We salute Ken and his great staff for their expertise in handling our estate sale. It was a large and complex sale. The planning took a lot of time as did the sorting and set up. We were very happy to have Ken and his staff -.everyone was so professional, friendly and talented. The results were spectacular - beyond our expectations. Highly recommend Ken and his team!

PLEASE READ! I attended an estate sale 8-27-2021 that was being operated by antiques & Chatchkes. I found an item I really liked, looked it over thoroughly and even spent time looking it up on my phone. At that point, I over heard a worker asking a couple sitting down if they were sure they did not want that item. I decided to purchase item and was walking toward their cash register and that same worker came up to me, removed item from my hands and placed a sold sticker on it. He stated that those people had that item saved. (Yes the same ones he was talking too) What a shady company this is. Their own rules say to keep item with you or remove tag. Neither was done. Also I heard the worker asking them are they sure they don’t want the item.( at that time I was unaware he was talking to them about item I was looking at). I believe (Ken) owner/another worker there approached me and asked what was happening. I told him exactly what happened. Ken said he would go talk to that couple and see if I could have the item, which they said no. Ken, you should have went and got item and gave it to me, this would have made it right. How do you think by asking them was a correct option after what the worker/your worker did to me? I decided to leave and I was approached by another customer outside that told me he saw those people put that item down and said the lady stated she did not want it. For the life of me I can’t understand anybody hiring this company, or any other company to run an estate sale that has a store front of their own. If you hire a company to run an estate sale for you their only interest should be “your estate sale” and not the antiques, jewelry, sterling etc in their own store front. There really should be a disclaimer about that. By the way you only got one star because it wouldn’t let me give you zero stars.

Very nice atmosphere and service! Extremely impressed with the prices as well as the organization. It isn’t huge but it has a fantastic selection of beautiful items. I highly recommend stopping in here!

Rude owner. Disrespectful and arrogant right off the bat, then doubled down with misinformation in an attempt to scam me out of a valuable item. Youre better off going to any shady pawn shop. They, at least, can act professionally. Never go here.-edit to add, yes, it was your store.

Back in 2013 to 2014 I lived in Sarasota, Fl. and was introduced to Ken and his staff by Judy Forke, Ken and his staff are some of the nicest and considerate people I have ever had the honor to meet and, on occasion, had the pleasure to work with, Ken is the most generous, understanding, friendly, respectful and honest person Ive ever met in all my travels. I have been blessed deep in my heart and soul to have met such wonderful and caring people and wish I was there now just so I could pop in from time to time just to see everyone, I miss everyone so much because Ken and his staff are like family to me, thank you for everything Ken and I hope you see this and it makes you smile. We first met the owners at an estate sale, which they also do. It was a great sale with very fair prices. I had an adjustment that needed to be made to an item I purchased and they were wonderful to deal with. So kind and empathetic. We went in to the store which was like a treasure chest. They have a great reputation in the area and are highly regarded and extremely trustworthy.

Probably some of the friendliest owners. Very warm and welcoming place. Lots of very cool and one-of-a-kind retro and mid-century furniture and pieces for your home. A perfect selection of everything here from furniture to glassware to art. Prices are a bit on the higher-end but I didnt try to negotiate. Would definitely stop by as the place can be an art exhibition.

I very much recommend there service, I hired them to handle my parents estate sale liquidation. I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge they had in their work. Ken was great and very informative in knowing exactly what everything was worth. He got us a great check by the end of the sale, we were not expecting that at all. Antique & Chatchkes estate liquidators handled my family estate sale in a great way that I would never imagined. Very clean and organized professional company, specially that my family had lots of estate Jewelry and silver that ken manage to sell in our estate sale. My wife happened into Antiques & Chatchkes a couple of days ago largely by accident. She was so impressed with Ken and the large collection of arts and crafts and mid-century modern furniture, that she came home to drag me back over. I now completely understand her enthusiasm. The quality of the pieces was superb, and we took home several chairs, tables, lamps and a desk (we did leave more behind!). Eileen really knows her pieces and helped guide us to the start of a nice collection (and great furniture to use everyday).So much more to see, well be back!

Great staff with knowledge about what theyre selling. I always find interesting things to view and purchase whenever I go there. They also hold Estate Sales and those are always a bargain with a lot of bargains to find. So glad Ive discovered this gem in Sarasota

When I passed this place, The Vitrines drop my attention to come in and check out the store, and I am glad I did that, the store is beautifully displayed you can locate and see everything clearly not packed like most antiques stores, you can find Lots of High-end antiques and arts and even though jewelry which I ended up buying a lovely Gold Necklace and Diamond ring, the store owner offered me a very good deal on them.I very recommend this place.

Went to their shop and i was so disappointed. I expected there to be alot more things to pick from and buy. There was very little stuff to decorate with, and all big furniture pieces. And very pricey. But the owners did greet you which i think is super important.

Ken the owner is awesome, He was the prime contact for my grandmothers estate sale. Very prompt, very courteous and super compassionate during this stressful time. I highly reccomend antiques and chatchkes as a retail store and estate sale.
