Called to see if they would make registration numbers for a boat. They do. However the person I spoke to was not very friendly, was not very knowledgeable about the product or process and had to ask another associate about pricing.I was given a verbal quote for black letters. I informed the associate that I did not want black letters. The individual put me on hold while getting me another quote for colored letters. The price was the same. I was told to email the numbers so that they could make them. I asked if I could come in to the store and a pick out a color. They seemed hesitant to this idea. Then told me I could come in but they would not special order any colors and I had to use what they had in stock. I asked how many colors they had in stock. They said a bunch but we arent ordering anything special for you. Then asked me again for me email so they could start the process of designing the bow numbers.All in all I was not pleased with the experience. There is no shortage of sign shops in the Sarasota area. I ended up doing business with another company. The other company was very friendly, they invited me to their shop and offered to show me all of their colors. They made the numbers on the spot and they charged $10 less then Signarama ($25 instead of $35).Overall I am sure Signarama would have done a decent job making the numbers. We just didnt get that far. The principal is simple: Poor customer relations equals loss of business.

These people were great to deal with. I had my idea and they made it happen. We had previous work done 10 years ago and had changed address and we wanted another vehicle done and you cant tell which is old and which is new. Id use them again in a minute!
