I love this location, they have the best staff and are always readily available when you have questions. their stock is always superb, I am usually able to find everything that I need in one trip. I use them for all of my floral arrangements that I make for my business and they always come out excellent.

Some lady yelled at me as I was leaving.She must have been nuts or something.The store was really clean and fun to shop in. The lady that helped me with purchasing a sewing machine was also very helpful. 5 stars from me.

This place is addictive! Lol and everyone is helpful. Even other customers are helpful if have questions about what goes best with something your making or buying.

This inventory here is impressive. It is a cozy place too. Not a huge, cold warehouse full of garbage like Michaels. Im not even a craft person but I needed iron on patches and they had it all and the workers were nice and folksy and knew where the stuff was. A cool place. I am going back to see what else they have as I am a painter and they could very well have some useful items for me to use. A pleasant surprise

Love this location, they always have what I need in stock. The Sales are great, coupons and discounts make it very affordable for a person to be able to enjoy sewing, crochet, knitting, floral arrangements, Quilting, etc.

This seems like a slightly smaller store, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and parking was easy.

I think this location is so much cleaner than the university parkway location and I would love to keep shopping here, but the store is so hot! I feel like they dont even have AC and at my age now, I cant handle that. Its summer yall! I want cold!

The worst experience and help. When I called to make sure they do price match and also that they have my item in stock they said no problem. I drove there then they would not do my price match and the ladies that were helping me we no help and so rude. Even though they are supposed to do a price match they would not. As a business owner who spends way too much money there I can not believe how this was handled. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

When I showed up here at about 430 the other day, as I was walking in and older women yelled at me “you better shop fast we close at 5!”. The lady at checkout was in a rush, which I understand it was busy, but there was no need for her to be rude. The coupons I wanted to use didn’t apply to anything I was buying just because it was cricut. Never again.

Every time I shop here there is an issue and they like to blame the customer if they make a mistake. I’ve been a handful of times and will not be back at this point.

Joanns at the Landings is a great store. Been a Joanns customer since 1970s. This is my favorite store. They bend over backwards to help you get what you need. I Love this store. Great staff.

I spend hours in here! Great coupons available by mail or online. Quilting fabrics galore. However, it would be nice if they had more designer garment fabric selections and more rayon fabric. Lots of crafting items like beads, tee shirts and paints, cake decorating, etc.

Staff is always so helpful. I will say that if you see items out front and prices well snag them. If you go back a week later, price could be double. I wont make that mistake again.

Excellent variety of fabric, more organized and cleaner than any other Joann Ive ever visited. Good selection of jewelry making supplies too (among other departments). Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. Called the previous day to put a hold on the fabric I was looking for; no issues placing the hold or picking up.

The items i was looking for were picked over and unorganized, had to use the price scanner. (tote bags) on top of no staff introduced them selves or helped me. I walked out of this store disappointed and drove over to target.

I always enter with an idea of what i specifically want... But my imagination goes wild and i leave with something completely different. Im training myself to cut my time there short, so MAYBE i can maintain a budget whilst there.

WOW what a nice place. I believe they carry everything except the kitchen sink. Now that might have been on an aisle I didnt go down. haha. Staff is curtious, friendly and helpful. Keep it up ladies, Im coming back.

This Joann always has great sales. They always always have sales which is a plus for me as I like to be a bargin shopper.

Great place even had fake sinew for my bow or archery build.

Great place for supplies Ive gotten many presents and present ideas from here and the staff is always so helpful if you need anything. If you need crafts, go here they will not disappoint and they always have coupons so it will already be cheap. Highly recommend!!

Nice selection but their constant coupons with expiration dates make me CRAZY! I dont go there as often as a result. Walmart also has a beautiful material assortment.

I always feel a little out of my element in here, as I dont know anything about sewing or arts and crafts...I get a lot of fabric here that I can use on my displays for catering. All the ladies in the shop are always super helpful, and very friendly. I have never gone in there and not been able to find what I need.

It doesnt matter which Jo-Ann Fabric store you go to - there is little to no help available and lots and lots of attitude from the staff. Ive been sewing for over 50 years and I am done with this store. Plenty of places online to purchase fabric and notions without the hassle of waiting in line for over an hour to have some disinterested woman cut your fabric. Theres a Hanover Fabric store in Bradenton Ill be checking out. Its got to be better, right???

I love it that u can find Halloween fabric in the middle of June.

My 1st time here I did find 50% of what I was looking for, there was really no one out on the floor to ask a question or assist me, cashiers were very jovial and pleasant

A young blonde man that works there was very helpful for me at the cash register and he was able to get things and reach things off the top shelf for me he really went out of his way wish I would have caught his name.

Bought fabric here to cover a chair. Very large selection and fair pricing. But. Dont use cash, the girl behind the counter didnt know how to make change.
