First- the staff is lovely and hard working. Each time we have been our order has been correct and ready in a timely manner.The reason for my reduction in stars is because this particular Starbucks is situated in a challenging spot.It can be difficult to get into, parking is often non-existent, the drive thru line doesnt have a good place to grow, its a narrow lot, and when you leave you cannot take a left out of either exit.If you are driving something large with a small turning radius, like an RV or if youre towing a trailer- be forewarned!But again, the staff and the products they make are excellent! If youre on foot, have a compact car, or you ride motorcycle/bike, youll be fine.

So once being an employee of Starbucks just wanted to say it is pretty sad to see the quality kind of slip the staff here has the customer service down and are very pleasant, but the standard of presentation is lacking. Dont take this as a rant or this as a bad thing use it as a coaching tool to improve. Also the bathrooms are definitely not a priority here. They should be!

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in the country! Hard working and extremely friendly staff! My order took a little longer to get ready and the barista offered me a $4 gift-card and apologized for the wait time. Their customer service went beyond my expectation and next time I come back to Santa Fe this location will be one of my stops!

Listen, the service is fantastic and the coffee is Starbucks standard. It loses stars solely because of location, namely drive through layout. The only way out of the parking lot crosses over the traffic in and created a traffic jam that couldnt clear because the only way forward was if cars could get out. What a cluster! Do not recommend if you are in any kind of hurry, because one jerk who doesnt leave a gap stops the whole system.

I know that theres a higher education qualification necessary to patronize Starbucks. Its always been this way since back in the 90s! However, Ive also had many positive customer service experiences at Starbucks as well. Kiddos, when your customer thinks they know what they want to order but theyre misinformed, please try and go the extra mile and explain what you know they need in a respectful manner. Its not good to talk to the customer like theyre stupidly annoying you. It creates a dynamic where the customer may never return and likely tell others about the unpleasant experience!

Very good people working here, you can tell some employees have good relations with some of the loyal customers.

This location is supposed to open at 5 am. They al ate open late. Is this what a degree gets you.

Worst Venti Mocha Frappuccino with a shot ever! Have ordered this many times and never received one this bad. No coffee, no mocha. Milk and ice. Drive thru backed up 7 cars and lobby closed. They went in the trash, and Im out $15.

Went through the drive through and the service person pulled my debit card away after I inserted it into the machine making it easy for my card to be broken,lost, or stolen. Drink wasnt mixed and coffee was cold. Breakfast wrap was flavorless. This hasnt been my usual Starbucks experience as Ive gone to the Starbucks across town with a drastically more pleasant experience.... :/

Terrible! The worst! Never again. 20 min in the drive thru, just to have drink incorrect. My wife, Upon attempting to go in store to rectify the problem, was locked out and told to get back in drive thru line in order to correct the mistake. My ultimate favorite place

Rarely has products to make drinks. Configuration of the entire property is half baked and regularly has problems and disputes among the entering vehicles and the exiting vehicles. Drive thru is furthest thing from convenient. Its nice if your time isnt worth anything.

Last time I went to Starbucks I went to Espanols Starbucks. I went in to get my drink. A young girl at the counter was making the drinks all she was doing was making the drinks setting them there.☕🍵 She never bothered to call anybodys name she had a huge pile of drinks getting warm or getting cold because she was not Calling out names.😡😡

I am blown away at my experience. After 2 in a row just odd experiences I am embarrassed to come back. If you make someone espresso and you put too much water and you pour out the water you’re pouring out $ and flavor. If you say oh we will make it over but pour a little out in front of me..ummm?Lacking much here when someone leaves with nothing.Three stars for the people who kept me coming back for a while and were kind.

Typical Starbucks. Good coffee, and other drinks and snacks. Friendly, efficient staff. They know how to make a proper cappuccino; which is more than I can say about a lot of other coffee places in town.

Went in and asked for a venti iced coffee sweetened with cream and I got a cream with splash of coffee so I told them the problem and the barista made it again and still was 90% cream 👎🏼

When i stayed in Santa Fe for a week (in march), this was my go-to coffee spot. the service was very efficient and the location was extremely convenient. the dining area was also clean every visit.

Ordered a double smoked bacon & cheddar sandwich and a grande Peppermint hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was fantastic! But the sandwich was not fresh. It was tasty but would be better if not quite so lay about.

Good place in general. But we were on the drive up line this afternoon and were the first car to be told that it was 4:00 and we could no longer order. We were forced to wait for four cars ahead of us to get and at for their orders before we could leave the line. What was even worse was that at least a dozen cars behind us remained on line, not being told that the shop was closed. If they can’t serve those of us who got on line by 4:00, then at least they need to show the courtesy to send out one of their staff to tell people to leave the line so they don’t wait there for no reason. There were at least seven cars carrying staff parked in front. Maybe place a sign after the last car they’ll serve so the next one doesn’t get trapped.

I stop by every 2 weeks for 2 lbs of Verona coffee. Service is polite and fast.

I have never been inside as I only use the drive through exclusively. I have it three stars for two reasons: the drive through is barely adequate space for the amount of people who go through it. The second reason is because they get my order right 7/10.

It was a good experience. They were knowledgeable with the drinks that I was curious about. I dont go to Starbucks a lot so I wasnt too sure about their drinks therefore I had a few questions. There food was good too. Got a sandwich and it was pretty good. I used a gift card and I liked that the receipt had my remaining balance on the gift card on it too so I didnt have to call the number on the card to find out. While I was there I saw a drink that looked really good and asked right away what it was and they told me and made it to my speciations which I loves. All in all it was a good visit other than the first sandwich I wanted they didnt have but suggested a different one that was very similar. Ill definitely visit again. ☕👍🏼

Went thru the drive thru to grab a cup of coffee. I was traveling with a Starbucks addict who needed their fix. All I can say is the drive thru line moved fast, and didnt delay our morning departure.When I drove up to the building there were several cars in line, but despite this we had coffee in hand and were back on the road in less than a few minutes.The location was nice looking on the outside.

LOVE this place. My wife goes every morning and they are so nice, they remember her order most times. The staff is always friendly and they work under pressure well. One time the mobile app wasnt working, my wife walked in and they said sorry we knew it was down so we made your order in the hopes you were coming... Nuts! Keep up the good work!

Good drinks, disappointed with the service. We did a mobile order to avoid the long drive thru que with a baby. When we got there they told us we had to pick up the mobil order through the drive thru. Fast forward 20 min and we finally get to the window. The barista didnt have the details of our order, which added time to the whole process. Very frustrating when you are trying to get your morning coffee quickly. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the drinks were done correctly and the food was warm.

This location constantly forgets to give me my food, and today, gave my uber driver 2 out of 5 of the items that I ordered. Im beyond upset, and will never go to this location again. Luckily, theres 20,000 locations to choose from.

Superfast service.

I have been to this location several times over many years and found the beverages were good but the location was dirty today. There was litter on the unswept floors. None of the staff attempted to clean up tables nor sweep the floors. The restroom was not clean, there was paper towels and toilet paper on the floors. The entrance doors had smear marks I was there in the afternoon and its wasnt so busy that the staff should be cleaning up the location routinely through out the day. I plan to go back to the store and hope the cleanliness of the store will improve.
