I have had the pleasure of knowing Mathy Machine for well over 30 years. They used to be a vendor for me for decades and now I have been their Quality Manager going on 9 months now. They exude professionalism and have top notch management as well as extremely skilled operators. Jay Mathy (Owner), Paul Carpenter (GM) and Bryan Mathy (Manufacturing Engineer) are outstanding individuals who are incredibly knowledgeable at what they do. The work atmosphere is impeccable as well as the great benefits and the awesome 9/80 work schedule. Do not listen to the only other review that is listed here. It sounds like that guy who wrote the review was sucking on sour grapes. Mathy Machine is a great place to work.

Jay is a great client and is very fair minded and loyal to those who do him right. Ive been working for Jay for over 10 years and hes always a pleasure to work for.This week well be painting the outside of his shop for the second time, time for a modern look. Thanks Jay!!

I was an employee at this place when I was 20 years old. It was a good job I was engaged to be married. Then Jay brought in all these new people to run the place and I was forced out. Im 55 now and havent had a job as good as working for Jay mathy not bill Heath or Paul carpenter. These two guys are the worst of the worst to work for. I mean the worst. Jay is a great guy he just dont know what went on on his shop
