Theres secrets when it comes to boiling pork meat in pork fat ...and George uses the traditional methods. I usaually ask for a couple pounds without other delicacies (skin, belly :) couple pounds of really succulent Carnitas. ready for tacos or a torta, comes with really yummy exclusive red salsa.
