We love our wonderful dining table made from an old door, and get so many compliments! Went back for a buffet that we pickled to match. And we just left with a reclaimed door we intend to repurpose for a headboard! (Will add that picture when it’s finished!

We have been looking everywhere for a new dining set. When we saw these chairs in the natural wood we fell in love with them. And best of all, the price was significantly cheaper than all the other places we saw them.We had to order them, but they exceeded our expectations by getting them done sooner than quoted.When we picked them up today, we absolutely loved them.There selection is always changing and they have awesome pieces.

Probably my favorite furniture shop. They have so many quality made reclaimed wood pieces and they constantly replenish and change what is in the warehouse. They have a very loyal following and 2 high end interior designer were in at the same time as we were. I have made the drive to Sarasota to buy items there twice and will be heading back down this week! Love their stuff! Think Pottery Barn. Their wood slab furniture is amazing. They build and finish everything right there - truly an art form. Buy local, buy small business!

We had Decor Direct create a custom sustainable wood slab coffee table for our lanai. We couldnt be happier with the finished product. Not only is it a cool and functional piece of furniture, but its definitely a conversation piece. Anthony was great to work with from beginning to end -- choosing the sustainable slab of wood that would become our table top; choosing the table legs and the stain. The store is fun to wander around - you never know what youll find - we have found a few items that have worked well in our home. To top it off, Lucky, the store dog is always happy to accept some belly rubs.

What an amazing find. After looking at stores like Ashley, and Kane furniture and not being able to find what we thought was a really quality built dining table we started looking online. After seeing Decor Directs add on Craigslist we decided to drive an hour and a half to check it out. Talk about a gem in the rough. Amazing place, amazing people, and yes we bought a table that is absolutely amazing.. We will surely return for other furniture needs.

Totally worth the trip. This store is fantastic. We drove 90 miles to visit this store and were not disappointed. Very unique items for indoors and outdoors. Prepare to be overwhelmed as the store is loaded with artifacts from around the world. The store is like a museum and showroom of international decor with a touch of mystery. We walk through at least five times and always found new stuff. We brought our truck, thank goodness, it was stuffed for the drive home. The store also delivers! What a wonderful experience! Walking into Decor Direct Wholesale Warehouse was like walking into another world. That staff was extremely kind and helpful even though it was a busy Saturday! I love the antique peacock loveseat I bought and they even helped load it into my car. As we were walking out Celeste gave us each a cute pencil to celebrate our first visit. The pencils are handmade out of wood trimmings and sawdust, they don’t waste anything, pretty incredible!

Drove an hour to get here and was told children under 10 are NOT welcomed in the store! We are obviously WITH OUR CHILD AND RESPONSIBLE but they should INFORM the public of this policy BEFORE people make the drive to GIVE THEM BUSINESS. People furnish family homes and are accompanied by their FAMILIES.

Customer service is non existent. I called to inquire about a live edge table yet upon asking questions to make sure my 6 hour round trip would not be waisted i was told that Decor direct may not be the store for me by the sales associate. They did not want to answer any questions or take the time to really help me determine if the 6 hour round trip was a good idea. I was willing to spend 3 k yet once the sales rep told me the store was most likely not a store for me she ignored my texts after many attempts to get another sales person involved or manager to speak to. Seems like the only care about the immediate hot sale and not creating relationships with potential clients for upcoming sales. I am in sales and would never ignore clients or tell them that our store is not for them due to asking to many questions. Very Sad!

If you are looking for for that stunning accent piece (or pieces) you will find it here. The warehouse is near SS-Bradenton Airport, filled with goodies, and has a friendly, helpful staff. Excellent service with knowledge of the inventory. Friendly staff and very helpful. We were able to get next-day delivery of our three, large pieces. Wes and Charlie took extra care to ensure our items were safely and carefully installed in our home in Venice.

The furniture is interesting enough, but the rules are obnoxious and inconvenient. Nobody under 18 allowed inside for some reason. So I had to wait in the car with the kids while my wife looked around. She couldn’t even send me pictures of furniture she liked because the have no photography signs everywhere. There were pieces we wanted to buy, but ended up leaving instead because if the hassle it would have been juggling back and forth between the kids and the store. Prices are also very high compared to similar furniture elsewhere.

Great Mothers Day experience! Anthony and Celeste were great hosts. Anthony showed us many options for a table piece and discussed the processes it takes to get to a finished product. We purchased a beautiful, raw wood teak dining table. It is awesome! Service was great from beginning through delivery. The nice lady at the front helped us select the perfect table from their huge warehouse of every possible wooden treasure imaginable. Really, you must go see this place! They were also able to change out the table legs to another design we liked better. Delivery came in about 10 days and took about 5 minutes. Highly recommend them! Even if you arent purchasing right now, its just a really neat place to browse around.

I honestly dont understand all the bad reviews... Drove here from Orlando (2 hours) and this place was fantastic. The prices are actually very good compared to antique stores. I talked to three different employees including the owner I believe, and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide range of products from Americana to Southeast Asian. They have some products Ive never seen before.I wouldve taken and posted more pictures but youre not allowed to take photos inside the warehouse, which I can totally understand. And for those people complaining about the no child rule, I agree with that 100%. There are a lot of items that could be easily knocked over or scratched up by them.

This was a fantastic place. We could have spent the whole day looking at all the beautiful things. The workmanship was just amazing.

This place has nothing but old junk. And we did not even make it through the door and a man stopped us with our 15 and 16 year old children and told us we could not come in because you have to show if that you are 18 years old to enter. What are they scars anyone under the age of 18 might break one of there rotten items they have for sale. We drove an hour and a half to get there what a waste of space. Do not waste your time.

After a few visits to DECOR DIRECT WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE, seeing some great live edge products, I decided to incorporate one in my next project. A tall 12 high accent wall.I drew up my plans with measurements and worked with Celeste and Anthony on a 4 thick, 8 1/2 long live edge slab of wood. There was some confusion on the width. But no problem, I could easily custom cut it to the install size.My original plan as a long shelf, was to take advantage of the deep gouge in the wood knot by pouring a beautiful blue epoxy. Then fully coat the entire shelf in a thick, clear 2 part epoxy. Its a great designer effect that draws attention.While preparing a full length 4 cut for the proper width of the shelf, we flip the heavy slab and discovered an incredible wood grain on the other side. Our plan just changed. This would now be the top surface. There was no way we could hide that beautiful hardwood grain on this living edge slab. The knot with the gouge will now be on the bottom.No waste here. The 4 x 8.5 cut was used as heavy duty shelf bracing on the installation. After sanding, the shelf surface received a latex stain to highlight the beautiful dark grain. The next several days were used to pour 4 clear coats of the 2 part epoxy. The results were excellent with a thick, clear bar top coating. The slab took 4 men to set in place.We installed multi-color stacked rock in the full arch wall cut out. Finally placing the huge 4K flat panel TV on an articulating wall bracket. With the down fired can lights, the dimmable LEDs help the showcase the stacked rock and beautiful wood live edge shelf.Thanks to DECOR DIRECT WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE, this project turned out great. Weve had several compliments from neighbors and friends. Several are waiting for the COVID-19 lock down to end so they can visit DECOR DIRECT.If you havent visited DECOR DIRECT WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE, put it on your list. Amazing one of a kinds and every special touch you wish you added to your home -- all lined up in a warehouse! We have been stopping in and picking up things here & there over the past 5 years at Decor Direct. Celeste, Anthony and their staff are helpful and although theyre always really busy (the secret has caught on!) they make you feel completely unrushed and meticuously help you plan your design. Our most recent purchase we made this past March is my all-time favorite. We selected a very special console table to put at our front door that is made from Semae trees and Anthony had it cut and trimmed perfectly to fit the space. Our house value has probably increased with this gorgeous addition. Please stop in and see all the very special decor items they offer, its like a trip to the toy store!

We bought a gorgeous reclaimed wood 8 person dining room set with china cabinet, and, 5 barstools. The quality is really good and the price is good for such high quality, fashionable furniture. Prices are a little higher than discount furniture stores but you are getting solid wood and not some lab engineered, hollow, p.o.s furniture. And, still way less than equally good furniture from a chain. Last, we were provided with excellent customer service. Wonderful store. Beautiful furniture and decor! Thanks, guys!

This place is AMAZING! Great stuff and great prices. You get what you pay for so don’t pay attention to the reviews that the staff is rude. For the best experience, you should make an appointment or be patient with the staff. Also, who cares about the warehouse rules of 18 or older... it is their rule. Live with it or don’t go in. No need to bash someone on their boundaries!Anyway, I have been here multiple time and Anthony is awesome! Both times he took the time to show me around the place to find exactly what I was looking for. I bought a table and some slabs to make benches and coffee tables. We have had the pleasure of buying beautiful furnishings from Decor Direct for over 20 years going back to when they were on 12th street. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. They have GREAT prices on their inventory that you will not find anywhere else period. We purchased this beautiful Mandala 8 years ago and had it made into our bedroom entry double doors, it looks totally awesome. Thank you Decor Direct !!!!

Our table is a unique piece of art, a conversation starter, and it was the best price we found in North America.We wanted our table to have very specific characteristics. Anthony spent hours with us, patiently going over our options. If your taste is natural woods, antiques Asian, and so much more, along with custom works, you are in heaven. We are so pleased with our piece, we are looking forward to going back and finding something else to go with it. We had a slab table, but the buyers of our home had to have. Just ordered a a new one for the new house. Still have a few pieces but adding more. New stuff comes in, you need to go every so often and follow them on Facebook to stay up with an ever changing supply. These wood pieces are works of are you can use. Great staff and selection. As a young couple starting out in our new home, we were excited to spend the money we had saved to decorate our new home! We went to Direct Decor last July and brought a wood table that cost us $1,000. Not even owning the table for a year and had been only using the table for show, it now has a huge crack down the center (as seen in the photos below). We called them and they told us that they would come pick it up and return it once it is done being serviced but there would be a charge for everything (we live in North Port). They wouldnt even let us return it for store credit it or allow us to get something else or even offer to fix it for free. Instead, we were told that they cant please everyone. We spent most of our savings at this place on their cheaply made furniture. I am beyond disappointed and appalled by there poor customer service skills. My father knows a lot about different kinds of wood and we should of known better.This review is more of a warning for people so they are aware of what they are dealing with prior to even thinking about spending there money here. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!

First time in the store today, found a steampunk style table I used as a desk for my office, also got a couple chairs and a trunk, and a picture, staff was friendly, and welcoming, will deffinetly be back.

What a great shopping experience. We were greeted by Celeste with a warm smile (on a 95 degree day) and bottles of cold water. We were looking for a unique piece to hang, and she knew exactly what we wanted. Her input for how to display the reclaimed wood was spot-on. We also enjoyed the company of our four-legged personal shopper, Lucky, who didn’t pressure us to make a quick decision. We enjoyed meeting Celeste and Ian and learning about them (rumor has it Ian makes a mean cheesecake). Their pieces are unique and high-quality. We’ll definitely be back.

We had our 1st visit at Decor Direct this past Sunday and it was an amazing visit! So many cool items to look at and an abundance of live wood pieces to make anything your heart desires! The most impressive part was the customer service from Anthony! He walked us through on how to pick our special piece of live wood to make a dinning room table out of. He walked us through the process and the workshop to show us different styles and stains. I can’t wait to see the final product of your new table!

Decor Direct is a gem of a place. I am so glad I found this place. I drove 133 miles and it was worth it. The staff is nice, and I like the fact the fact they give you all the time you need to view their pieces without bothering you. The wood work is beautiful, and the decor is gorgeous. If you like decor, antiques, unique pieces and wood Decor Direct is the place for you. Cant wait to revisit.

Lots of really awesome stuff, mostly one of a kind furniture pieces, antique pieces, and decor for interior and outside. Prices are average. Housed in a warehouse, so dress for outside temperature.
