I needed a banner and business cards for a trade show I was attending within four days of placing my order. The staff is more than accommodating. They were in constant contact with me to make sure that my order was processed in a timely manner. Even as fast as I needed my order I never felt that they were rushing me. We had FASTSIGNS install a frosted decal with our company logo on our front door. The logo required a bit of customization, which Jack and his team handled perfectly. Poor quality of services. They produced less signs that I ordered. The guy who installed signs should have told to cut another sign. It never happened. I asked to produce the missing sign, they told me to pay minimum price and were not willing to do it ASAP.

My experience was top notch. From the moment that I was met to design my sign, the proof and the installation was all that I could ask for. The installation team was great. Clean, polite and knowledgeable.

Second time we have used them and both times it has been great. Nice quality and quick turn around time.

My renovated kitchen includes a glass back splash and I wanted a photographic mural on the wall behind the glass. When I told Jack at Fast Signs what I was aiming at, he suggested applying the mural to the back of the glass -- ingenious! These guys are great!! We weren’t even sure what we wanted when we went into “FASTSIGNS”.But, they spent the time and effort to come up with several options and our eventual choice.Highly recommend this company!!

The sign that I requested on my conversation with the staff was a vinyl banner since we needed it for traveling. But the invoice was made out for a solid corrugated one piece sign. Since I did not fully read the invoice and was not familiar with their technical terms, I ended up receiving the wrong sign. Even though it was their mistake, I was still charged half price for doing a new sign. The old and new signs look good. But you should not blame customers for employee mistakes.

They then manufactured the Stencil and installed it on site. Unless you dont mind being treated rudely in a condescending tone, dont go here. After screaming to the back room loud enough that we couldnt hear what the desk rep was saying, he, assuming he was a manager or something, didnt even say hello. He just walked up to us with a plastic sample and then proceeded to talk down to us. We needed 18 small inserts and one decal. Thats it. He quoted what seemed like a reasonable price per insert and then said we would have to provide the production-ready text. All we wanted was one word on each insert. He said he wasnt going to make his designers sit and type out a bunch of words. (18 words...you cant type that in a minute?) He then said, I have to make money, Im not running a non-profit here. Really, we took our sign, and all of our future business, elsewhere!

Peter and his crew were wonderful to deal with and did an wonderful job labeling our service vehicles.

We were attending a large pet event and called around for information on having some print work done. After calling several places, we decided to work with Fastsigns. The lady I spoke with was very patient and knowledgeable; She even took the time to walked me through some steps in Photoshop. Product is very good and exactly as we hoped; but service was exceptional ... staff was very responsive and they made it easy to work together.

I recently leased 1484 Main Street in Sarasota. It is a 97 year old building that I renovated inside and out for a fine jewelry store. There were many challenges to deal with, especially the signage. Peter and Ron exceeded my expectations, from planning and permitting to completing the installation. Being a jeweler, I am very picky and used to dealing with very tight tolerances. I have purchased all my signage from them, all the way down to the tiny signs inside the showcases. I will be doing all my sign business with them in the future.

Our church went to Fastsigns several years ago for a number of sifns, large and small. We were well pleased with their signs and the expert way they worked with us. When we needed another sign, we went right back to Fastsigns and again, we were well pleased with ou new sign.

I had a horrible experience. I spent 45 minutes in a face-to-face enjoyable conversation with Jack. I provided a sample sign and a typed list of wording for other signs. Jack said that he would do some research on the sign requested, get proposals together for the others, and email everything to me. That was July 20th. Mid August I called. Jack was away so they took a message for him. On Sept 10th I called again and had to leave another message. On Sept 11th I received the following email:Hi Teal,I see you called yesterday but the number that was taken down for you was incorrect.I remember talking a couple of months ago, I cannot locate my notes from our discusson.Feel free to call me anytime.I called Jack and told him I needed to come pick up the sign I left with him. Jack informs that not only did he misplace his notes from our conversation, but that the sign I left must have been throw out in the trash. What? HORRIBLE!!

Took them four weeks to tell me that they are not doing our project, it is not financially worth it to them. This was after such huge lack of communication, I am flabbergasted at their poor customer service. What a waste of my time, as well as the time of my customer who has been waiting on the product that we needed from them.
