Tried to get there attention over and over but they just kept talking amongst themselves. And then when asked what type of Balloon I wanted I paid and they said it would be 15 minutes. While waiting they forgot what balloon I ordered and I had to go and remind them. Ridiculous. Do better. Im sorry but when you have customers you should not be all huddled gossiping.

I know its less then a week till Halloween, and if you dont know what you want to be, then they have ideas

Nice store. Organized. Clean. Staff are friendly. However, I’ve been there 3 times in the past month (for at least 15 minutes each time) and not once has a single employee asked me if I needed anything, which I have every single time. I walked around the entire store multiple times and there wasn’t a single available associate to assist me in getting something from up high. Side note: I work in retail and this environment would be highly unacceptable (at least in the retail brand I work for).

Nice size store with a good stock of items for a variety of party needs. Prices are average overall. Can easily be a one stop shop for everything you need if you dont have a lot of time to spend and no need for comparison shopping. Helpful staff.

Awesome, I love the holiday season kicking off with Halloween ending with New Years or you can even extend it through Valentines Day party City has what you need when you want it! Its always fun to go there to see whats new whats trending. So many colors and selections for any occasion. I am putting together a prom party for my wife. Everything I needed was all located at the Santee location. This store was further than others but the online inventory, let me know they had all my items from my cart.

Prices are so so but you definitely will find everything you need here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Once we were looking for an octopus balloon for our sons birthday and although they didnt have one, one of the employees informed us of where we might find one and if all else failed how we could make one ourselves. Very helpful.

I needed white gloves and they had them. They have a gigantic selection of color-coded costume pieces and accessories. Huge selection of party ware too! If you need something for a costume or for your bash, this is the place to go.

I love Party City, I just wish I could afford it. I got my wedding invitation done there around 5years ago.

All staff is always helpful, I usually come with my small children (6 & 11 years old) and even getting the restroom unlocked timely is something to brag about.Because of the high volume at this location, sometimes its best to call and confirm certain numbers/letters in a specific color is available before coming.

VERY UPSET CUSTOMER- not likely to return here ever again.My husband and I had our gender reveal last week for our first child. It was so special to us and we had no idea what the gender was so we wanted to do something cute and special to reveal it in front of our family and friends. We placed an order for a piñata- gender reveal style- and gave the employees a sealed enevelole with the gender inside so they would know what color to fill it with. Our wishes were made very clear and they seemed to understand what to do. Again, WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE GENDER OF OUR BABY WAS. My husband went after work to pick it up and bring it over to the party. Well when he got there the colored confetti was still on top of the piñata and the employee helping him made the gender known to him- ruining the surprise and ruining the party we put together. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but to us it was very upsetting. My husband is in the military and will not be here for the baby shower nor the birth of our baby. This is why this event was so special to us and the moment was taken from us due to poor customer service and lack of care. One of the only special moments we could share together about our unborn baby was taken from us. So thank you party city for ruining a milestone and precious moment for me and my family.

We do not dislike Party City. We are not shoppers that just into to a store to look around. If we have a need I am sure we will go there.
