The drop-off lane (2) has been closed for over a year, so you have to wait in same line, to drop off prescriptions for filling!! Seriously, plan on being her for an average of 30 minutes just to drop off a script from your vehicle. Youd think RiteAid corporate would want people utilizing lane 2 during a pandemic, rather than everyone using the same window for covid-19 nasal swab tests and prescriptions. Lastly, this one-lane solution causes traffic to back-up, from an incoming left-hand turn lane on a busy city street (unrelated to current situation, but it is a very busy area, a teenager was killed at the corresponding intersection in a motorist vs. pedestrian incident). UPDATED to add: my spouse has begun going to a different RiteAid in Santa Maria (no drive-up service) and we are very happy with the other pharmacy.
Pharmacy is literally the worse and not helpful at all, my covid test has taken 12 days, no results? And they told me “oh well I’m not sure what to tell you”. I understand it’s not under them but Walgreens gave me my results in 2 days..
This is my first time coming to the pharmacy. I am currently waiting to be helped, mind you am the only one waiting in line. There has been two employees passed by and ignoring me. They don’t even have the Courage to say will be right with you I been standing in this line for 10 min. This is by far the worse experience.
Needed my pain meds store was to open at 8am they didnt open until 8:10. When Rite Aid say they open at 8am the doors and drive thru should be open very disappointed. Customer service through Dirve thru is non existent.
5/29/19 I usually don’t right reviews, because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this is not the first or second time this occurs in this Ride Aid. The ice cream area is closed. We asked an older man bold with a mustache the reason it was closed and his answer was they were working on the pluming what an excuse! Mind you ice cream was still in the cooler area and what does pluming have to do with the ice cream manager really needs to take a look at that.
Pharmacy Review: My doctor called my prescription at 4pm, they told the pharmacy I needed it in an hour, I went to pick it up at 6:30pm on 05/02/2019. It was not ready the short black hair lady behind the counter said it would be ready in 30 min. I asked why if it was sent early, I was just curious not even upset, her response was: we are pretty busy and your DR doesnt work here, he cant be telling you when it will be ready! - Walgreens across the street had it ready in 15min.
The wait in the Pharmacy line is a disgrace. There are plenty of people to take the register, and a line has developed, yet the tellers insist on making small chat. Very unprofessional and I’m considering changing pharmacies for this reason. Rite Aid, wake up!
Great selection and great prices. The staff is always awesome. Quicker than going to the grocery store for some things
Stays open late and they have drive thru
Their ice cream is so good, chocolate malt crunch
Very clean and organized.
Incredible team, incredible place
Would not serve the wife and I ice cream because “The ice cream area is closed”. I would hate to interrupt the cashier since he was busy doing absolutely nothing (deer in the headlights).
I also get my medication here!
Always nice
Just wow...
