The store is super crowded. Kind of scary because of Covid. But has amazing items that are good quality but kind of expensive.
Great place to shop. Good variety. Their wine and dark chocolates are to die for.
We love Whole Foods. The Raspberry Lime Cake is so amazing. We like to get lunch from the warm section, I personally love the teriyaki chicken brown rice bowl. They have great looking fruits and veggies all the time. I also think it’s great that I can scan my Amazon Prime Instore code and get a discount on tons of items.
The lines are long. Its pricey. But the quality of the products is excellence. And the girls who shop there are smoking hot!
Daniel in the meat dept. is the best! Friendly and informative. Great smile and makes shopping a pleasure
I love the store but super busy as usual. And there was little at the hot food bar.
Picked up a Sunday night dinner. Clean and not too crowded. A little hard to find deli options. Silverware is up front; we had to ask to find it. Staff was courteous but obviously wished we hadnt bothered him.Salads we got were tasty. Salmon was good cold. And the portion was generous enough to feed 4.
I came to Whole Foods Market because I picked up some Amazon boxes, which was nice for me to access their lockers. At the same time, I did food shopping.
Excellent staff from registration to housekeeping to restaurant. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our two bedroom Casita was clean and up to date, actually beautiful. My only concern is that there are so many steps which makes someplace like the spa inaccessible as well as terrace dining next to the pond.Overall very nice getaway.
When fruit is in season they don’t have it. I really wish you would order fresh figs because right now is the season. I know that the Montanita co-op has some because I bought some already from them. I would rather get them from you but you choose not to order them. Not to mention your customer service representative in produce was very rude.
Whole Foods is great clean grocery store with such nice stuff to choice from. But there is a Lady who works 2 areas Cheese & Olive bar. Paula Jones, who certainly can recommend the best cheese chioces 👍The Olive bar is always fresh & ready to choose. Thank you for such a great employee with alot of knowledge .
Well stocked, fair prices, open later than other grocery stores near the city center.
This place used to have pretty good selections of vegan ready food, now every time I go thru no longer have it. Not stocked, no tofu, no ready food- all good things come to an end I guess but it was a quick end. Also when you go up to ask about vegan or vegeterrain ready food they say they dont know or simply no. Whare else can I go to get vegan ready food?
One of my favorite Whole Foods. Plenty of parking behind the store. Great selection. I do have one complaint: the employees here generally aren’t very friendly. One of the guys at the meat counter was so rude I almost called a manager, but ultimately I just wanted to get going. There are a number of employees who’ve given me attitude or completely ignored me when I simply said hi. But I have talked to a few friendly people. I imagine good help is hard to find in Santa Fe, though generally I have found people around town to be pretty friendly.
A little crowded this evening, but great produce, great selection and good customer service.
Great fresh lental soup and breads. Plus vegan offerings.
Enjoy shopping here at whole foods. Always have fresh produce great meat selection. Also a wide variety of baked breads and cakes.
Love this Whole Foods. They cut a whole tenderloin into steaks for me that we threw in our cooler for the 2 hour ride home (we’d spent the weekend in Santa Fe). Imagine a painting of fresh fruit and veggies perfectly aligned this place is that picture. Whatever you need Whole Foods has it. And don’t forget if you are an Amazon Prime member show the icon on your phone to get perhaps a discount.
Really !Pass this place up. Overpriced. Little is anything locally sourced in full summer ! Shop local producers at the farmers market tuesdays and Saturdays at the railcars or the Montinita Coop. :)
Produce is fresh. The staff is not very friendly, but they do their job.
I went to sent Amazon package back, staff was knowledgeable and efficient.
Love Whole Foods for healthy organic foods or a snack or ice cream run.
Always consistently great and reliable with healthful options that I can always count on when traveling or home.
Good salad options sushi was mediocre at best
Friendly staff, good selection
Love the Santa Fe Whole Foods! They practice really good social distancing and require masks to enter. The store is well stocked, meat prices are comparable to the local supermarket and quality and taste far exceeds the big supermarkets.
I shop here often, however after today will no longer return. I stood at bakery counter trying to get someones attention for 5 minutes. When she came around she literally asked 5 people who were behind me or on the other side of the counter if she could assist them. After that she still sees me standing there and walks off!!! Very disrespectful!
A place for folks that think they are above the standerts.Punch of stress ok clowns from mostly out of town or they think they are from upper class in town.but they all smell when they use the bathroom💾😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Always a great place for quality meet, produce and more. Santa Fe is no exception.
Poorly stocked during the early parts of the day. Best to arrive at noon
Very good food, but very expensive too. Car park is tight and they put kerbside pickup outside the front entrance, making it even busier, rather than around the back where it wouldnt interfere as much.
I was informed when I tried to buy alcohol that I could not do so without their seeing the i.d. of the person in front of me, whom I was acquainted with (If I were buying booze for minors, probably wouldnt stand in line behind them). When I refused, I was informed that if the cashiers do not do this, they can be fined $2000 and be fired. I was so impressed I will do my best to avoid shopping there in the future.
Good selections. Hot foods mexiocre
Always an enjoyable experience shopping at Whole Foods. It will be nice when the deli bar can be opened again!
The produce here has not been good and the curbside pickup leaves a lot to be desired. They consistently mess up my orders and the produce is inedible. I don’t understand why it has to be this way. I no longer get curbside groceries here. It’s a shame because I cannot go inside the store.
Great store for day to day needs. Some organic foods. Prices on some items better than competitors.
First trip to a Whole Foods in 16 months. It was wonderful! Mask up and enjoy!
Good food, convenient location.
DANGEROUS -BEWARE . they allow customers to shop with NO MASKS .Horrific .UNTIL they have the GUTS to enforce MASKS as Mandated by the State of New Mexico - STAY AWAY from the store ......Incredibly Negligent - Watch for Fines and Shut down Whole Foods -Unless you Comply NOW -fyi >>>> Masks are Required in NEW MEXICO
The Santa Fe store is first class. Great staff, great food. Parking, not so much.
This store is an food lovers dream as far as groceries are concerned, however the vibe there is hit or miss and always odd and with the covid restrictions certainly more so. If the focus is food, check it out. But if being uncomfortable, makes you uncomfortable, get delivery or curbside
Whole Foods has a good selection of foods, but with a name like Whole Foods ALL produce on their shelves should be organic like that of Natural Grocers. There shouldnt have to be a search for the good stuff. The only reason I shop at WF is to buy fish, chicken and ground turkey from the fish and meat counters. The idea of butcher paper rather than sealed plastic and styrofoam trays is easier to swallow when discarding packaging.Whole Foods and Amazon should be leading the world in organic food choices as well as eco-friendly packaging. Its well overdue.
I like this Whole Foods … the fresh produce was beautiful and the staff, very helpful
My rotisserie chicken was so very very very over cooked and oh so dry! It was a disappointment.
I liked Whole Foods better before they were bought out by Amazon. We stopped shopping here because we didn’t like how Amazon was treating its employees during the pandemic and because this location is always busy.On weekends this summer, there were lines outside the store. And while I absolutely supported limiting the number of people inside, it was just further frustration to shopping here.High prices, crowds, and a not so cool parent company. We’ve taken our business to Natural Grocers and only stop by Whole Foods once in a blue moon for things if we can’t find them elsewhere.
The customer service at this whole foods is always above and beyond. The parking lot is kind of tight but the checkout is fast and effective.
Great place to shop.
Today was my second time here. Its sometimes off-putting going to new states and cities for work and having to go grocery shopping. Most stores are set up the same, but not always. Plus you never know how people will be. I like this store, it was well stocked, clean, and the staff was friendly. It doesnt seem like they are, but the few Ive interacted were friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed help with. Most everyone is on edge because of covid-19, but so as long as youre following guidelines, people are friendly.
The prepared food is pretty bad, the quality plummeted since Amazon took over Whole Foods.
Now I would say I am in any way an expert on this things but why would you have such a small parking lot we were in a ford F150 and it was a feet to navigate that parking lot
Lovely staff & customer service, great organic product at a great price!!! Out of sight my dear friends, but never out of mind. Miss you all @ SF 365 very much.SincerelyJameseè M1
Over All you will want to check out
An excellent shopping experience with variety thats hard to match!
Great selection of local beers. Also if you dont wear a mask when you enter the store, stand by to be hounded to wear one. That gets 5 stars IMO. High five to their staff for enforcing that.
Fishy smell, always, and owned by an awful awful man. good for some specialty ingredients however
Employees are rude especially the meat dept. These guys have a serious problem.. not going back. It used to be a great experience
Parking lot can be a nightmare, but otherwise I love this Whole Foods. Refill water station with three options is nice. I usually shop at Whole Foods for produce. They always have the freshest and largest selection of organic produce. Their 365 brand is really affordable.
If you feel youre one of the privileged! This place is for you although they have never been rude theres never been overly friendly but hey lets face it it is a grocery store great food at a great price Ive got no complaints
While I occasionally shop at Whole Foods, the prices are typically too high for my budget. Great variety though and if you feel you deserve a treat or can get things on sale, its great.
Big store and great selection
I give up going to the Santa Fe store because parking is impossible.
I do love the wide selection of quality produce and very fresh seafood, but prices can be a tad high for my purse so I dont shop here often.
The only three people Ive seen without masks inside stores in Santa Fe in the last two months have all been in Whole Foods. One was an old guy wearing a mask as a chin strap, one was a young guy who chose to argue with employees about his so-called medical condition, then this week I saw an employee stocking chips while surreptitiously pulling his mask down whenever he thought no one was looking. I hadnt expected to feel endangered by an employee at WF. I also made the mistake last month of getting into a discussion with a security guy who expressed that the whole virus thing was a liberal plot to remove Trump. As an aside, going to WF used to be an upper for my mood, but I feel theyve lost their karma since they became Amazon. Sprouts is less stress.
Typical whole foods....too many people in the store for my comfort.
I love Whole Foods and the discounts for Prime members. Great quality items. The coffee area is also wonderful.
Always excellent! Staff is friendly great produce and not too crowded.
Their food and produce is great...overpriced of course, but good quality. The patrons and staff here are pretty insufferable, though. Probably the rudest and snootiest grocery store in Santa Fe.Seems to be the go-to for the entitled overgrown trust funders that bought their third house in Santa Fe. Every time I go here people (patrons and employees) act like you’re in their way and inconveniencing them.Santa Fe has had a portion of smug West Coasters for a long time, but this place really takes it to another level. I thought Trader Joe’s was bad, but this makes TJ’s seem like a down to earth Mecca.
Close-contact traffic jams in every aisle. I watched a lady purposely ram a customer with her cart who was standing in her way. Also, it seems they failed to count their massive number of staff in the total number of people allowed inside the building. I found everything I was shopping for but had to strategically swim through a VERY thick sea of people.
Barbara was an associate tonight that changed how I feel about customer service at whole foods. She helped me with questions I had about the parmea
This is a great Whole Foods in a great good city. The only challenge to this store is the parking access can be very chaotic if you come at the wrong time. Once you are in the store they have a week stocked store with all the food items you could want.We order a premise Thanksgiving from here this year the we could take back to our hotel and prepare for the big meal. The smoked turkey breast was the best turkey that I have had. I could eat it through out the entire year. The sides were also delicious and we got green bean casserole, maple mashed sweet potatoes and stuffing. The box was prepared to feed four, but we could have fed at least eight people off of it.The staff here are very helpful so if you have a question, be sure to ask. They will help you with what ever you need. They also have a large area of prepared foods to choose from if you are looking for quality food options and don’t want to go out to eat.
One can tell Amazon owns it.
Waited in line with my 3 year old and cousin just to get told only 2 people are allowed to go in. Really ? No sign up or anything. And I get asked by the girl at the door if one of us can wait in the car with 30 degree weather. Really annoyed me so decided to leave. Work on your team members costumer service and have some sign up so we do not wait in line. Not going back to this Whole Foods. They sure do not want your business.
Really good coffee this morning! The Hard Wired was just what the Doctor ordered!!!
It was just fine. Well organized. Easy in & out
Fabulous. Only store in town with no lines and I can get everything that I need.
Clean, well stocked and many employees to assist!
Parking lot can be a zoo, and the groceries inside can be a bit expensive. But as long as you know what youre in for, theres some good stuff at whole foods, especially if you stick mostly to the basics and items on sale. Of course, if money is less of an object, this is a delightful place to go. So many scrumptious treats!
GET NEW MANAGEMENT NOW!! As a regular customer for over a decade, I can tell you that this place used to be the toast of the town. Then corporate just decided to up and replace the management team with an incompetent, rude, and even aggressive one, who, in turn, got rid of the previous staff for a bunch of incompetent, rude, and aggressive employees. It all seemed to happen at once, too. Why is corporate trying to destroy the SF location?? Perhaps management at headquarters should be replaced, as well....
Very expensive 5dollar cookies a drinks no free samples visible
Very clean location and staff here really know their stuff when it comes to foods.
GOOD FOOD.
I only go there rarely. But it is always been competent and friendly and helpful.
Staff rude shoppers are extremely unhappy difficult rude people chaotic parking lot and the item selection poor. Expensive and definitely not worth the hassle. Thx I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Workers are not that friendly on their deli area.. not happy with my last visit! they have great variety of things to buy..
Love this store...the best desserts
T-Nez #Pablo In The Wine & Cheese Dept Is Awesome! Great Customer Service💯🙏🏼
I love how most of the items there are organic and fresh but the problem is that the parking lot a meyham people everywhere and it doesnt help that none of them are paying any attention at all. If it was better laid out I think I would go there more often.
Social distancing works great here! Parking and shopping are much more relaxed than before. 😷
Go elsewhere. These people dont have any idea what theyre doing here. This company is awful and there are plenty of other places to shop in santa fe.
Prices are INCREDIBLY expensive - even compared to other Whole Foods I’ve shopped at. Save your money and go to Trader Joe’s or literally any other grocery store in the area.
Ratings seem harsh. This is a very nice, attractive Whole Foods ... where the people watching a la Santa Fe is always supreme. So many white guys in turbans! Makes me smile. Their fresh fruit is great. Wonderful selection of typical Whole Foods goods. Very active & social wine and beer bar where everyone was having a blast. Convenient location. Nice folks working here too!
They have Amazon Lock Box here, and if youve ever had packages stolen or delivered to the wrong address, this is a great alternative. You order from Amazon, select delivery from a lock box location, and your items are delivered into a locked cubicle, in this case, at Whole Foods. Amazon sends you a barcode that you use when you go to pick up your package. No more lost items. I love it!
Don’t trust their labels on their hot food what it says it’s not what is actually inside
