B**** and a C*** and tole I wasnt Sh** all because my car was hit by their company vehicle and I wanted the insurance card! Patrons Beware!

I have used Sign Zoo before and it has always been a trying experience. I went with them again because I really didnt want to start over with a new company and design. I expressed my concerns to my salesperson, Jason and he assured me I would be in production in a week. Well I should have followed my instincts. This is the worst yet cant even get a reply from Jason or the proof department.Update: we finally went into production yesterday 8/19/2015. They said it would be finished by 5pm. It didnt surprise me at all when I called the next day at noon and they said they needed until 4 or 5pm the next day.

SignZoo, buyer beware.Last year I hired SignZoo to wrap a vehicle. About a month ago I noticed the window decal was peeling off. I contacted them and was told that the 1 year warranty would not be honored because it was within one month of expiration. So far SignZoo has chosen to ignore my numerous communications.
