I worked with Tom last night on purchasing two twin mattresses. I am moving to TX and wanted to do some pricing and research on new guest room mattresses. I walked into the Santee mattress firm wanting to purchase the bed. The sales associates name was Wesley he was very efficient and he was fast he treated us with the upmost respect made the transaction very easy so I really really appreciate him he’s a great employee and I wouldn’t have recommended mattress firm to anyone with the last experience I had at the one in El Cajon but I decided to give this one a shot and I’m really glad I did thank you. I just recently had a major surgery and I really appreciated his concern and quality of care he gave to us very professional very easy great and trying again.I called back the next day to change my delivery and asked if I could get Help to bring the mattresses into my home and took like 10 minutes the guy was very nice and everything was perfect and today

The salesman (Brian, I believe) was very friendly and helpful toward my mother. He helped her pick out a good mattress in her price range and made recommendations without coming across as pushy or trying to unnecessarily upsell her. She loves her new mattress, she says shes sleeping better than she has in years, and the adjustable base works fantastic! They delivered and set up the base and mattress and hauled her old mattress and box spring away in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with this purchase.

Im not the biggest fan of this company. The first store I went out had a terrible experience, this one was better but its clear all the sales people follow the same tactics. They arent pushy or outright lie, but they word things in a way to get you to agree to things without being explicit. For example do you want to see financing options means they are signing you up for a credit card. Is this price ok means they are processing the order. I both got a credit card and purchased a mattress without realizing it until after the fact. On both accounts I did want the card and mattress but left with the feeling of the sales force being very underhanded. If you use them make sure to ask a lot of questions and slow the processes down, and ask what they are doing before they do it. I needed a mattress and I think I got a good one, but if I were to do it again I would avoid them.

These guys (Brion M. in particular) really take it to the next level when it comes to price, availability, and customer service. He took his time to ensure we purchased the best mattress to fit our needs. They beat everyone else by a sizeable margin, had the mattress literally made for me, and had it delivered quicker than even they thought possible. The delivery guys managed the impossible, moving a king size mattress into my second floor bedroom, took away the old mattress and set up the adjustable base. The dude not only has an incredible sense of style and a sock game that is unmatched in retail, but he helped me through the whole process. Dont waste 1 second and this low end mattress place. Their cheapest mattress was well over $1000 and felt like a bounce house. The sales rep was far too busy with her computer to help us. I bothered her with my question and after the crappy short answer I received, we left.
