My car went in for Bodywork and throughout the entire time it was there they constantly kept me updated not only did they call me but I also received text messages once again to keep me updated. Their estimated time frame was very accurate. The biggest thing that stood out to me whats something that most people consider simple not only does my car look amazing but after picking up my car I noticed they did a very thorough cleaning in the car from washing the floor mats to vacuuming the car and even bagging up what trash I might have had on the floor. I can say in all the years of dealing with dealerships or mechanical or auto body work in the past Ive never had any business go the extra mile like Signature Collision has. My mother-in-law will be getting her body work done on her car then I would recommend anybody and everybody who ever need service like this to go to Signature Collision

If you dont want your vehicle for more than 2 months then you can give to this place...If I had a rating that is less than 1, I would gladly give that to them..Worst customer service as well..even after keeping the vehicle for 2 months due to their fault nothing was done to satisfy the customer

Efficient, friendly and professional claims process. Large, clean facility. Ended up not having repairs made here for a minor paint scuff/claim. Opted for a check, so I cant review their body work.

They repaired not only the damage, but took time to buff out scratches from a kayak de-roofing incident and also fixed a different car from a different shops error at no charge. Their work was great and we liked the people, service and you wont go wrong using them.

First off these guys are awesome! when I read the first couple of reviews I wondered a bit, but after all was said, and done it was clear as day the few bad reviews were the work of the people writing them, and note the shop. I would tell all I see with collision needs about this awesome place.

They did an excellent job on my Toyota. They finished it 1 day before estimated time. They repaired a wheel which was not on the original work order. The Geico insurance adjuster let another employee use her car to take me home when I drop the car off. They have snacks available free. They let me take the old damaged door.

Fast and friendly

Dont take your car here! They tried returning my car with a broken tail light and missing wheel skirt. Geico will try to get you to use them, but take your car to the dealer! One week to repair a simple fender bender.

I would highly recommend not going to this shop for auto body work. Even if you’re using Geico Auto Express. Save yourself the money and headache by taking your vehicle to another shop. No quality control and incompetent workers. Also I never write bad reviews so they really messed up for me to share my negative experience with others.

If you know anything about cars, do not take your car here. I was hesitant at first and wanted to be proved wrong but that definitely wasn’t the case. A shop filled with employees that haphazardly put things back together, insult their customers to their own family, and mess with their customers electronics. Do not come here.

Heard great things about this place from friends, and I certainly was not disappointed. Excellent repairs and supperior customer service.
