Cosme was very knowable and professional. He helped my girlfriend with getting her brakes fixed and getting a rental vehicle in no time at all. She was starting a new job and made sure everything was super efficient. I will definitely be back he made the experience a lot better. Outstanding service from him hands down.

Had been shopping around for quiet a while for a TLX, but a most dealers didnt have the package or color I was looking for. I stopped by this new dealer to give it a shot and I was just in luck! Jonathan was my sales representative, we took it for a test drive and I automatically fell in love with the car! They made the whole buying experience pretty easy and convenient, great buy :)

The worst customer service ever.The sales person was Sergio,this guy has no idea about basic customer service,I waited 4 hours for basic service never apologize or was aware of me seating or walking around the shop,when advising about future services I made a comment about my battery if it was under warranty why I would pay for it right away He started arguing with me which from customer perspective it was disrespectful also mentioned that battery did not cost $4.00 I felt mistreated and not expect to comeback here after 10 years when I bought my TSX Finally Claudia patiently listened to me and encouraged me speak with Manager department probably I will but I dont expect anything to be done.

I decided to stop here and take a look given its a new dealership. I took a few of their cars for a test drive and fell in love with the TLX! I ended up buying the car that day and got the VIP package with it! So far no problems and I love the way it drives. They were really easy going and made the whole buying process a lot easier, thanks guys

I just bought my Acura from this dealer and happy to say I have no complaints. When I arrived to the dealer I was greeted by a salesman named Mike. He was really friendly and knowledgable about all the cars, we took it for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with the car! Whats great about the dealer too is that with the purchase of the car comes a VIP package that gives you unlimited oil changes, car washes and loaner cars!

Sales person, manager Martin M. should improve their customer service skills because it was bellow average I would say its horrible. I believe any street store has much more communications skills that this two together not sure how they are selling cars.Not recommended this dealership at all.Stopped by the Rusnak dealership and got Acura for the good price with excellent customer service.

The facility is very small but then again it is Santa Monica everything is.My car died 5 times on my way home from work in Redondo. There was no way I was going to make it to Santa Clarita. I managed to get make it to their dealership. The car kept dying on me. There technicians checked it out and resolved the matter in 1 day. It needed new battery cables and an alternator. I would highly recommend this dealership for their technicians knowledge alone. I am in the market for a new car soon and will definitely check them out first for my next Acura.

I LOVED my experience at SM Acura. Mike M. is such a nice, no pressure salesman that I came back and leased a 2015 Acura TLX after my 2013 TL lease was up. Robert is my service guy and I never have to worry if my car is well cared for at SM Acura. I highly recommend Acura cars as well as this dealership.

This is a new dealership that recently opened. I stopped by to check out some of their inventory, test drove a few cars. My salesman, Mike was super friendly and knowledgable on all the cars, he answered all my questions thoroughly, went over all the numbers with us and gave us the break down. I ended up buying the car that day and also got the VIP package that gave me lifetime car washes and oil changes for the life of the car! Definitely will save me a lot of money on maintenance annually! Great buy :)

My wife and I recently had another baby so we needed to switch over to a SUV. We stopped into this dealership and were blown away by the prices and packages they offered us. Mike was great. Very welcoming and super organized when we began the process of purchase. We decided to go with a 2016 Acura RDX AWD with the technology package. Beautiful leather seats, 30 miles to the gallon, and a lot of space for our new baby. Really recommend this place. My wife and I are very happy! Thanks to Mike and the crew.

This is my favorite Acura Dealer. I purchased my car and used to get it serviced at the Acura of Glendale Dealer, but slowly they started to treat me so horribly. I decided enough was enough and started searching for another Acura dealer. I called around to get price comparisons for oil change and brake services. Santa Monica Acrua had the best prices and they were REALLY professional on the phone. I went in and saw David. Ive gone to him twice to help service my car and hes probably been the most honest and professional dealership associate Ive ever worked with in the 15 years Ive been driving. I needed to get my brakes done, but was skeptical if they really needed to be done since Ive been so traumatized by other dealerships. He told me hed have the mechanics take out the brake pads, so he could show them to me before I made a decision.David comes into the waiting area with my old break pads and new ones to help me see the comparison. Thank god he did that because my pads were completely gone and now I know what break pads look like when they need to be changed. It was great to be educated in the process. I highly recommend coming in to see David.Also the waiting room is pretty top notch and the internet works so well. I had to go in on a work day, but was able to sit there for 3 hours and work away while my car was being fixed. It was so comfortable in there, when my car was ready, I still worked for about 15 minutes to finish up what I was doing. The staff behind the counter seemed really professional as well.

I recently purchased a White Certified 2015 Acura TLX at the Acura dealership in Santa Monica on July 3, 2016. I had the worst customer service experience. The girl who sold me the car informed me she had only been working there a week and knew nothing about the car and during the test drive she told me well, we are probably going to get lost. I drove over 2 hours to come and see the car I purchased. Had I had any other option at another dealership I would have gone elsewhere in a heartbeat. What really upset me, is after purchasing the car, I was left with the new cars gas tank on E. When I asked the sales girl if it would be filled up (a courtesy that every dealership I have ever dealt with has done), she quickly responded Nope, you did not purchase a new car, yours is used so I dont have to fill it up. Also, most dealers tend to do a little detailing before they send the customer off in the new vehicle. This one came to me dirty! Nobody bothered so sit down and show me how all the technology worked in this car. So I had to frantically find a gas station, fill up my new car and clean the windshield just to make it home. I will not be recommending any HOOMAN dealership to anyone I know. Apparently spending 30k makes me less than because I purchased a used car. I didnt realize the hierarchy in customers. Only people who purchase brand new vehicles get special treatment.

Horrible experience with them. My Accura had some issues with the battery and roadside assistance needed to be called to jump start the car. I called them to see if we could get them to diagnose my car because they are the closest dealership to where I live. The service adviser pulled up my information and first told me he could help me tomorrow but later said that his supervisor said that I should go to the Torrance Accura (21 miles from where I live) because they saw my car last??? When I objected because of the location, they told me that that they were busy and did not have time to look at my car until next week (why didnt they tell me that to begin with? I dont know?). When I spoke to the manager about this first he said that there was a misunderstanding because of the phone connection and when I told him that the advisor had my information up, he changed his story and told me that, everyone makes mistakes in a rude voice. Rather than have a conversation with me or answer my questions, he began to accuse me of being rude. It is obvious from this experience that all they care about are cars coming in to get major or minor service and they dont seem interested in dealing with safety issues that may arise in any Accura cars. They probably are going to respond to this review with some statement trying to shift the blame which should alert people as to the type of people you may be dealing with if you come here. Take your business elsewhere folks.

Hooman Automotive is the worst customer experience I have ever been a part of. The Finance Representative Tony Tate of Hooman Nissan blatantly lied to me regarding my payment without add-ons of Gap Insurance Policy, Anti-theft device and Vehicle Service Contract to make them appear more attractive by making them seem less costly they were. Then strong arm tactics were directed to me when trying to cancel these policies from Multiple finance agents including Tony Tate as well as Ariel Ortiz such tactics included refusal to provide a written cancellation notice of the cancelled add-ons, which I then had to cancel with Zurich North America directly. Lastly they have blatantly violated the law by not transferring title to me on a car I have owned for 35 days (CA law requires this occur in 10 days). I am in the process of contacting my District Attorney, the CA Attorney General, CA DMV investigative office, the finance company that financed my note, my State Representatives, Federal Representatives, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, The Better Business Bureau, and the Long Beach Police Department. Stay away from this family of dealerships at all costs. Should they have wronged you as well; I believe the list of agencies above will be very useful in putting their deceptive and unlawful practices to a stop. Do not go near the Hooman group of Companies They are A Den of Snakes on A Plane YO.

I purchased a 2014 MDX with Technology package through Hooman Acura. I only live a few blocks away from another Acura dealer, and after visiting with them, I just didnt feel that they were willing to work with me, but rather just wanted another sale to add to their books. Thats when I decided to go to Hoomans Website to inquire about their inventory of 2015 MDXs. I promptly received a response via email from Ryan. He and I exchanged several email messages and telephone calls before I finally made it out to Anaheim to seal the deal.To me, Its hard to go into the whole car buying process without feeling like youre being swindled in one way or another, so before I decided on the 2015 MDX, I did extensive research to know exactly what I wanted and needed in the vehicle. The entire time I was communicating with Ryan, not once did he make me feel like I was just a sale. Bruce listened to me and absolutely delivered. He made the whole process easy and hassle-free. The car was ready for me as promised and everything was done with courtesy--upfront and honestly. To top it all off, I was ready to purchase with financing from my own credit union with what I thought was an amazing interest rate. To my absolute surprise, Financing team was able to find an even lower interest rate for me. Score!I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Hooman Acura to anyone looking for an Acura!

I chatted with this dealership and got Sylvia on the other end. Sylvia beat the other deals by $1700, and gave me a lease deal even better than what was advertised online on Acuras website. I guess it helps if youre the highest volume sales in California, must get some sort of dealership incentives or something.Anyhow, Sylvia was super cool, even picked me up at the Carmax (sold my wifes car to Carmax, nobody can touch their used car appraisals) and we did the signing and vehicle overview as soon as we got back to Acura. I told Sylvia the car was for my wife, so guess what, she sent her a little gift in the mail a few days later saying congratulations on being a part of the Acura family. Sylvia even gave me her personal cell number and asked to be called first if I had any questions or problems with the MDX or its computer setup, even suggested we FaceTime to trouble shoot the electronic stuff! I wont need to, cause Sylvia set up everything for me Driver 2 before I left the dealership, and its pretty simple anyway. Ended up driving off about 8pm on Halloween and drove thru the worst freaking rain storm I have ever been in, got home at 1:30a, was relieved I had SH-AWD! Thanks Sylvia.

Out of all the dealerships I have been to this was the least professional service manager beats around the bush too much hes not straight forward tells you everything is covered does not provide follow ups does not return your call then when you pick up your car he has someone else tell you that the certain part you took it in for in the first place was not covered then ends up giving you the wrong diagnostic then does not apologize when you confront him about it very unprofessional dont trust this dealership.
