Don’t even think about going. While I will not name people, they are not friendly or caring. The front desk said “they hear issues with them a lot”. Their words not mine. On a positive note: the BLT sandwich was good. Service was so poor I had to post this.

Beautiful place and great food and service love the Chimayo Harissa Shrimp appetizer.

The bartender refused to serve me because I had an out of state ID. Bummer. We stopped in because we had a free drink/appetizer coupon from the hotel, the appetizer was a house shrimp app that was honestly delicious. For the drink he offered water... 😬 The other bartenders seemed fantastic though!

Acceptable martini. The bar tenders are very attentive, and willing to make sure your drink is right. They dont make world class drinks, but Ill give them a B+ for the effort.q

Excellent food including breakfast buffet. Servers in the evening who felt overwhelmed and outwardly upset with their situation (rightly so as it 40 yards or so from the bar room they were trying to cover - and with no bartender) made dinner a real slog in spite of the food quality. Btw, the hotel ( Hilton) service was wonderful.

Service was a little slow but the food and drinks were good

No one greeted us. After we were told to seat ourselves they told us we sat in the wrong area. Sat our family of four at a cocktail table in the bar. 30 minutes to get drinks. Hour and 15 minutes to get food. One drink refill the whole time. Food was OK at best and far from the quality I would expect from at $25 per plate price tag. Did I mention no kid menus? Should have gone with my gut and left early on. I am a loyal Hilton customer but this was a HUGE miss. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

We had the worst service....it took over half an hour before our food arrived, people who arrived after we got seated got their food first. We ordered appetizer coz we were very hungry thinking that it will come before our entrees but thats not what happened. The appetizer arrived with our main entree half an hour after we got seated. Bad. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel though
