I really don’t know if this restaurant just doesn’t like me lol. I used to love this place every morning i show up and hour before work to order my food and they never somehow manage to give it to me. i pay for my meal but receive no food. they usually don’t seem to bothered taking my money but not actually giving me what i paid for.

Einstein coffee and bagels. A lot of clever dishes for breakfast. They have chocolate chip coffee crumb cake, hot coffees, iced coffees, all kinds of bagel combinations. Great spot.

They have the best bagels! Obsessed with with their everything bagel, but their jalapeño one is also amazing. Twice baked hashbrowns ares nice and soft on the inside with a slight crisp outside. Wonderful quick food! Staff is excellent as well! Always nice with great customer service!

Really disappointed I was denied service over the phone, the associate answered the phone and told me they were too busy to take an order, to use the app? Which is crazy to me, it would’ve took less time to take a simple bagel order I just don’t get it

The staff is amazing! It is 4th of July and extremely busy... a lot of customers are being rude to the employees due to having to wait and all of them are clearly working very hard to get the orders out.. I am a regular customer and will continue to come back. I have never been disappointed with my food. Always delicious!

I ordered through door dash and wanted to sub out a few bagels and was unable to do it on the app. I called and spoke to Meg and she was very helpful and kind

Gave it 3 stars because it was quite busy, a sort of recommendation of its own, and it looked nice. I didnt actually make it more than a few feet inside before I concluded that the line was too long.

Absolutely love this place. And 10 stars to the gentleman that helps make the food and hands it to you. I didnt catch his name but he is always so delightful. He asked me and the gentleman before if we wanted a water to go. Who thinks of that? This guy! Food is always fresh and hot too.

Even if you order curbside pickup, expect to go in to get your order.We have consistently watched our order get placed on the table right inside the door (next to the line of people we are trying to avoid) from the view of our car (that was described when placing the order on the app) while waiting in the curbside pick up spot right outside the door.Einstein Bagels are good. Caribou coffee is gross.

⚠️PLEASE READ⚠️asked for a bagel with egg. when I received my bagel I checked the egg, and was disgusted to find a weird grayish color in my egg that almost resembles mold. When I asked for a new one I was told that this was “normal” and “each egg is made fresh.” as they prepared my new sandwich I had noticed that all the eggs were PRE MADE and sitting in one tray for who knows how long. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING EGGS!!

We love our Caribou coffee and Einstein bagel breakfast on the weekends. They do a great job preparing the food quickly and accurately. The food is always delicious! They also require masks in the store right now and have customers waiting six feet apart. They are doing take away only, no dine in. Its nice to see a business that takes staff and customer health and safety seriously.

This is a National carpetbagger chain invading our beautiful Sarasota .I don’t know about the food other than the bagels.Not bad, certainly far better than the ones sold at a nearby grocery chain.Caribou coffee not bad.Decor nice.Service Good.Parking lot in strip mall plentiful.Pricing typical $1.35 per bagel.Don’t go out of the way but if you are nearby and your feeling grumpy,grab a cup of java and a bagel and enjoy.AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3

This place is miserable … staff are a bunch of grumps and the operation is run terribly … it takes longer here to serve bagels then most restaurants serve food …

Got there within 30 minutes of opening, My 1st time trying them out. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before the lady working acknowledged me....She took my order without so much as a smile....barely thanked me when giving me my card back.Good thing the sandwich was good,because other than that I would not return. Do better, especially because of the prices you charge.

We got a couple of different bagels and a bagel sandwich for breakfast - we were all totally happy & satisfied with our breakfast here. Really yummy and quite a variety of bagel flavors. You are not able to eat inside though, due to covid 😔

Lol, einstein bros, not sure why the name doesnt show up correctly, great food, great service delicious coffee. I typically get the Nova lox bagel, their bagels are great, Ive only ever had bagels from one local shop that Ive liked better.

I’ve been to Coffee + Bagels just a few times now + if I wasn’t dealing with Diamond I was unhappy.He is by far the most professional, kind + considerate being I’ve come across in general. He will always go above + beyond. And to say he is appreciated is an understatement.If you’d like to check it out, The All Nighter is my fav. Highly recommend.

Service was extremely slow. I ordered 2 beverages and after waiting 10 minutes for them to make it, I asked about it and they said they forgot it. The quality of the product was good

Farmhouse breakfast bagels are great. The twice baked hashbrown is also really good. Glad I decided to give them a try.

This place used to be great. Some much turnover, all the good employees are gone. Their general Manager Dina is so rude to the customers and to staff. Wont go back until shes gone!

Normally I really enjoy this place but not this morning. I got the eggwhite bacon avocado tomato bagel sandwich which sounded great in theory but when I got back to work to eat it it was a disaster. They charged over 6 dollars for this and there was barely any avocado on it and when I took my first bite the half I was eating basically fell apart. Very disappointing. The twice baked hash browns were very good however and the customer service was good but would not get this sandwich again.

Great food great service

I stop by the #3649 store almost daily. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The store and restrooms are always clean. My order is always correct and quickly made. I must say specifically Priscylla is exceptional and remembered who I was and my name on my second visit!!! She makes you feel welcome! I LOVE THIS LOCATION.

Its pleasant

Most of the employees are great they get your order out fast but there are many who will get the order wrong I used to work there but I left because it became to much like Starbucks more about getting people in and out asap ( as soon as possible). It used to be a more homey restaurant where you could come and relax best employees I know are Dee, Zach, Ellen, Frances, and Robert. Love them all and miss working with them but I still get to see them!

Messed up two out of three bagels. We ordered three bagels to go. One toasted - the didn’t toast it and charged us an extra $1.39 for a tiny amount of peanut butter. The second bagel was to have cream cheese on the side so we could toast it at home. It came with cream cheese all over it. The third bagel was just a plain bagel. They got that right.

Extremely slow. I wait over half an hour for one bagel. Ridiculous. For having 5 workers there, there is no reason for this long wait.

My husband and family and I visited Einstein Bagels/Caribou Coffee numerous times during our 3 week visit in the area recently. We LOVED the coffee and bagels, sandwiches, lemonade! Everything we ordered EACH time was wonderful.....Every chance we got, we were back there for more. We even purchased 1 lb. bags of Caribou coffee (and they were more than happy to grind the beans for us) to take home. We will patronize this establishment whenever we are in the area, thank you for the great service!

Like many other people I used to really enjoy Einstein Bagels before it improved itself. Atmosphere is definitely different and more fast food chain feel than anything. Food is hit-and-miss now. Still have some long-term employee leftovers from Einsteins. Very nice.

Coffee and service was absolutely terrible

The service was very rushed and the food and coffee were okay. Not 5 star service, but they were busy, which I understand, but a smile and happy employees can add an extra star when other things are just moderately okay. I would go back next time we are in town though!

Staff was very kind, went above and beyond to help me out when I messed up my own order. Tasty coffee, tasty treats, plenty of parking, comfy seating, power, and wifi. But the kind staff is what will encourage me to go out of my way to go there.

Honestly there are some very spiteful people on here. I had an extremely positive experience here. Amanda was so nice, she clearly explained to me the items on the menu, which I will admit were a bit confusing. I ended up getting my usual, a Tasty Turkey with a Turtle Mocha, but I still appreciated her help. I highly recommend this place.

Food prep terrible, nova lox had hardly any cream cheese and it looks like they used the last piece of tomato in the building. When asked to correct it the said ummmmm.... the pushed everything off the bagel made a mess of the cream cheese and just threw threw the ingredients back on. Im glad I dont live in Sarasota, this is the worst Einstein bros Ive ever been too.

Good breakfast bagels and decent coffee. Mixed coffee drinks arent their specialty, but Ive seen them do that occasionally.

The bagels are so fresh. We love on Mondays this location offers a Bakers dozen (13 bagels) for $7. They will slice the bagels for you. There is always a great selection. They give you bags for easy storage. They last over a week.

Best bagels around unless you prefer the chewy kind. Very good coffee too. There is a reason that this place is always busy.

Checked the Web site and didn’t see a menu of different bagels to pick from.We drove a 1/2 hr to the shop to get 2dz bagels & cream cheese.Found the door locked and a worker inside the door..He ignored our presence outside in the rain.We walked back to the car and Won’t Ever go back.Must be nice to not want or need the business.....

Judy is a lovely, kind, hard working and smart manager. She has a nice staff. I dont know the new staff yet. The new remodel is very nice. I miss pouring my own coffee. I miss the sides that came with my sandwich. Havent seen a pickle yet either. Judy will work out the kinks and bring her warm spirit back into the place. I think that 9 pm is nonsense. Especially on Sunday. Three cheers to giving Judy the beautiful state of the art restaurant that she deserves.

A wonderfully placed, convenient coffee and bagel shop. It is a bit pricey for just coffee and bagels. The staff is decently friendly and attentive to needs and requests.

Its nice to see new faces but not when those new faces are always changing. There is a problem if you cant keep employees. Why get rid of the ones that clean and keep the place running smoothly but keep the same old ones that dont even smile? My mother makes me grab those boxed bagels on Monday and its always a drag. The lines are long and your always running out of bagels.

It’s very unfortunate that I have to write a negative review about this restaurant. I’ve been coming here for years simply because I really do love their cheeese bagels however the service sucks. There is quite a few employees who have been there for years that are very rude. They are never pleasant, they are never smiling, they’re always in a nasty mood. The first couple of times that I noticed this I thought maybe they were having a bad day however it’s every time I go there they’re always like that and it’s like if you know that you have that nasty of a personality maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service and this is coming from somebody who has managed quite a few restaurants in my life. Also lately the restaurant is always very dirty, and the past five or six times that I’ve been there they have managed to screw up my order which is actually very simple all I order is a bagel with cream cheese on both half‘s of the bagel and hummus on both half’s of the bagel and inevitably every time I get handed a bagel that only has cream cheese on half of it why would I want to eat half of a bagel that doesn’t have cream cheese on it especially when I specifically requested for both sides to have cream cheese...The first time I ever order there and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and hummus and they gave it to me and it only had cream cheese on one side I realized at that point that you have to physically request for them to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel and even then they get a nasty attitude when you asked them to do it it’s like you’re asking them to do something extremely difficult. And just to throw this out there, in my experience it’s not the cashiers who have a nasty attitude the cashiers always seem to be very cheerful and helpful it’s the people in the back that are making the food that always seem to have a nasty attitude.

I saw some good reviews on this place, which triggered high hopes... I would say that if you are looking for a bagel this might be the spot for you. If you are looking for a good coffee spot look somewhere else. Coffee was on a self serve heater which made the brew taste very burnt. Also the sitting area was a mess with bagel crumbs all over the floor, chairs and tables. Even though I was one of two other people there. I guess my expectations were too high.

Good bagels, good food. Counter people can get easyialy confused. Check your order before leaving store.

What happened to this place? Used to have an office upstairs and went all the time. The people who worked here were amazing!! Todays staff seemed to be hating life, everything was dirty, and the coffee was like water. Bagels were still good though.

I absolutely adore this place! The employees are all so nice, its always so clean, wide menu with great prices, and the food and coffee is AMAZING. I drive here from Ellenton all the time. I would do it multiple times a day every day if I could.

I really enjoyed the old Einsteins but with the new merger of Caribou it has eliminated some of the products, slowed the line down, and reduced the space the dine. The previous management was spot on with a very smooth process to get you in and fed. Too bad we cant get back the old coffee bar they used to have...

When they say smear of cream cheese they weren’t kidding, so little you could barely see it. Asked for extra and they wanted to charge me $1.70. Had I asked for cream cheese on the side probably would have gotten more than a half teaspoon. Terrible.

Unprofessional management, don’t work for this company. Don’t waste your money on their over priced products. They pick favorites with their employees. Managers should act like managers and not be trying to hook up with other employees. They talk badly about customers behind the scenes and aren’t hygienic with your food. The milks aren’t changed out during the day until they run out, they sit in that one spot with the sun beaming down on them until they run out which then they just refill and don’t rinse out. The coffee is old and is supposed to be switched every 30 minutes, but they don’t do that and all the coffee to sit all day long until it burns to the bottom and they make more coffee without soaking or washing the burnt coffee out. This is coming from an Ex-Employee who left for a better opportunity else where.

Food and Drink are fine. Service is AWFUL!Retuned to this place to a repeat. Had to wipe down my own table again! There were only 3 other customers in the place. Only had iced tea.

Oh my! They need to do a much better job cleaning. Floors, tables, underneath counters, and windows really dirty. Doesn’t make for a good eating experience.

I dont know what these other people are talking about when they say this place went downhill. Sure there were renovations and other changes, but the bagels are the same. Ive always loved their bagels and iced coffee. Ive never had a serious issue here, and the issues ive had were easily solved and with no further issues. Ive been coming here since I was a little kid, and its always been busy in the morning and afternoon, so dont expect to get in and out quickly during those times. Big lines form, and bagels run out. I love this place and will continue to come in as often as i can

Ok, but not crusty enough, which, to me, makes or breaks a bagel. Lox and eggs, on 41 in Sarasota is still the best.Dont even think about Einsteins, in Sarasota, doughy, brown, and undercooked.

Ive been a regular here for 4 years (early breakfast and coffee). If you are looking for a good bagel with nova, this is the place. Not H&H Bagels in NYC, but head and shoulders above the alternatives. Value is very good (again, compared to the competition).Also, the hours! What other place opens at 5:30AM -- thats a real breakfast place. Ive gotten to know the manager and staff...really dont agree with the reviewer that gave 2 stars - he must have been there on a busy holiday... Have not had a service problem there, EVER.FWIW, hope this helps...

Not as good as it used to be, and it never was very good.You can now get the worst bagel in town and the weakest cup of coffee at the same place!Ive come here several times over the years, and Ive always been disappointed.Their bagels are not boiled before baking, so they dont have the same texture as an actual bagel.Caribou coffee is usually very good, but the cup I had this morning was so week as to be undrinkable.If you want a decent bagel, head a mile south on 41 and go to Lox N Egg.
